These extended-stay suites are very nice and comfortable, with a full kitchen including stove. Slightly dated/flimsy door means outside noise can leak in though. Great breakfast with an omelette bar. One my favorite things is the Lending program, where you can borrow appliances, headphones, games, steamers, white-noise machines, etc free of charge from the front desk. My room was cleaned a little inattentively though, upon check-in.

Very neat and nice apartment. Staff are nice and hospitable. We were there for Jehovah's witnesses annual convention. We were well taken care of. Couldn't ask for more.

This place is fantastic. We took a suite with 2 bedrooms, so our kids would sleep while we were still up. There's also a kitchenette, but with a stove, oven, and microwave we did just fine. The hotel doesn't have many amenities, but there's so much to do nearby I'm Cherry Hill and Philadelphia, it didn't really matter. The pool is on the small side, but fine as long as there isn't a crowd.

Overall experience was wonderful, Megan made our stay enjoyable and helped us out in a time of need by finding literally the last available room in the hotel. More people in the hospitality business should be like her! The rooms were gorgeous and the facilities seemed nice as well, but we only really slept here.

Hosts were gracious and very friendly. The suite was clean. We enjoyed our stay, which involved just a few hiccups (had to ask twice for a crib, and dinner service took a very long time). Breakfast was crowded in the late morning and they briefly ran out of coffee, but it was a nice spread. We loved the French toast croutons!

Wonderful place to stay. We found the sink dirty and they just cleaned up to next day. However, every other detail was perfect. Amaizing breakfast is served everyday.

The service was great. Check in was quick. The room was nice size. The bed was great. The price was great for the service. The pool and breakfast was awsome.

They have very nice rooms, complete with a full kitchen, dishes, and cutlery. Cons are a lack of elevator and the pool is very dirty. Also, their workout room only has treadmills, one bike, and two ellipticals. Other than that it's very nice, and they have a great breakfast (omelettes made to order, scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, etc.).

Had an incident with hair being in the shower and a blood stain on the sheet upon my arrival giving an indication the room had not been cleaned. I immediately called the front desk. They apologized and said someone would be to my room to take care of it. Forty-five minutes later, still no arrival so I called again. Someone then cleaned the bathroom and changed the linen. I stayed three nights. When I checked out the manager was very apologetic and only charged me for two nights. Other than that, the room was wonderful and I would stay again providing I do a walk through with the manager first.

We were just here this weekend for a hockey tournament. The staff there WAS AMAZING!!!!!! Matt and Danielle were MORE THAN accommodating to the whole group. They went ABOVE And BEYOND EXCELLENT customer service. We had 2 hockey teams of kids between 9-13 not to mention their siblings. The staff allowed then to use the conference room so that once we got done playing hockey all day they could play a little more knee hockey. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one. I would recommend this place to everyone I talk to.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. My Room was spacious for my extended stay. The bed was supportive with the right amount of fluff. It was nice to have a full kitchen that had up to date appliances, dishwasher was a bit noisy. Bathroom was newly remodeled and had a wonderfully large shower. Breakfast was above average and the staff very accomadating with your wants/ needs. Check in had a few glitches as I had booked through a 3rd party but they were resolved easily. Only complaint I have it the lack of gym equipment. I had to pay a daily fee at a local facility. I would stay here again as it was a nice experience.

It's nice that they have one and two bedrom units, so it's like a mini apartment. Breakfast and amenities are great. There is TV in each room. But i notice the units are a little rundown. Dishwasher gets out of its slot when you open it. Water keeps dripping from the kitchen sink. Carpet is very dirty. It's definitely worse than some of the Hyatts we stayed.

I stay at Hyatt House when I come to this area for a work project. The hotel is located on the same side of Rt. 73 as my office and that's important because crossing Rt 73 doubles the commute to/from the office. Hyatt House is a "suite" hotel, with full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. I stock the fridge and cook simple meals, making this feel more like a home away from home. This large and usually full hotel is quiet, with no slamming hotel doors, or people talking in the hallway; because there are no hallways. Rooms either face the parking lot or the inner courtyard. I've stayed in both types and it's always quiet. Breakfast is included. Buffet plus a chef to make an omelette of my choice. Internet is decent, better than some other hotels I've stayed at in this area. I'm able to stream tv and movies, or work from hotel room with no issues.

All the rooms were very clean and organized. The breakfast was very good and I'm happy with the customer service that was shown while I was there

The individual room was very clean and well furnished. The inclusion of a fridge and a microwave was extremely helpful. I was very surprised by the great quality of the room. One concern is the lack of drinkable water. I drank water from the tap though and it seemed alright.

Reserved 2 rooms. Both were clean and front desk reception was nice and able to get both rooms close to each other. I always stay at Hyatt Houses and breakfast are always pretty good.

Absolutely best place to stay when in the area rooms are perfect and quiet staying a 2nd night because weather and not expecting to get out of this comfy warm bed hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did

This is a very nice Cozy apartment- like suite. It came with updated kitchen. Kitchen had cook wear,dishes, and utensils. The living room a had a nice size tv with couches. The suite had nice large windows. The bedroom was a good size and so was the bed. Very comfortable. Heading towards the bathroom, they give you complimentary shampoo, conditioner ect.. a walk in closet. A stand in big shower (not wheelchair accessible though ). Overall the place was clean! And Comfortable 🙄

Always a pleasure. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's a one stop "stay"! Literally all you need is there. If you stay one night or one week. The fully functional kitchen, perfect size common area with the pull out bed. Several people could stay in the one bedroom and not get cabin fever. And you can't beat the price!!

Even though the water pressure in the shower was low and the bed (for me)was hard, the customer service more than made up for it. Staff behind the desk were so upbeat and friendly. Breakfast staff too.

Rates are reasonable, parking by your room is ample, layout and general condition of room is pretty good. However my room had a rather large red stain in the carpet (about a foot in diameter) right by the front door. There is what appears to have been a headboard that was once attached to the wall that was ripped out and the holes in the wall were not patched. There are numerous pieces of the exterior in bad shape. Presentation is everything in customer service, attention to detail can make or break a repeat visit.

I'm not one for reviews but this place deserves it! It has everything you can think of in your room. Full kitchen with stove, fridge, table, microwave, pots, pans, silverware anything you need. Usually when we stay at hotels on the road we always have to buy bowls, spoons etc. Not here. Your room has it all! Spacious rooms, the bedrooms have doors for privacy if you have others staying with you. The property has grills to cookout on, a pool, FREE breakfast (was delicious). It's really a home away from home! Staff is so friendly. We stayed 1 night and didn't want to leave so we stayed another night. The whole check in/check out process was smooth! Rooms were spotless and clean! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if your in the area. Will definitely be looking to stay at more HYATT House's in the future!

Stayed for a four night stay. The rooms were clean and the full kitchen came in handy. The breakfast served in the lobby was awesome and there were several options to choose from. There is a laundry room on site but the front desk had no change for me. My room was on the third floor. There are no elevators so keep that in mind when toking your preference.

Cozy mini apartment style rooms. Great for long stays in an area. A home away from home. General manager is understanding, and attentive. A few cigs found laying on property although no smoking in doors. As an asthmatic so glad guest don't smoke in the rooms. Fresh and clean.

Great rooms, very nice staff. The restaurant is at the Hyatt Place across the way, terrific food we ordered over the phone and picked it up.the pool and workout facility are great. Rooms is very clean and nice. Building is an old apartment I think that was renovated. Quiet stay, peaceful. Even the squirrels are friendly!

The Hyatt House seems like a nice place.. The hospitality staff & their food service workers are nice & willing to please.. Their housekeeping staff is lazy!! They gave you different options on signs to put on your door but what good are they when the staff doesn't come till after 3p.m. sometimes 5 p.m. They knock on your door asking if you need service with nothing but a trash bag in their hand.. What good are the signs for if you still knock and ask what services I need, but then come in and half a** clean.. Don't get me wrong the overall hotel is nice.. Their daily breakfast with real food.. Such a nice treat.. You can have a 🍳 cooked when you order.. We like staying at the Hyatt House Hotel we just wish we could love it..

Location is pretty decent. There are many places to eat around the area that are good prices and some higher end places as well. The rooms are white nice. You get a full kitchen with every room and if you're on a business trip and have a shared room each person has their own bedroom and bathroom. The staff was friendly and courteous and was available when needed. The only downside to my stay was a few quarrels that was had between some people that was in the area, which did escalate to cops being called.

Stayed at the Hilton House during the month of May and was very pleased with the room, free breakfast and the staff. Parking was convenient; breakfast choices were many and the room was very clean. We compared prices before we selected this site and the Hilton was very competitive with the surrounding hotels, but offering more in space and other accommodations. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

The place has potential but...

The room we had was clean, but the vents pushing out air were terribly dusty and gross. The bed was like laying on a concrete slab with inflated pillows. (Couch was more comfortable). The bathroom was so small you couldn't close the door unless you stood in the shower. The vents was what really turned me off against this place though. While there was a closet for your shirts and pants..there was really no place for your socks and other items. We had to live out of our suitcases. The housekeeping never updated our soaps or shampoos so by the end of the stay my boyfriend was using my hair stuff.

They served breakfast daily. It was mediocre at best. Coffee was burnt and the one time I did try it, there were grinds all in the bottom of my cup.

They tried updating the rooms with quirky pieces of art, but overall...I think next time we come back to NJ we will stay somewhere else.

Was a very neat and clean place to stay. I enjoyed the amenities and the affordability. If I need to stay in this area, this is where I'll be going.

I visited a friend staying at the Mt Laurel Hyatt House on RT 73. The staff was polite and friendly, facilities were new and in working order. Close to major highways. Plenty of chain and independent restaurants in the area.

This place was wonderful the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because the first day house keeping came a little early for us but it wasn't early in the morning just early for us since we are a large family and it takes us a bit longer to get ready and when we came back they didn't clean our room but no big deal. Also for the breakfast in the morning there isn't a lot of seating again because we are a larger family, it would have been nice to be able to take the food back to our room and eat comfortably there. But it was clean and comfy overall will definitely be back.

Room was clean and adequate. Bathroom is on a smaller size and lack a tub, providing only a shower. Pull out sofa bed was in a rather rough shape, with high potential for back pain in the morning after sleeping on it. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices and the noon checkout time was much appreciated.

Very thin walls. Great breakfast and clean rooms though. You will definitely hear traffic noise and other patrons, but not badly priced or poor quality.

The concept is great, two bedroom suites. But there is a substantial gap under the entry door to the room and cold air keeps blowing into the room. The smoke detector is hanging from the ceiling by a wire. It just seems there is no eye to small things that should be a given for the price.

Staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious. The only problem is all the noise. All sounds carry and the open area in the middle with the pool is very noisy.

Stayed here for a work trip for 2.5 weeks.
The cleanliness of the place is not great but does well for my needs. They could scrub the kitchen and vacuum more often. Found plenty of ants frolicking around.

The pool, patio and grill areas are a greta place to socialize at. My party was quite large and so I had plenty of people to hang out with there. The people that you meet while there are an interesting mix, people that re there for work or the people there that are using it as a vacation home.

Would I stay there for a vacation, probably if there was more to do in the area. Not much around but we made do with the amenities that were there.

Breakfast was very good. The only thing I did not like about the rooms was you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Very nice place to stay overall, will be staying there again.

We reserved a two room suite for our family (two adults, three kids). The room layout was perfect and we enjoyed having three televisions and two bathrooms. Rooms super clean and quiet. Very well run. Front desk gave us directions on riding the train into Philadelphia. We can't wait to come back.

The suites and amenities are superior. Watch out for the staff though - they're unfriendly and they bite.

This is a very nice place to stay. I have been here a little over a month. The rooms are beautiful with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The pool and gym are very well kept. The lobby area is very tasteful and comfortable.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that their housekeeping leaves something to be desired sometimes. Being here 30 days, there is a noticable inconsistency but not anything worth complaining about. The food they serve for breakfast and social hour (dinner) is hit or miss. Considering its free...again...not something I am going to complain about.

I do not have kids but there is tons around here that stay. The place is very kid friendly with the pool and basketball courts.

Overall I would stay here again many many times. Its an excellent value and a beautiful place!
