My family and I needed a place to stay for 2 weeks before our rental comes available. This has been a great place for a family. Between the great breakfast, incredible staff, the pool, large bathrooms and comfortable beds...this has been a great place to land.

Close to Philly without the expense of staying in the city proper. Attentive staff. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. I've felt taken care of every step of the way and will gladly continue to use Hyatt House whenever I need a place to stay.

Our stay at the Hyatt was exceptionally well, our first time ever staying at any Hyatt, the rooms were a lot bigger than I anticipated one king suite (plus), full kitchen and the refrigerator ice machine actually worked! Staff was supper great and very welcoming! Love the breakfast omelet station was great! Only issue I had didn’t like the additional $200 hold they put on my card without saying first hand, but besides that this place is amazing I will be staying again next time I’m in the area! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We’ve been staying at this Hyatt House every year before the beach since 2008. We love it and our 3 teenage girls love it! The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite is incredible. We look forward to our stay here every year. Great job, Hyatt!

Amazing accommodations! So much more room in our suite then we expected. Very clean and had a modern design.

The staff is great the rooms are clean. The breakfast was amazing. The only issue with the hotel is the showers tubs don't drain fast enough.

The rooms were AMAZING! It was a place we found that was a good price and had amazing features. Recommend highly!!! Had an odd, but cooler pool I've ever seen and it was really fun.

The morning session went well. Lunch was served and the food was fabulous. When we went back to the room after lunch, the internet went down and could not be recovered. Luckily our office is next door, so all 25 people were able to squeeze into our biggest conference room to finish out our day of training. Overall, we use Hyatt House frequently for large group training and this was the first time we ever had an intetnet issue. I would recommend this facility.

My wedding party stayed in the trio suites. The staff was nice, the suites accommodated everyone, the rooms are nice: kitchen with appliances, island with seats, nice living room area with pull out sofa, and two nice size bedrooms (1) with two queen beds and full bathroom and the other room has a king bed with full bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the suite was up to date and clean. The hot breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, ham, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, toast and fruit. It also has a nice bar too, a little pricey but nice. I would recommend this place.

Great hotel with big rooms. The suite has 2 bathrooms which is definitely a plus. The breakfast was very good with made to order omelets. The staff was very kind and made the stay a pleasure!

Spacious room. Better than average breakfast buffet. Coffee sucked but there is a Starbucks across the street. The price I paid to stay here was reasonable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good.

The third hotel in 3 month was a discovery of 2018. An excellent reception, at Mid Night, the wonderful lady even offered to brew fresh coffee. A large suite, is a refreshing sight to the tired eyes & body. Morning breakfast is whole some with freshly cooked omeletes. The rooms are well kept and quite comfy.
Definitely a bargain for the price.

Great location, great deals, comfortable and welcoming. My family and I favor the Hyatt House and it is our first pick when coming back home to visit. Breakfast is the best continental breakfast we have had during a hotel stay. Highly recommended for families, couples, even business trips. Will be back to stay again soon.

Great hotel. Everything was clean. Bed was made but not finished with pillows. Heating and hot water took a while to get warm.

Booked rooms here for my basketball team. Great rooms!! Plenty of space for the girls. Great breakfast that included fresh fruit and an omelette bar. Only complaint is that normally when I work with a big group they have the keys ready for us when we arrive. So it took them a long time to check us in. But well worth the wait.

Stayed here for a wedding. I'll say, overall, the people working here were some of the nicest hotel staff I've dealt with. Customer service was great and the facility/rooms were really in great shape and well maintained. Only small complaints would be that many details that had been solidified/worked out with the bride ended up falling through the cracks (bride received wrong room type, catered hotel food didn't provide GF options as agreed upon, etc). With regards to that, I've noticed a lot of hotels have trouble keeping track of those details for weddings, so it's just something they should focus a bit more on. But other than that, great experience and beautiful hotel in a really nice location.

Nice clean hotel with comfortable and well appointed rooms. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were fairly quiet. The breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Food was okay in the mornings, but more than 2 days would be boring as the food wasn't too great, but we had several maintenance issues in our room and weren't allowed to meet as a family in the dining area after breakfast was cleaned up. It was dinner time and we were forced to buy a drink to use the area. Dumb rules and poor maintenance made for a nuisance that shouldn't be an issue. Rooms were clean and most of the staff friendly. Decent pool and nice outside lounge area, though I wish there were room to accommodate more adults out there.

Got two suites and was told that all adults had to buy a drink at the bar to use the common seating area. $350 per night wasn't enough to use the area. Shower stopped working the second night and couldn't be fixed. We were told that the room should be discounted for this but instead were given a vague offer of possible points. Them we were sitting in the room when some man used a key to get in saying he had been assigned the same room. The housekeeper left no towels after the first night so we had to go track those down. The facility itself is quite nice but that wasn't enough to overcome all of the other issues. I wouldn't recommend it. I think we will be heading to Homewood Suites from now on.

This is a great clean Hotel. I would highly recommend coming here. Breakfast was amazing with made-to-order omelettes. The staff was nice. And went out of their way for us.

Good afternoon for anyone staying here you can always go to the bar and get a great conversation with Miss Heather!!! I was not having a good day my trip was extended I went through security 3 times at the airport and I honestly just wanted to cry! I checked in and noticed they had a bar and all i could think of was relief !!! I went for just a glass of wine to calm down and Heather made my experience way more than "just a glass of wine" !!!! Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Nice and homey feeling. Extremely clean. This is where I'll be staying anytime I come to Philadelphia.

Cozy rooms. Friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchen makes it an ideal pick for professionals visiting from other countries . breakfast options are OK. Hyatt membership points are an added advantage.

Loved our stay here. The place is nice and clean (has a few water stains across the room) but really for the price it's a great bang for your buck!!! You have a great breakfast included with your stay, and we had the double suite with the kitchen, and living room, so we were very comfortable, able to bring snacks and food from outside, and to prep to visit the attractions we traveled for. The staff have been friendly in my experience, and the hotel overall, including the pool (which is great!), hallways, and rooms are always clean and smell fresh. It's my first time staying in a Hyatt, and I know now it won't be my last!

The layout of the rooms with full kitchen and living rooms and a separate bed and bath area is very homey. Would be excellent for an extended stay. The omelet bar as part of the free breakfast buffet was extraordinary.

Great stay. Dog friendly. Our dog just recently had surgery and we didn't want to have her in a kennel. Enough room in our bedroom for a crate. The hotel has great locations for us to walk her. The staff was so sweet with her. We will definitely come back.

Front desk female staff could use a little more training in how to greet and give courteous service. All of the men were a delight to work with. The maintenance coworker Sam was a delight! He helped fix my thermostat, but then it broke again, not his fault... But then I did get switched rooms. I am giving them a four instead of five stars because I was never checked in on again and this was my second night of four.... I was basically told I could keep both rooms until it was fixed, and I was never told it was fixed. I moved into the new room the first night and never heard another word. Not my job to follow up with them....

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, pull-out couches for extra sleeping space, and a convenience store that sells essentials as well as a decent variety of beer (some craft, even) and wine late into the night all made for an enjoyable stay.

Had a great stay. Newton the bartender and Sam the driver made my stay very enjoyable. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic service! All the guests for a wedding stayed here, and they were very accomodating. They handled our shuttle to the reception, and had no problem with us taking over a back corner of the bar to hang out the night before the wedding.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hyatt House. Staff has been very curteous and responsive whenever asked. Beds are comfy and it has been a great several night stay for my family.

Overall impression is really good. I usually stay here whenever I visit Philadelphia. Staffs are kind and neighbors are good. Close to 476 and King of Prussia.

However building is a little old, sometimes I can sleep with some bugs together. Experienced water leak and noise.

But overall, it's good enough.

This hotel is currently remodeling. The complementary breakfast was in a conference room. The odd thing was that the provided us with "hors d'oeuvre" sized plates (5 inches). This tells us that they really didn't want us to each much for breakfast. All the other hotels that I've been in (Holiday Inn, Express, Hampton Inn, etc.) that other complementary breakfast, have always given us 10inch plates. Also there were some other services missing due to the renovations. Other all the hotel was CLEAN, well kept. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and attentive. The rooms were great, large and immaculately clean.

Just spent 3 nights in renovated room and was great, 2 bedrooms 3 beds, 2 bathrooms one with shower one with bath/shower, both with nice closets with mirrored doors. Bedrooms separated by nice living room/kitchen, stove and microwave and frigde and dishwasher. Nice pullout couch. Nice tv's in each room. Had great breakfast with tons of breakfast included. Shallow pool, BBQ area, which were both really nice. All staff was really great and cared about the customer experience. Reasonable rates as well. I would definitely stay again, really pleased with my stay.

Really nice place. I was really impressed with how nicely it was presented. However, when I woke up the next morning, there were ants on the counter. That's my only complaint. I would chalk it up to a arrange event and I would stay there again.

The building is great and the service and the people at the desk are just the best you could find. The food for breakfast is ok.
