The breakfast was pretty good. They make personalized omelets for you if you order one. The rooms were a good size, but it smelled sort of weird.

Very nice hotel that is close to Dulles airport. Large rooms, nice dining area, great staff, nice pool. Sheetz's and dining near by. When I got back from an extended vacation my battery had died. They jumped my car without hesitation! Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of not only traveling to the area to visit friends, but I also had the ability to stay at this hotel while I was there, and have nothing but great things to say.

To start, I flew in and made it to the hotel a lot earlier than anticipated, and while I expected that I would simply leave my bags, and come back, they had me in my room with almost no effort while showing me that this is truly both an amazing brand and an even better staff.

Additionally, after I was settled I had a few requests which were fairly easy (I think) to obtain or for the Hyatt staff to assist me with, and of course I was not let down.
In fact I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness by everyone from the front desk when I needed transportation to get food, then to also return to the request for toothpaste that I of course forgot as well as anything else that may have been needed.
I will definitely be using Hyatt again in the future without another thought.

Great location. About a mile or two from the airport. They offer shuttle services to the airport. The room was clean and nice. Included a microwave fridge, coffee machine, tv. The shower was an odd design choice Imo it's a half of a glass panel with a hole in it. Also found it odd there was no alarm clock in the room. Great place overall and would recommend and stay again in the future.

A perfect location if you are looking to stay near the airport. My husband and I stayed here for 1 night toward the end of our trip in DC/VA. It was absolutely wonderful. The hotel looks like a studio apartment with a small kitchenette, couch, TV, and a work space that can be doubled as an island/dining table. It feels like a home and definitely much bigger than a regular hotel room. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was cleanly prepared and quiet. The pool is relatively small but if the temperature that day was higher, I would have used it along with the jacuzzi. Breakfast is included in the price and it was one of the top quality breakfasts I've ever had. Our trip was nicely completed with the complimentary airport shuttle. We'll recommend this hotel to anyone.

I've come here for my past 3 visits. It's a wonderful place to stay. It has nice amenities, great rooms, and an excellent bar.

The Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport was truly as close to perfect as a hotel and get. From the staff to the amenities to the absolutely immaculately cared for and incredibly clean room, this was one place that more than lived up to it's stellar reputation.

Hotel with decent and clean facilities. Reception wasn't exactly helpful and seemed busy. Sliding door of the hotel was broken making the movement of luggage trolley difficult. Airport shuttle driver was helpful. But I didn't see any of the staff smiling. Hotel room seemed old.

I went stayed here in May of 2017 for our 8th grade Washington D.C trip and the hotel is amazing. The rooms are massive and I love how there is a full blown kitchen, the refrigerator is massive. The beds are really comfy and big. There is a decent amount of counter space. Free breakfast is nice and it was really good. It's a pretty big hotel too. I like how there was a little snack shop thing. And the only con is that there wasn't a safe. Really hoping there was but I would definitely stay there again if I could. Considering it's right next to an airport I didn't here any planes. One last thing is that I love that it's right off the highway. I don't know why I just do. I will always remember my room number. Room 424.

Stayed here while attending a conference nearby. This hotel was very nice as well as the staff. I stayed in a king suite which was very reasonably priced. Kitchen stove everything. Made me almost want to cook to tear everything out... But I didn't not on trips. Even though it was off of the Dulles rd you dont hear any planes and it was pretty easy getting around. Only wish they had a safe in the room. Would deff stay here again

What a gorgeous, comfortable, quiet room! I travel quite a lot on business, but this hotel really stood out for me, and the staff was extremely kind to this very tired (and hungry and scatterbrained) traveler. Will absolutely stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights for a hockey tournament. Location was convenient to the ice rink. Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean and good size. Would definitely stay here again.

Really great staff, rooms are extremely clean and nice. They offer a shutrle to and from the airport. My room has a full kitchen and couch. I highly recommend, also has a small restaurant in the hotel. Great food, I had the Cheeseburger.

Hyatt House in Sterling/Dulles Airport is a very quiet and clean hotel. My room had one King size bed, small kitchen with basic necessities and a pullout sofa. The shower was clean and large. Breakfast in the morning was the usual Continental breakfast except there was an omlete station for made-to-order omletes. The airport shuttle driver brought me directly to the car rental lot in the morning, nice touch!

I’m a regular here and have been for years. It’s actually a quiet hotel with great accommodations and amenities. The sheetz they just built behind the place adds even more convenience. My only issue is with the night staff - I often check in late and my keycard never works the next day, and they never note my requests.

Excellent location, just an 8 minute drive to the airport (on a Sunday morning). The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. The included breakfast was a lot more than we expected, they even have a person making personalized omelets.

Amazing room but not what I paid for. I reserved a double queen but got a king and a pull out. Also, was supposed to have a bath tub but didn't. I was informed that my card would be charged at the end but was charged 80 the first day and them n the rest at the end.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. I was unaware of any neighboring guests, as the floor was so quiet. I was able to get a good night's sleep.

Huge rooms, great breakfast spread, has drinks and food after 5. Staff is super friendly. Hotel is gorgeous and is a quick drive to Dulles airport or if you're like me a short trip to the D.C monuments. We will be staying here again!

In the area one night. My room was very nice, including a very nice bathroom and kitchenette. Breakfast was included, and the fresh fruit and omelette station set bar. Staff was very pleasant. Would definitely go back, if I fly in or out of Dulles.

Got stuck in DC due to missing a flight connection because of weather. Found Hyatt on web and upon arrival everyone was so understanding and nice! The room was clean an amazingly comfortable! I went to sleep just as soon as my head hit the pillow! Got a wake-up call on time, got free shuttle to airport and continued on my way . Hyatt definitely took 0away some of my stress. The only downside was that breakfast didn't start until 6:30 am and I had to leave at 6am. Maybe they can have to go bags for us early birds?? Overall, good for dollars.

If you're looking for a hotel close to Dulles airport and is affordable, then this could be the hotel for you. Looks like it's a newer hotel in the area. Not very much around it. You will have to drive to get to any shops and restaurants, but it's very clean and tidy. Breakfast is good, beds are comfy and rooms are spacious. Would stay here and would recommend this hotel.

Located about 45 minutes outside of D.C. we found this almost perfect hotel. Free parking, free WiFi and free breakfast buffet with omlett station for starters. The rooms are modern and equipped with a refrigerator and stove. Most of the staff were genuinely kind and professional. And to top it off they offered AAA discounts. Almost a five star rating had my initial I room not had wet coffee stains on it's sofa.

Excellent customer service. Excellent facilities. Excellent adjustments to unanticipated circumstances. Efficient and friendly staff.

Cleaning of the shower & bath vanity should have been better. Saw a number of hairs that defenitely did not belong to me. Other than that, great, clean, modern, many conveniences. Will definitely stay there again.

So far so good. Kinda far out. Staff is very friendly. Sheetz gas station / convenience store is walking distance. Rooms are very trendy, flat screen TVs, contemporary paint. Rooms have a full size fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry services available on site and a fitness center. Lobby is spacious, ATM in the lobby, pool and basketball court.

Have not had room service yet will update review after stay is complete. Very happy so far. Good sports conversation with Sales Manager Alex in the lobby.

Convenient location just 3 minutes from airport. Breakfast buffet is great and has made to order omelets any way you like. Fresh fruit was a big plus. Coffee is available all day in the lobby. We enjoyed the pool, and the kids loved the basketball court. The hotel also has a great list of items available to borrow including flat irons, pool floats, cribs, and high chairs. We a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Great big room with nice bathroom. Ideal bed not too soft and too hard. No problems at all with invoices. Check out day at morning invoice is under your door.

We stayed 1 night. The staff was courteous. The room was clean. For the price, we feel this was an excellent hotel for our money and would stay there again!

Great customer service and very nice rooms! I arrived late night to the hotel because my flight was overbooked and the airline put me on a flight the next morning. The airline initially put me in the Comfort Inn which was the worst experience in my life, all their rooms smelled like smoke. Luckily this nice Hyatt was right next door so I moved over here and stayed at Hyatt instead. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and helpful. Their rates are great, the hotel is very modern and clean. If you want to stay close to the airport it is definitely a good choice.

This hotel has the most modern, and beautiful rooms!! I felt more home away from home than anywhere else! The housekeeping does a great job as well! (I stayed in the room for about a week and not once had an issue with anything.)

Been going there for years. Nicest, best-value hotel in the area. Great rooms; def recommend the Del King Suite (500+ sq ft). Do not, I repeat...do not book through Expedia. They're the worst (their picture didn't match the room, but they refused a refund...suggested I book two rooms and they'd tell me later if I'd get a refund for their mistake); but Hyatt House assisted with our issue for over an hour. Even offered complimentary refreshments during. You can spend less or twice as much; Hyatt House is the best choice. Nice everything. WiFi (I would stay there if I didn't have a cell connection...it's that much better). Parking. And breakfast. You won't be disappointed.

Overall the hotel is very nice and the staff are very nice and helpful. There are some updates (TVs, Shower heads) that could be updated, but did not take away from my visit. Would stay again.

Nice hotel. Note that odd number rooms face 28 and are on the west side and even number rooms are on the quieter east side.

This is our third or fourth time visiting this place. Nice getaway area for family, single or couple. Plenty shops, restaurants etc... in the neighborhood. Definitely clean environment, staff is awesome. Breakfast is one of the best among the hotels we visited. Highly recommend!

Very impressive hotel. Hyatt "HOUSE" is a new concept for them. Extended stay lodging available w/full refrigerator, mini stove & DW as well as regular rooms. Large rooms, large common areas. Fantastic complimentary breakfast spread including custom made omelets. Elegant, understated modern decor (i.e. simple clean lines). Comfortable beds and furniture. Friendly, helpful staff. This building was part of a private chain that was purchased and renovated about 5 years ago, that's why it doesn't look like most Hyatt properties. A very pleasant experience!

Very nice stay. The a/c was malfunctioning in our first room and the TVs were not working properly in our second room. However, management was very helpful and explained that both the TVs and the a/c system are being upgraded and we were put in a third suite asap. Hien, the bartender was wonderful. We will be back even if it is just to see him. The breakfast selection is very good. However, I strongly suggest that they start using real eggs instead of the cheap powder mix and better quality sausage. Otherwise, this was one of my better hotel experiences.

The room was so clean, they fixed an error in my reservation, everyone was incredibly nice and the interior looks freshly refurbished to me. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, they have an omelette bar! I'd definitely stay here again. A+

Experience was fine. I was so tired, I barely noticed anything about the room. It was clean and comfortable. The black-out blinds could have closed better, though.

They do serve those pre-manufactured oven-roasted dry potatoes at breakfast. Those things are awful. I think everybody serves those things, these days.

This was as good a place as you can stay, particularly if you have an extended stay. The staff was courteous and accommodating. I cannot say enough about how awesome everyone here is. We spend nearly a month as this hotel and it was as good an experience as you can have being displaced with a job relocation. Request them, it is worth it. Say hi to Hiem behind the bar, he is awesome!!
