Only here for one night. Very clean comfortable rooms. Free breakfast , pool, computer access in lobby . Full kitchen in suite, big screen TV, office area in room. One of the nicest motels I've stayed in. Check-in was a breeze . Lots of food choices in the area

Good extended stay hotel. Staff very friendly.

Always clean. But the main reason I returned to this specific location. The breakfast and more specifically the woman who runs it. Amazing job by her every time the family is there. Keep the breakfast lady at all costs.

Here for 5 days, had to take a double queen instead of a king, as a spire member, to get the 1st floor. Lovin the free yuengling lager and chicken noodle soup. Too bad they have no sort of transportation for guests. An aroogas restaurant is in the vicinity now, great food and atmosphere. Update: don’t pop the popcorn, it sets off the fire alarm.

Room was great, has a breakfast included, along with pool, fitness center, laundry and basketball court/hoop. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

Very clean and extremely friendly staff. I was originally booked at another hotel in the area and upon check -in I was immediately appalled at how disgusting the room was. I don't think the room had ever been cleaned.. Talk about grossed out! I think I was in there for a total of 10mins. I went online quickly and saw the Staybridge Suites was just down the road from where I was,, so I immediately booked the room and I couldn't have been more pleased. I will definitely be staying at Staybridge from here on out. You have a new customer for life!

Really enjoyed my week stay. Everything you could want in a buffet breakfast. They even leave some stuff out at night in case your coming in late and need a midnight snack!

I stayed here on the first leg of my trip out East. After hours in the car (with pets), the warm and inviting atmosphere was fantastic. The entire property was comfortable and safe. Front desk service was friendly and professional, and all of my room requests were accommodated. The room was clean, modern and spacious. Breakfast was delicious - buffet was plentiful.

Were stayed here for several weeks while looking at houses. I can't say enough good things about this establishment, primary among my compliments being the staff. They also serve free Yuengling on social nights. If you stay in the Berks / Lehigh areas at ant other hotel, well you're just not that bright.

Stayed here to visit Kutztown University softball camp. The room was beautiful breakfast was plentiful and very good. Only complaint is the two beds seemed crammed but other than that was a good stay room was clean.

Very nice place, clean rooms, good breakfast, very small unheated indoor pool (25' x 25') is the only bad thing I saw.

Very nice room, had everything and was very clean and spacious. The queen bed I had was very comfy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The company I work for held a meeting for a few different days in one of their conference rooms on the first floor, and I must say its a really nice and neat looking place.. All of the staff were very polite and friendly towards all of us.. My company supplied all of the food and drinks besides the coffee and tea, which was delicious by the way. I should also mention, my coworkers and I were allowed to park our tractors in the parking lot along the fence. I speak for all of my colleagues in saying we had an extremely pleasant experience.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the smell on the third floor was terrible. Not sure if it was there kitchen or another guest.

I stayed for almost two full months there, (Nov & Dec 2011) and have only high praise for everyone there. Other guest were like family. The two people who oversaw the breakfast, making sure that the food was stocked and the area was clean, were a delight. They would extend personalized care to you if you needed/requested it. I wish them the best for the new year. Office staff were always interested in my welfare and comfort. I wish that they are still there when I go back. Housekeeping were efficient and good. They always did their job. (really what else can you say?) Sundowner staff was a sweetheart, and would do extra work to make sure that I had good service. If management is reading this give them all a raise, and keep them happy. Travelers, I suggest that your attitude will be reflected back to you more positive that what you give out at Staybridge Suites. Don't be abusive, and you will get excellent service here. Remember that even staff that get paid to take your guff, may not like it, and they are people too.

There was thought put into guest comfort. For instance, ladies, the shower curtain is voile (sheer) from neck on up. No 'PSYCHO' nightmares here!!! And, it is hung from a curved rod for space. The shower head is also noteworthy. I appreciate the "Sundowner Reception" in the lobby. Great when you arrive back tired and hungry! Really good bed - clean, well equipped suite - windows that open for fresh air - very nice staff.‎
