Spent the week here for work, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I did not try out the pool, but it looked very nice with lots of windows for outdoor light. My suite was the smallest on the floor, but was fine for what I needed. The a/c would blast you if you sat on the couch though - so I guess in that respect a larger room would have been appreciated. Also the hair conditioner bottle in the bathroom was completely empty, but one request at front desk meant that it was promptly replaced the next day. Mon, Tues and Wed was happy hour fifty cent beer and wine with free hot foot from 5:30 - 7:30. That was a nice bonus. Free Wifi was very speedy. Over all was a great stay. Only real complaint is that you get half the IHG points for staying here vs the Holiday Inn down the road. So unfortunately likely won't stay here again.

The employees here were all very nice. The room was so neat - I loved the little kitchen area. The suite felt way more homey than any hotel I've been to. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The lady who checked us in was really nice. We had several interactions with her throughout the night. I wish I could say the same for the night auditor. She was not friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely clean.

My family was blown away by or stay here over Memorial Day weekend. Service was excellent as staff was prompt and pleasant at every encounter. Indoor pool while on the small side was well maintained and clean. Hot tub was just as nice. The room is spacious (2 double bed suite) and the kitchenette was unexpectedly large. We finished our stay with one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had at a hotel. You can't beat this stay for the value and get twice as much in customer service.

All in all this is a very good value. Clean and offers plenty of amenities. Breakfast is good and can't beat $0.50 beer. It was annoying that the remote to my tv didn't work very well and our ice maker wasn't working. Bringing this to the staffs attention didn't really offer any resolutions, but still a nice place to stay

Very good hotel very comfortable beds they do their best to try to take care of you.

They allow pets even will walk them if your going to be out for a while no additional charge out standing clean n great for the price nice pool and clean hot tub has a cool outdoor area with a fireplace corn hole and nice sitting area

The bed was very relaxing and the breakfast was truly delicious! I would recommend others to try this hotel.

We only stayed one night since we were attending an event nearby. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was good, and they have good amenities (pool, exercise room, etc) especially for the price point (about $100/night). If anything ever happens where we need to stay at a hotel for an extended period we would definitely stay here.

Stay at this place when we visit Cincy. Great location to things in West Chester. Close to the outlet malls and shopping at IKEA or other local shopping. Love to walk over to Jags to eat. Very upscale place to eat and listen to music. Older crowd.

It is a fabulous place! The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were fantastic as they were all kitchenette rooms. The room was very clean what so ever and I was impressed with the design of the room as it’s a very functional space. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying for 5 days or more.

It looks and feel way better than shown on the web - they have tons of benefits like free entrance to a local gym (professional one) they serve great breakfast which they keep refreshing the dishes every morning, on Monday to Wednesday they also offer free dinner + 0.5 usd beer (!).

They give you free laundry service... the rooms are nice and new the hotel is quite and the staff are very helpful

I love this place. I will make a point to stop and stay at a Stay Bridge over any other Hotel. It is a home away from home. Every room has a stove and refrigerator microwaves in all the rooms. FREE laundry also a workout center . They serve breakfast dinner, snacks and beverages in the lobby daily. The staff is very nice very helpful. I choose stay bridge over any other place when it comes to overnight stay . Truly a gold mine

Nice sized room with two bedrooms and two baths. Breakfast is a buffett with cooked food to select and decent. Staff mostly very friendly except lady working when I went to check out. She and two housekeepers were trying to see how many rooms got done. One housekeeper said 84. Meanwhile, I have been waiting for a moment already and was acknowledged. Instead of helping me, the desk attendant literally started counting the room numbers on a piece of paper with the two housekeepers. Insted of helping the customer, they chose to have a counting exercise. I waited unt the literally counted all the way to 84. My turn, right? I just need to drop off my keys and get a receipt. Nope, there were apparently more questions so they started counting...needless to say I set my room keys down and walked off.

Shameful end to what had been a good 3 night stay at $150/night...

Great service. Clean. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nightly meet and greet with great bar food.

The room was more of a suite where you also have a tiny kitchenette. Most everything was standard, my only warning is the AC unit is very loud even on the low fan setting. I was here during the summer and had to keep it on, but ended up sleeping with eat plugs to get through part of the night. I'm also a light sleeper so many may not have this issue.

Courteous staff, clean room. Spire member, so free upgrade was available. Very nice restaurant within walking distance.

Everything EXCEPT breakfast was very good. Eggs were yucky and wet, bacon worst i ever had. No honey, nuts or cinnamon for sub-par oatmeal. Juice very watered down. THANKFULLY, the coffee was good.

Nice place to stay.
Rooms have their own small apartment style and the places across the streets are about the same cost, with lesser of a return.
Staybridge is the best local suites you can get wether it be for a day, a week or even a month.
Their extras can keep you comfortable for as long as you're there.

This is probably the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in. They serve (very simple) meals Mondays-Wednesday evenings. There's private courtyard with grills and a bonfire at night. Fresh baked cookies at the front desk. Large, clean rooms. The pool was quite cold the first night, but nice the second. Everything feels well maintained and clean.

The breakfast buffet was among the best I've had at a hotel. Great location as well. Not very far from downtown Cincy but just far away that you feel safe to be there. If I ever need a hotel in the Cincy area, I'll definitely be staying at this one!

Gym, pool and the guest laundry are super small. The pool need some serious upkeep and change out corroded metals and cleaning up. I came visit during a very cold weekend and wanted to use the spa, it was lukewarm. I'm looking forward to their breakfast in the morning and see how that goes. Overall a decent place and great location. And the noise level, perhaps it was a loud neighbor or the wall is only so thick.

We had a suite with 1 bed, kitchen area and a pull out bed. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, I was on cloud 9 very nice room and the staff is very friendly. Loved it highly recommend

Typically the Stay bridge experience is great. Breakfast is great the choices are adequate. Then there is happy hour eats and 50 cent beer Mon,Tue , Wed and Thu evenings. the staff is helpfull and cordial. The price is great for what you get.

We like staying here for the extended hours the pool is open and because they allow pets. The breakfast is pretty good and they offer snacks on some nights. It does a good job accommodating big groups.

I only regret not having more time at this location. It was beautiful. Amazing pool, great breakfast, wonderful staff. Brilliant comfortable rooms.

We stay in hotels frequently, and I am glad to say that this was one of the best!

The staff was very kind and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Laundry was free, which I've never seen at a hotel. The room was immaculate, the pool was clean, the breakfast was fresh.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting North Cincinnati.

Great suites! Very well stocked with everything you might need when away from home. Free breakfast everyday with lots of options. There is also dinner included. If I needed to stay away from home for some time, I would stay here again.
