Best IHG hotel we’ve stayed at. The staff was awesome, the breakfast was awesome and the Room was like home. Love the black out curtains that allow you not too know what time it is. Makes for a good sleep. I could not find anything wrong. PERIOD!!!

Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy! Walls are kind of thin though you can everything..The staff was warm and inviting except the night manager Michael I believe. He followed us around and asked a lot of personal questions and made quite a few assumptions. I wonder if he does all of the male visitors that way...kind of creepy

It was OK it could have been cleaned a LOT BETTER especially the shower they could change the carpet to hard wood, and the cloth couch they have in the room had stains on it so it pretty hard to relax on a stain couch not knowing what the stains are , but the breakfast was the best part of my 2 day stay

Hotel is accommodating with clean rooms. Roome rates are bit so bad when I reserved one. Cleanliness of room is 9/10. Bathroom needs a little cleaning. But overall 9/10.

This hotel was a little run down but not too bad. The room was very nice and pretty clean. We were impressed with the breakfast and the amount of seating in the dining room. I suppose it could have been a little quieter but, all in all, I was impressed and happy with my stay.
I intend to stay here again when I get the chance!

Nice place. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Our only complaint is that we were placed in a room with a shower door that was not even installed on its tracks. We had to be relocated to another room, and while the shower door was on its track, it still did not function very well. It is clear that more attention needs to be given to updating the showers.

The hotel rooms all feel like an apartment, you have a little kitchen area with a dishwasher, fridge, stove top and microwave. They have places to work out and do laundry, swim and print papers. The staff is all friendly and they're willing to meet our needs and want to make the customers happy. Every time I visit Texas, I choose Staybridge Suites, just because it's so cozy to stay in.

Good hotel to stay. Shuttle facility is available only on weekdays which can be a deal breaker. Customer service and food are really good.

My wife and I entered the hotel around 10 pm without a reservation, but Michael was very welcoming and had us set up in no time flat. The room was somewhat small, but it had a full kitchenette (good sized fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, sink, as well as dishes and pots/pans). The bed was comfortable enough, A/C was nice and cool, and the shower was awesome (great water pressure and a good shower head). Overall, very satisfied. If I had to stay in Dallas for a longer business trip, this would probably be my choice.

Very clean & well-kept property near DFW. The breakfast was delicious and the overall atmosphere was great. The room suite layout was fantastic - included a full kitchen, tv room, and separate bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom tile grout needs to be redone, but overall everything was clean including the shower. Highly recommend!

I only stayed for one night and for the price it is a great deal especially with the free breakfast and parking. The room and kitchen were very clean with newer stainless steel looking appliances and granite countertops. They provide a full set of ceramic bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, and Palmolive dish soap. Place your room key in a cardholder by the door to be able to turn on the lights and when you leave, taking the card out turns off all the lights for you. There is a ceiling fan right above the bed which is something I don't see often in hotels I've stayed in. However, I was not a fan about the layout of the bathroom. The sink area is completely open next to the bed which makes it difficult if you are trying to do things in the bathroom and your partner is trying to sleep. Next to the sink/closet area there is a door closing off the shower/toilet. Turning on the light also turns on the bathroom exhaust fan which was very loud. Keep in mind that they don't offer free toothbrushes or toothpaste and instead they have a small "pantry area" in the lobby where you can purchase those items.

Suites are very roomy and the kitchens are fully equipped (minus oven) with bowls, plates, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove, pans. Anything you can think of to make it feel like home, they have provided it. If it's not in your room, there is a mini store downstairs!

Friendly front desk people. Nice rooms, good breakfast 👍 we stayed with reward points so can't speak about the price but the rates looked reasonable.
The shuttle driver was super helpful. Will be going here again if we are in that area!

It's an IHG hotel in case you are a member. It's beautiful inside. It's intended to be a long stay hotel. There is free beer, wine and food Monday through Thursday. The have a hot breakfast as well with decent hours. The staff is great. The only down side is that they won't give you full room service cleaning when you need it. It's only once a week. It also has a kitchen with all the utensils. The barbeque is pretty nice, only if both grills work. I stayed for 3 weeks in May and the pool was always cold and I only saw 3 people total in the pool during my entire stay. Everything else was pretty good.

The rooms are nicely furnished but my AC was not functional in the first room they put me in. I was able to relocate to another room with functional AC very easily. Staff has been very helpful and courteous. Lots of free amenities like breakfast and social dinners three times a week on top of the usual Hotel things like a gym laundry Etc. Keep in mind the shuttle does not run over the weekend so expect to take a Lyft or Uber from the airport if you're flying in on a Saturday or Sunday

We had a wonderful stay at the Staybridge Suites DFW. The staff was very nice, the room was great, and the breakfast was wonderful.

We forgot something at the hotel and Jessica, at the front desk, did everything to get the item sent back to us. She took the time to check with the shipping place to see what the different rates and shipping options we had. She even made sure to have the shipping company email us a tracking number and called to read out the entire number to make sure we had it. Call back was always quick and communication was great.

Thank you for a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back to stay in the future.

Everything was great about our stay! The room was clean and very reasonable priced...The bed was super comfy and the complimentary breakfast was excellent!

Nice hotel for a business trip. I stayed three nights and found the accommodations nice but not amazing. Some of the little things could have been improved upon. The iron and ironing board were both in poor shape and needed replacing. The thermostat went from very cold to heated without any space in between (I decided on cold). The shower head was the best in any hotel I've stayed in and the water pressure was very good. The bed was sufficient - neither great nor bad.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was nice with lots of options - I'd put the selection on par with the Sheraton Club level. Overall a nice hotel - I'd stay there again.

Very nice people and are open for service anytime. Very clean and spacious rooms you can cook with the utensils available. Serves breakfast everyday and weekly 4 days evening snacks or dinner which is all complementary. Shuttle service is also available on weekends at certain time intervals. Overall great place to stay single or with family

My experience here was good. My issues didn't stem from the hotel itself, as much as the people staying at the hotels. I stayed for 5 days. Of the 5 days, 2 of the days were kind of crappy.

I had to deal with someone's crappy dog barking at midnight for 45 minutes. I also had to put up with a couple having the loudest sex at 2:30a. Which if it were during the day, I wouldn't really care. At 2:30a though, it's pretty inconsiderate considering a lot of people stay at this hotel for business.

Otherwise the hotel was nice, the staff was very accommodating. It could use some upgrades in the bathrooms, otherwise nice for the price.

Great location; attentive, helpful, polite and smiling staff; staff are knowledgeable about what attractions are in the area as well as what there is that can be done with young children; very convenient to have a hot breakfast and coffee available every morning; pool is great; rooms are stocked with almost everything one might forget when traveling (I.e., "how am I going to keep my dirty clothes separate from the clean ones," "what will I use for utensils when I eat"), its all there already. Housekeeping is respectful of do not disturb signs. Do not use candles in the rooms as they will want to attempt to keep your deposit due to smoke being inside the room. Overall a great place to stay, lots of restaurants nearby.

I don't stay in hotels regularly, but this is so nice. The receptionist recommended a nice sports bar when I asked. The room is exactly what I want in a hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice facility. Very new, modern, clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Good convenient location close to several highways and shopping centers. Large updated rooms with modern amenities. Spacious lobby. I plan to stay here again.

Great room, service, food

Wonderful place to stay! We only stayed 2 nights but this would be an absolute MUST for multiple nights. Full kitchen. Full size coffee pot. Real cups, glasses, plates, pots, pans, ect...wonderful breakfast!!

My flight was cancelled due to weather, and I was lucky enough to find a spot at the staybridge. Their staff was super friendly and understanding. Especially Jessica at the front desk. I love that they worked with me when my travel plans were up in the air. Their service was greatly appreciated, and the facilities there are excellent.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone that will be staying around this area.

Very clean with a welcoming environment. The free hot breakfast was to be expected but the free light dinner social meals and free laundry was a plus. The room was more like a well updated apartment than a hotel room with SS looking appliances and a cabinet full of REAL dishes. I would stay here again.
