Pleasantly surprised when I stayed here! I will stay here again when I need a home away from home! Front desk associates are very pleasant. Designed for extended stays, it has all the amenities that you need. The room was imaculate!

It is a good place to stay for a while. It's got almost everything you might need: spa, gym, pool, convenience store, complimentary breakfast, and a lot more. It has pet friendly rooms. What else do you need?

Very nice hotel in a great location right off of I-69. Rooms were very nice although a few things in the room showed their age (shower, bathroom doors, bedroom doors). The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the property and amenities.

The room is great. I love the fact that the room is separated from the living room and kitchen area. Also love the full size kitchen and being able to story food, heating it up, and even cook. Room did smell though and the door gets stuck when I try to walk in from the front.

staff is always very preoccupied with something. Lost my reservation booked with my rewards number; not sure how that happens. Water pressure in showers is meh and most rooms could use some serious TLC (locks fixed, cleaning, etc). renovation has been going on for quite some time. HI Express across the highway has a much more customer-oriented staff with better walk to options for meals and shopping.

Went to the Staybridge Suites for a few hours for a family gathering. Presentation and building was collected and neat. Very professional setting and kept well cleaned. My only complain was the indoor pool. While the pool was clean, the pH balances of the pool (chlorine mixed with salt water) were acidic. My sterling silver jewelry was stripped and turned black. My brother felt a burning sensation on his skin that left him with an itch for 24 hrs. Other than that, the stay was nice. But, I do recommend having the pool checked out before using.

We recently stayed this past weekend and were so impressed. The staff who we came in to contact with were so helpful. The room was amazing! It fit our family well, it was clean and up to date and the beds were SO comfortable! The courtyard, grills and pool area looked nice but we didn't have time to use them. The big thing for us was that our room was clean and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice kitchenette. Common area was nice. Pool was clean. The breakfast bar wasn’t what I expected. Eggs were runny. Limited choices. Could be much better compared to other hotels.

Came into town on a business trip. It was my first time staying here and definitely enjoyed it. Will be back again.

My room was beautifully furnished and had a small kitchenette. King size bed with some of the most comfortable pillows I've encountered at a hotel. Enjoyed lounging around and watching television on the couch after a busy day.

The common area down stairs was holding a happy hour with free wine or beer and barbecued burgers. They do it every Wednesday from 5:30 pm until seven. My colleagues and I enjoyed a few drinks before heading to Wolfies (walking distance) for dinner and a night cap.

All the employees were kind and well spoken. I had to run back to the room after checking out because I had forgotten that all important phone charger. The cleaning person was already down turning it in to the front desk clerk.

I cannot wait to be back to Indianapolis to stay here again. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay!

Have stayed here numerous times when traveling to Indy for work and have never had issues with my checkin or room itself. The evening social dinner three days a week is an excellent idea to have some free food and alcohol after a long day at work.
I would like to see more vegetarian options in both the breakfast menu and especially the evening social as there is hardly anything for me to eat, unfortunately.
Other than that the rooms are spacious enough with the kitchenette as an added bonus. Would also have preferred the wash area to be in the bathroom and not outside as the toilet is very cramped in some rooms.
But these are minor concerns compared to the overall ambience which is excellent.

Courteous staff, nice rooms. Been under construction both visits, still a great stay. Only real complaint is that the pool is cold! 😊

Decent facility horrible staff.

We were told upon check-in that there was no laundry or work out room due to construction even though the website listed these amenities. They are not providing discounts for this because "they put a sign up last week." When we told them we were not here during that time the respons was "so?" Asked them to change the air conditioning filter because it was filthy and the answer was no "because of construction on the first floor." One of the showers in the suite did not work so the manger told us to use the other. Worst Hospitality I have ever received at this hotel chain!

We were placed here by our insurance company due to water damage at our home. Although it was a very stressful for us, the staff here was very kind and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable! Free breakfast buffet and dinner three nights a week was helpful during this time too. It was also nice to have washer and dryer access at no charge. Although the laundry and gym will be out of service now for a bit to do a renovation, it with still be worth it for all the other amenities and services they offer. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. I would definitely feel comfortable referring anybody to this place.

The hotel was beautiful. The two rooms I booked were both clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and my family really enjoy the buffet in the morning and the social hour that was on Monday and Tuesday. When we happen to return we plan on booking at the Staybridge!

Good complementary breakfast. Plenty of coffee available at any time of day. Wonderful bed n pillows. Would've liked to have a cocomplementary bottle of water or something

This is our favorite place to stay. The rooms are always clean, housekeeping is always willing to get you whatever you want, the breakfast is great and so is the pool. Kim at the front desk is one of our favorite people there. She is personable and truly cares about her guests. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Other than the pool being closed down for longer than expected, my stay here was great! The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Also, the breakfasts were great!

We only stayed one night, but it was very nice. The pool was closed, but we were able to use our room key to get into Life Time fitness, which was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Clean, bed was comfortable, people were friendly. It had everything we needed to make us comfortable and feel.at home. The breakfast the next morning was delicious too!

We had a 2 bedroom suite for the weekend that accommodated 6. It was plenty of space and everything was covered. Full-size fridge, stovetop, microwave, pans, bowls, plates, silverware, etc. Dining room table, tv's in each room, 2 full bathrooms, and extra pillows and blankets already in the room. My kids loved the breakfast both mornings and ate well. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub also. A great time was had by all of us!!

Top-notch! Very clean and all the amenities you can think of. The gym was a little rundown, exercise bike was on the fritz. However, free cookout food and drinks for dinner and excellent hot breakfast. This place is great.

We were just visiting with family that was staying at the hotel, but it seemed very nice. The rooms were pleasant and had amenities I don't think I've ever seen at a hotel before, like a full-sized fridge and garbage disposal. They have a lovely courtyard with multiple grills, and an indoor pool and hot tub. Both pool & jacuzzi were decent, but not exceptional really. The only real negative to the experience was when my brother-in-law was told he couldn't have his drink at the pool, but it was in a container that did not break any pool rules. Overall, a very nice place to stay, especially if you want to have visitors while staying.

While staying here for an extended business trip, I have swiftly fallen in love with this hotel. The rooms are practically fully furnished apartments, the staffing is courteous and informative, and the amenities are mind boggling in the best way.

The hotel is right next to the interstate, but the room on the 4th floor was quiet. The room was very large and clean and the bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was fine. I didn't use any of the other amenities, but the pool looked pretty nice.

Excellent customer service by Savana who helped us fulfill all of our requests! Excellent work by all the staff who is always happy and willing to help. Overall we experienced a great stay, the rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable, breakfast was typical of a Staybridge but this one in particular has a really good staff, which makes a huge difference. Internet was relatively fast, good channel lineup on the TV, this hotel was in a good location, I would love to come back.

It was under construction but it was a super nice hotel. We stayed in a suite and it had all the amenities you could need. Very friendly staff and the breakfast wasnt any different really than any other hotel Continental breakfast but it was satisfactory.

It was not my first visit. The staff were very accommodating. The suites were clean. The only issue I had was the parking. However, I will stay there again. Once again excellent staff. This was the Staybridge in Fisher, Indiana.

Room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable & plush. I haven't slept that well on the road in months. I appreciated the free laundry and the breakfast was a step higher than most hotels.

The air conditioner sounded like a freight train each time it kicked on during the night. Woke up my wife and I several times. So much for a good night sleep away from the baby. Everything geese was good. Clean, comfy bed and good water pressure.

Great hotel! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family. Having 2 bathrooms was great. It was clean and updated. The hotel is currently under renovations and we weren't inconvenienced inside at all. The parking lot was crowded and we had a bit of trouble finding a spot with lots of work trucks around (we stayed on Saturday and Sunday and it seemed like no one was actively working). Breakfast was good. Lots of food choices to feed our picky eaters. We were thankful for trays to carry your choices back to your room because the tables were all occupied. We didn't get to take advantage, but the pool and basketball courts looked nice. It was close to the highway and some restaurants. It was very convenient to lots of activities. The neighborhood wasn't in a run-down area, it was very nice, surrounded by other newer, nice hotels. The Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurant directly next door seems to be abandoned (or about to be torn down). That did not detract from the area. We would stay here again.

I was the first person to stay in room 217 post renovation. I expected it to be perfect being a brand new remodeled suite. The decor was great. The functionality of the unit was lacking. I had to sleep with a turd in the toilet all night.

That said, I would return.

Staybridge is the best. We stay there whenever its available where we are going. The rooms are spacious and having a kitchen with a full size refridgerator really comes in handy too. The rooms and hotel were very clean and the staff was extra friendly too, especially when we needed extra towels at 11pm. I would definitely stay here again. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby.

We arrived late and it was quiet. Our little dog was with us as well. It was a typical Staybridge overnight- perfect, save for the weather.

Room exceptional and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Two items were coffee cake and special K with red berries, these aren't items I see often and was impressed!

Very nice hotel, great breakfast. This particular hotel had slightly smaller rooms than i am used to for this chain, but the suites are still nice. Staynridhe hotels are the place to stay, if you can afford them.

The room was clean and ready on time/not before. The staff is very friendly. The general upkeep of the facility and elevators was good. The indoor pool, unfortunately, was cold; which is the only reason they are getting 4 stars!

Rugby team stayed overnight flee a Gane and received incredible room service and phenomenal rooms. Beds were comfy and breakfast was delicious.

The newly updated rooms are very nice! Black appliances and semi-translucent cabinet doors are interesting. Also the complementary breakfast is really good... especially so when they have a breakfast pizza available!

The hotel was nice enough, and staff did a fair job of keeping things clean, but the hotel is getting run down and could definitely use a makeover. Regardless, our stay was pleasant.

Close to Klipsch Music Center, clean rooms, and good breakfast. They have free food and drinks Monday thru Wednesday nights. We arrived late after a concert and had to park in a restaurant parking lot - every single parking spot was filled, there were several large containers taking up multiple spots. There was also an outside door next to our room that didn't lock, anyone could walk right in.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. I'd stay here again.

Recently stayed here and was very satisfied with the accommodations. Good-sized room (very clean), liked having a foldout couch and the breakfast was excellent.

The suite was perfect - living room, kitchen, bedroom all were comfortable and well equipped. Plus the free breakfast buffet was amazing. I'll be back. I wish Staybridge had locations everywhere I travel!

The rooms were great (spacious and clean), and the staff was really nice. Plus, there was free laundry and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had (and one of the only ones I've seen that offers soda, which for a non-coffee drinker, like myself was fantastic)!

I was looking for a clean, affordable room in Indianapolis and found it at the Staybridge Suites. This place looked more like a luxurious senior citizen community than a hotel 9I mean that as a compliment). It felt like a residence. Big, clean rooms with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, etc. Beautiful landscaping, friendly staff, free wifi and breakfast. Highly recommend.

I'm a comic and was performing at Morty's Comedy Club June 4-6. I stayed at the Staybridge Suites and really enjoyed. I used the hot tub to relax. It was great. The rooms are very spacious, nicely designed, and the beds are comfy. It's a great room and has a different more spacious design than most hotels rooms. The lobby was nice to sit and read and write notes in preparation for my show. I recommend this hotel for anyone.
