Housekeeping was THE best! Room was clean and we were asked frequently if we needed anything, even knowing we were there less than 24 hours. Personable staff!

My fiance and I just completed a 4 night stay here. The first 2 days were great! The third day, we told the front desk person, Heather, that there was some chocolate that had gotten on the bed by accident. She typed something into the computer and said it would be taken care of. When we returned, our room hadn't been cleaned. The same thing happened the next day. He told Heather again to which she responded very rudely that housekeeping doesn't work on weekends and handed him clean towels and sheets.
Overall, we enjoyed the hotel, other than the housekeeping issue and the rude employee.
That is the reason I can't give 5 stars.

Nice pool. Nice room. The grounds were cleaned up alright but the trash cans were overflowing (like a lot) and there were cigarette buds all over by the tables. Figure that should get cleaned up at some point over our several day stay, but it wasn't. Overall not bad though.

We stayed here one night with our 2 dogs while passing through Kansas City. We chose this hotel after being let down by the La Quinta in the area. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet and it was nice having a full kitchen. The area felt safe and there were a lot of restaurant options close by. The laundry room was very nice and updated and on certain nights the hotel even offers a social hour with free food. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! The bed was comfortable, the pool was clean, the kitchen had plates and cups. Very great hotel, would definitely recommend.

I liked our clean and big room with one queen bed and a coach bed. I also like the breakfast, which is free for all guests. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.

Very clean. Had new mattresses when we were there (5/2018). Breakfast was lackluater but we got there late. They provided a quality and free crib on request.

Great place for short or long term stay, reasonable rates and plenty of food.

They make you feel at home from the get go. The food is complimentary, yet they put heart and soul into it as if your were at a 5 star restaurant. Rooms have everything you need from appliances plus. The location is 3 to 5 mins from all Walmart's food places the whole nine yards.

Fantastic. The breakfast was decent. Allowed me to bring the dog.

Great location if you're in KC for a Chiefs or Royals game (like I was). Plenty of dining options very close by.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Since we stayed only one night, we didn't need the kitchen but it was well-equipped.

Only stayed 1 night but was very impressed. Clean room, ok bed, living room space and mini kitchen. Breakfast was nothing fancy. Super close to Shopping mall, Movie theater, Resturants and Starbucks!!

Convenient location, clean and very well appointed. Bed isn't quite as comfortable as many, but pillows are great. Breakfast and dinner are included too!

First time at a Staybridge. This is a great hotel! The food is decent (breakfast and dinner served through the week), and the rooms are nice with a kitchenette. I will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed the separate bedrooms for my family of 6. But the breakfast/Dining area is too small for all of us. Our party had to split up in order to eat. Pool and outdoor BBQ areas are nice.

The rooms were amazing. Reminded us of mini apartments. The location is perfect, it's super close to the mall but off the beaten path enough that it is quite.

The soups were awesome. The seafood salad excellent. The entres were creative and very good. Highly recommended.

I work here, so from personal reference it's a clean, caring, fancy place. We always do are best and try to make are customers happy.

In a convenient location close the the independence plaza room was clean and had all the amenities hot breakfast in the morning was appreciated as well

The hotel was quiet and clean. The AC in the room was a little loud, but not enough to keep us awake. The breakfast in the morning was great with fresh fruit and warm food as well.

Clean room, comfy mattress, useful kitchenette, yummy breakfast. Served all the needs we needed, plus aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely stay at again, was our first time in one.

The location is perfect. It's about a half of mile from the freeway. It's located near a Starbucks, Logans (bar and grill), Chuck E Cheese's, and Starbucks. So there is something for everyone.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. As for the rooms they were perfect for my family. It came with a full kitchen, king sized bed, and pull out couch bed. The only really not so positive critique is the walls seemed a little thin. At night we could hear the conversation of the group in the next room.

Overall I would stay there again.

The staff very friendly, room was very nice and clean. Thanks to cleaning staff. Pool hot tub outside was very nice, flowers all around, except for the fake ones, they were ugly. They had a buffet at supper time, and breakfast in morning. Food was good. I would stay again if needed.

This place was not just your average hotel stay kinda place. The suites were huge and very nice and The hotel was very clean. Although when I used the address from there website to put into Google maps for directions it was wrong and actually took me somewhere else other then that I recommend the staybridge suites!!

Stayed for a quick weekend trip to see family. The room was great and the facilities were clean and the breakfast bar was nice. Very quiet and comfortable. Always happy with Staybridge hotels

Excellent facility and staff, warm vibe that makes you feel at home. I'm a frequent business traveler who typically stays at Marriott's or Hilton's. However, my stay with this hotel will have me looking for Staybridge's more often.
