The lady at the front desk was so nice! We enjoyed the breakfast and social hour the have in the evening. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice. The kitchen area was filthy. The top of the refrigerator was sticky and gross. The coffee pot did not work. The shower curtain was not long enough and when I took a shower, water was everywhere.

Hotel was extremely nice, all the staff were great! The only thing that could use improvement would be the appearance of the doors of the rooms, and some paint could be touched up or cleaned. Otherwise great stay!

Comfortable and clean. Having the kitchen is great especially for saving money on meals. Nice to have our own room and the pull out for the kids. Dishwasher was crazy loud... Don't run it right before bed if anyone is sleeping on the pull out! Good value.

The suite was nice and clean. The kitchenette was well-stocked with utensils, glasses, plates, mugs, pots, etc. This came in really handy when I brought in some take-out and didn't want to use the cheapo plastic forks they provided. For me, the kitchenette was the best feature as I could eat my dinner with actual dishes. The fridge was a full-size one and not some tiny mini-fridge like most other hotels have. There is even a loveseat and coffee table in the suite. It's within easy walking distance of downtown. All in all, it's a great value for a quick stopover in Peoria. It really feels like a home away from home.

Good stay. Love the setup of the rooms and the buffet breakfast. Comfort of bed could be improved. Also, leak was reported from a colleague of mine in his room in the middle of the night and nothing was done to fix it. I think something like that should be addressed immediately and rooms changed.

Good, quiet stay but the facilities could use some updating. Very friendly staff and would definitely stay again, the rooms are just a little dated.

I travel often for work and I always enjoy when we get approved for Staybridges as they are well above the standards to most other hotels. The meals they provide both breakfast and dinner are well stocked and good variety. Rooms are spacious and the extra living quarters make it feel a little more like home.

Ive stayed here before, and loved it then and still love it now. These mini apartments are amazing. The only complaint i would have is the lack luster of wifi speed.

Great accommodations as we were doing some family history in Galesburg and Henderson, IL. Also was able to break up the drive from St Louis, MO and Minneapolis.

This hotel is one of my favorites in downtown Peoria. I loved having a room with separate bedrooms and bathrooms within the room (especially since I always have a roomate). The rooms also include a livingroom and kitchenette with dishwasher. The breakfast is one of the best complimentary ones that I've seen at a hotel and they even offer complimentary dinner 3 nights a week (Mon-Wed)! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the room wasn't as thoroughly cleaned as it should've been. I found dirty towels shoved in the drawer on the vanity and a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain. I know they had a big convention check out that morning but it shouldn't matter. I will definitely make this hotel my first choice anytime I'm in Peoria!

My stay there was Great the Friendliness was awesome from the staff breakfast was great on the weekend we where there but that Monday morning the lady over the food wasnt friendly put the food up early and nothing was fresh oatmeal thick lumpy bacon broken pieces and hard you can tell that it had sit there until it was picked over she never freshened up anything I know your time is different for weekdays that I understand but I arrived 45-mins before closing so what does that say about the COOK is she there for the people or is she just there or was it just us But other than that Our Stay Was GREAT MANAGERS (T K)AND ALL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE AND WEEKEND COOK I WILL STAY AT THE HOTEL AGAIN when I return home to Peoria ILL

Went to Peoria on a whim for my birthday weekend to meet with a friend. The hotel was so nice, clean & comfortable.Staybridge employees were all so accommodating & friendly. Location was perfect for doing things, especially at the Civic center or downtown. I would definitely look into staying again and again

The accommodations are OK. I would describe the furniture, kitchenette, and morning breakfast to be mediocre. It's convenient to the convention center, but that's not why we're here. There's a holiday inn and embassy suites nearby. Is prefer those branded hotels over this place any day. Our room wasn't fully cleaned today. We had a credit on hotels dot com and this was the available option.

Nice room, pool was decent size and very warm. Games were fun to entertain the kids and the fireplace was nice in the lobby. Free breakfast

It was a very clean and and homy feeling the people were nice and there were several activities for you to do. Swimming hot tub work out room basketball outside awesome.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown. The room was comfortable and clean. The main downside is the terrible wifi... Every device I had kept disconnecting, and the internet speed was just slow, when available. It really got stressing trying to get anything done having to reconnect every half an hour. Other than the wifi, the rest was pretty nice. I would recommend it for a nice, off-the-grid weekend.

This hotel was very nice and clean. I was only there one night and checked in very late. The woman at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer! She was amazing. I wish I knew her name. They do not have ice machines on the floors, but she went to the restaurant and grabbed some for us. She went above and beyond the steps if service for us. She was working the 3rd shift in Sat 9/23/17(for management reference)

This hotel is NOT in a good neighborhood and I would not walk anywhere from there. It is a convenient location to downtown, but I would probably not stay again because of the surrounding area. I am giving 5 stars because of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. They can't help the location!

Very modern and furnished well. The queen sized bed is not like any I've ever owned, very stable, solid and comfy, yet it seemed small, compared to others.

Lots of amenities here that we didn't have time to take advantage of, outdoor patio, pool, firepit, basketball court, and they advertise a library, but I didn't see it.

The shower room didn't have a garbage can, then we discovered it was under the sink, just outside the shower room.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Good selections of many different offerings. Cold, hot, fruit, cereal, breads, baked goods, and more!

The staff was friendly and helpful and they accommodated us when we asked for a late checkout.

Shower was very hot and powerful water pressure, towels were a little rough to the touch.

Room's are huge and clean very helpful staff and a big breakfast also a nice swimming pool and spa also free laundry and free shuttle to and from the casinos

Staff was wonderful and Suite was great for my family. Nice patio, pool, hot tub and basketball court. The patio was great to eat breakfast outside. All you can eat breakfast! Yum!

Came for ILMEA State, and while it's not amazing, it served it's purpose well. I'm impressed with how amazingly they accommodated a ton of teenage musicians and their instruments, and breakfast starting as early as it did was a lifesaver.

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very accommodating. Rooms are well-appointed. Complimentary hot breakfast was extensive, plentiful, very good. I'm with a group of 10, and we used a lot of hotel amenities: Pool, outdoor seating (though firepit wasn't working) to enjoy particularly fine evenimg westher after dinner. They have a shuttle that ferried us to dinner twice, so we could have wine or drinks. This wasn't our first choice of hotel for this weekend-long annual event, but we will probably make it so!

Nice room, quiet, decent breakfast, and I really liked their toiletries. Room had one of the nicer kitchenettes I've seen in a hotel and suite was decently sized.

I travel often for work so we're constantly staying in hotels and compared to what I'm normally staying in the Staybridge has been cut above all the rest excellent amenities great help from the employees at the front desk and the fact that they offer the complimentary dinner on certain nights is very helpful for somebody like me who works 3rd shifts

Fantastic attitude and customer service from all the staff. The rooms are always in high qaify. The location of this hotel is so convenient being across a major stadiuum for events.

Nice hotel. Clean. Close to a concert venue we were seeing a show at. Nothing to write home about, but no complaints either.

Decent hotel. Staff is very courteous and will make you feel " acknowledged" most of the time. They happily take you around in their shuttle within 3 miles.

This hotel is the best buy for your buck you will find. Everything is included. I'm so happy I booked this one-day trip. The next time I'm in Peoria I'm making the trip longer to stay here. My kid loved it, the food was great for a "complimentary breakfast.", The pool was more than adequate for my 4-year-old, the rooms were clean, the full-fridge, and kitchenettes made everything so easy. The shuttle driver was amazing. All of the staff was very friendly. Great place.

My stay was 1/15/17 thru 1/16/17 and I throughly enjoyed my experience at this hotel and more. The amenities were top notch. I was there to attend an event at the civic center which is close by, with a girlfriend from church.
The two room suite we share was clean, and we had our own separate bathrooms within the bedrooms very nice and clean with all you would want and if you needed something just call the front desk. The staff at the front desk , dinning and shuttle personnel were very helpful and professional during my stay and I would recommend anyone choosing this location for pleasure or business. I would choose this hotel over any other when in Peoria.

We stayed here for a week while my husband completed Caterpillar training. We were in a 2 bedroom suite, which accommodated 3 young kids and 2 adults. Our youngest was in a pack and play. There was more than enough room to fit everything we needed. Kitchenette and fridge were really helpful for our family. Breakfast was great, the evening happy hour was also awesome. Hotel was clean. Pool and hot tub were great. There are bbq's available for use as well. Would recommend !

The suite was very nice. Spacious. Had a small kitchen with a full fridge and freezer. The breakfast was great! It was a buffet with quote a few options. Really liked it. Clean and cozy.

The weekend staff is outstanding. We're up here on business, Friday and Saturday nights are our favorite times to be there. We've never had better hospitality and we're even from the South..

Stayed one night in King suite with my husband and daughter. Very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They even provided a cheeseburger dinner with beer, wine and soda. A continental breakfast was included with the stay. My family and I would definitely stay again.

We stayed while attending a conference at the Peoria Civic Center. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Conveniently located directly across the street with big crosswalks to get across the roads.
Pool is nicely maintained. Courtyard area has a basketball/tennis court and there is a nice pavilion out there.
Breakfast is very good. Juice and soda machines are going all day.

overall hotel is nice, but a few things they should improve on..warmer pool water for sure, a bathroom in the same room as pool would be really convenient & more sanitary! Plz add sheets in room for sleeper sofa. staff was very friendly!

Staff is awesome, breakfast was great, rooms are nice. Only complaint was 2 dryers did not work and pool was freezing! Hot tub was a semi luke warm tube and pool towels are tiny. Overall a great experience.
