This hotel is a little pricey, but the amenities provided are worthwhile. You get what you pay for. Our room came with a full size fridge in the kitchen that got more use than the stove. The option to really cook was there(cooking vessels in cabinets), but we mostly ate at SA restaurants. The morning breakfast buffet is worthwhile, my only complaint being how popular the waffle irons are.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel looked very new. It was a convenient location as well. Definitely will stay here again!

Hotel was nice and quiet, our two room suite was clean and the beds comfortable. Check in was easy, the front desk staff was nice and helpful. Parking was not a problem, and breakfast was pretty good with eggs and bacon, who doesn't love bacon!!!

Enjoyed my stay during a DCI Drum Corps Competition at the Alamodome. Attentive service, and very friendly staff all around the Hotel. The interior design is very upscale. I loved the gym, and laundry room. (Some of the machines were down, or put on work order) However, everything else was amazing. Great outdoors pool (Could be bigger) but the spacious lounges make up for that. Breakfast in the morning was decent and the sitting was comfortable. The room service was always on time and house keeping was always attention to detail. FREE beer and Wine during their social hour is available several days a week.
Parking is available with additional space in the basement parking lot. Overall, friendly staff, clean and comfy suites.

I was at this place for a week while in San Antonio on business. They are excellent. I especially liked the social hour they do several days a week with free beer and wine.

Excellent experience. Staff very amiable, tries to go out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfasts and dinners were restaurant quality. Rooms were clean and we'll kept,the beds very comfortable. I will highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

Found bed bugs in my first room but only one and they had us moved and taking care of in less than 10 min. of us informing them. They gave me a refund if one of our nights and made us feel very welcomed.

Pretty nice place to stay. The suites were a comfy size. King bed was comfortable but that is all. The room smelled of cigarettes despite the entire building being a no smoking place (probably because of the person who stayed there before us). The room had a fridge, microwave, and utensils. Overall a decent place to stay if you aren't interested in luxury.

It was a deal through priceline and I'm glad we got it. We were traveling with our dogs and love that it's pet friendly. The room was really nice except the bed was noticeably cheap and uncomfortable. Loved the extras the hotel thinks of for the guests. We'll stay again for sure.

Clean rooms, everything you need and more. This is must stay place if your in San Antonio. Will definitely be back again. Front desk staff amazing, friendly and knowledgeable about surrounding area.

Room was very comfortable, staff was very nice. Have stayed at another one before and felt the other one had a few more options for breakfast. And was sad when I wanted some of the "fresh" fruit, and it was frozen and gross looking. But would stay again!

Clean, quiet, and cozy. I had an excellent stay with Staybridge Suites over a busy holiday. The rooms include kitchenettes and couches, and there is a lovely pool area with lots of seating and fire pits available! They were even accomodating when I asked to switch rooms on the second night to be farther away from the elevators. The only drawbacks are that the pet fee is a little pricey at $75-$150 dollars, and there is not much grass to walk dogs.

I have a great time every time I come here! It feels safe and secure, is luxurious, and the staff is super friendly and professional! They have delicious buffet style breakfast every morning and three nights a week they host a social mixer with a dinner so long time hotel stayers like myself can get to know one another! The cook is fantastic and super sweet too! She's always out and about making sure that there's still plenty of food out for everyone! Everyone at the front desk is very genuine, understanding, respectful and just plain kind hearted! Great place, my hubby and I can't recommend it enough! Words just don't do it justice to be honest!! Book your stay here, just stop looking around! No one will give you a better nights stay, more amenities, a better price, better service, or truly make you feel like family! I'm proud to stay here, even if it's just for a couple months! Thanks you guys for such a wonderful stay so far!

For breakfast, there were more choices available than other hotels that includes it.
My only complaint was a very noice AC unit. I’m not a light sleeper and it did keep me up.
Overall, I’m coming back to this hotel.

Stayed here with our marching band when we were in town for a competition. Really nice and the staff handled us well. The breakfast was a full buffet! Rooms had full sized fridges and all the rest you would want for an extended stay. Glassware, dishes etc. Cool pool area and well stocked and maintained workout room.

Our family of four adults were in a 2 bedroom suite for a 3 night stay. Plenty of space, including a Kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable and the suite was nicely decorated.

Cleaning staff did a thorough job.

We took advantage of the free van service, the drivers Zaul, Jerry and Yahir were very friendly and professional.

Finally the staff at the Front desk always had a smile, patient and made some great restaurant suggestions, thanks again, Melinda, Jason, Nikky and Sandra.

Our friends booked us at the Staybridge for their daughters wedding and we were very happy with the accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay here! Loved the layout of the room, the kitchen area (there are dishes, utensils, microwave, full fridge, stove) VERY CONVENIENT. We had a great view of the outside patio and pool; everything was so clean and nice. The entire hotel smelled fresh and pleasant. The free breakfast was decent and the breakfast area wasn't over crowded. Free parking with plenty of space including basement parking, very friendly staff! Oh and let me not forget to mention how awesome the price was: VERY AFFORDABLE! We will definitely be back!!!

Absolute, hands down, best hotel I have ever stayed at!!!! Wonderful breakfast BUFFET, very clean pool and spa. Our king suite was everything we wanted and more!! Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. We will be returning customers for life.

Our stay here has been great everybody is so helpful and courteous and Monday through Wednesday that even offer a dinner along with the breakfast everything's clean and comfortable I highly recommend this place

The room we got was fantastic. I housed me and my wife and our two adult children with now problem. It was very conveniently located in North San Antonio. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly.

I really loved this hotel very great customer service,very nice and clean rooms.We WERE going to stay at a motel 6 around there but it was way too disgusting. Glad my mom called this place it was a little pricey for one night, but it was worth it!

This hotel has been very good. They have two outdoor grills, and a huge patio area with comfortable chairs and tables to hang out in. Breakfast and the Monday to Wednesday dinner reception is delicious.

The hotel was great. Friendly and quick check-in and check-out service. The room was awesome. It was nice to be able to grab breakfast on my way out in the morning as well.

For the price, this hotel rivals any hotel in town. The staff is very helpful. The manager was very diligent to address our needs. The breakfast provided was better than what the local IHOP sells and its free. The pool area is really good. The room was clean. It had a living room and full kitchen. I felt right at home.

Daniel went way out of his way to help me. I was in town for business and needed to check in early to change clothes. He went out of his way to make it happen for me. Anyone can offer a bed, blanket, and pillow but the people make the difference! Daniel made the difference. Will stay here again next week when i come back for business.

Stayed here for a week for business. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The gym and pool were great for unwinding after each day of work. The laundry is very convenient as well. I had no issues whatsoever with my stay. The breakfast service was always hot and fresh and the beautiful hotel was always spotless. I even returned a few weeks later with my husband and had the same satisfaction. You will not be disappointed staying here.

We have stayed with Staybridge in California several times and in Texas. Very comfortable and we're treated very well. We will stay again.

We(7;4 adults and 3 kids) had to book a hotel on short notice. It was was amazing to have space. Definitely a great place if you have children. Their continental breakfast is hot and they have variety. This chain will definitely be my first choice for trips. Its nice to have a kitchen and seperate bedroom. Truly a home away from home.

Our recent trip to San Antonio led us to Staybridge Suites Stone Oak. We were greeted by a welcoming staff, and immediately felt at home. Our suite was clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. We extended our stay and had no challenges along the way. we enjoyed meeting our fellow guests at the social events and the culinary team treated us to some local favorites. Each morning we looked forward to starting our day with the complimentary breakfast. We even had our family come by and enjoy lunch in our spacious suite We are already planning our next stay!

The hotel was nice. I like Staybridge, but after taxes it was not worth $193 for one night. Our room smelled like mold room 428. I'm not certain why it was so musty. The tub was pretty slick as if it was scummy. Other than that, the AC was cold, service was friendly, and a nice safe area.

I am currently staying here and although the hotel has a nice modern look and the rooms do offer a nice living space, its dirty. My room was just sort of cleaned. There was still toothpaste in the bathroom from the the person that used the room before me ( this happened last time we stayed here too only it was a used bar of soap in the shower). Went to use the pool today with my son and it was filthy. There were broken pool toys all over the place, cigarette butts, dirty towels on the floor and no clean towels to use. When the employee did come out with the towels he did not clean up any of the trash or dirty towels.
The staff is polite and friendly but seem to take little to no pride in their job. This is our home for the next 6 weeks and I was very excited about it, until I we arrived and I kept noticing dirt and unclear areas of the hotel. It could be really nice if the cleaning staff did a good job.

Nice place for a few nights. Provides all basic amenities like a full size bridge and a dishwasher to make you feel at home. The rooms are all good size and free breakfast in the morning makes this hotel an easy choice. I'd stay there again in a jiffy!

The exterior is easy to overlook, but the Staybridge Suites at Stone Oak is a great gem along 1604. Amenities are on point and generous, and the patio out back is spacious and well-equipped for lounging with your friends. They have an edge in value when compared to their competition in the extended stay category (Residence Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Springhill Suites).

I have stayed here twice now, and both times were great! The staff is very friendly and professional. Thats coming from someone with several years of experience in the hotel hospitality industry. The rooms were very clean, modern, and up to date. Also its a very rare special feature for a hotel room to have a DVD player instead of having to pay several dollars to rent movies. Overall both stays were fantastic!
