They are friendly and serve a great evening meal. Makes it seem like home and love the fridge in the room.

Stayed here during a travel softball tourney with my daughter. Very nice rooms. Close to everything. Nice pool and small gym. Very clean . Offers free use of laundry facility on site. Great outdoor setup for gathering and grilling out. We were very pleased with all the hotel offers.

We stayed here for 12 days when we had a fire in our home. The facilities are nice and clean and the staff were very accommodating to us during that difficult time. We really appreciate their hospitality.

For an affordable kitchenette hotel, their breakfast offerings and physical quality of the facility is above most others. Freindly and helpful staff.

Fairlyy Deluxe Suites plenty of room in the rooms all the accoutrements of a home that you would expect. Refrigerator microwave sink Etc a downstairs pantry and bar with happy hour I believe. Ample parking and plenty of space

My wife and I had a healthy breakfast, augmented by the breakfast they serve at StayBridge Suites. It is a nice hotel with a refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, kitchen sink and dishes. It is clean and the staff is friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms and hotel overall are poorly maintained for the brand and price of the location. No collection of recyclables provided; they did have recycling bins out back. My first room had tobacco smoke odor despite being a non-smoking room; poor attempt by staff to cover-up the smell. Not recommended.

Great place to stay if you’re in town for awhile! Large rooms with kitchenette and living space with desk. Breakfast 7 days a week and dinner Monday through Thursday. Free laundry facility, fitness center and pool. Staff is very accommodating! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town for work.

I booked this hotel on Hotwire in April 2017. It was to attend the St. John's NICU walk. During the check in the two girls behind the desk lacked customer service skills. One of them seemed more interested in the texts she was receiving then actually working. I asked if they had an extra phone charger to borrow or a phone charging station. After, 10 minutes of deliberation they said "ugh No". The room was ok. The complementary breakfast was ok. My main concern is with the customer service. I also received a charge from the hotel. I booked it through Hotwire that instantly takes the total amount purchased without any extra fees from the hotel that you book. I contacted the hotel 3x's about this. I only received a response once. If you are interested in staying at golden nugget book this hotel! Enjoy!

Very clean and spacious. We were able to gather 15 people in one of the smaller suites.

Nice, clean and quiet. Bed seems comfy. Room is spotless. Enjoyed the happy hour of a light meal, glass of red, and dessert.

Rooms were nice but could be alot nicer. Service was terrible. I tried geting a drink fro. the soda fountain and it sprayed everywhere. Then an employee ran up to me and said that they turn off the machines when its not breakfast time.

Beautiful remodel, but they put us in two dirty rooms before they found one housekeeping had cleaned. They were nice about it though.

Y'know, I wasn't expecting much. But the room was nice, the shower pedestrian, and the television guide inaccurate. Very comfortable with a free breakfast. What more can you ask for?

Even though I had early check-in, I was forced to wait several hours until I could get a room. The front desk representative, whom was rather snotty honestly, want much help. Her only response as to why I couldn't check in was that, "Early check-in is not guaranteed." That's a rather poor excuse. I allowed her if she could call me when a room was available, which she said she would. She never did. I had to eventually call to see if my room was ready. My room want awful, beside the fact I was put I a handicap room, to which I'm not handicap. I decide to also use the pool during my stay. The room for the pool was really warm to the point of uncomfortable. The water was cool, but even though it was my skin was still real hot from the room. As I was swimming, there was also a family that had small children. There was a janitor that was cleaning the bathrooms at the time that seemed to be watching the small children more than clean. It made me feel rather uncomfortable. I tried to tell the make janitor about a brown substance at the bottom of the pool, which turned it to be sand even though there's nowhere on the hotel grounds that had sand, and the janitor said nothing toward me. He just stared at me and then went back to staring at the kids. When I went to check out in the morning, they tried to make me pay for my room even though it was already paid with points. Overall, I'd rather not stay at this hotel again.

Underrated! We live here 9/12 mos a year and it's like home. If you stay two days don't bother reviewing cuz u wanted to save 7$ a night. Just go on your way and live your life in peace.

We arrived and weren't greeted as a Priority Club member so that irked a bit. Then I had requested a room near the elevator... our room was one door away from being at the very end of the hallway! When we got into the room it was warm... no, make that HOT!! Miserably hot! It was 81 degrees in there!! It took practically all night for the room to get cooled off. Which might have been okay, if the bed had not been harder than bricks! Oh my gosh... worst night of sleep ever!! We were going to stay two nights, but we called down and said we'd changed our minds and would be leaving after one night. Other than that the room was spacious. The couch and the chair were both quite uncomfortable too. Although there were two foot stools that were nice.

Room is very nice size with a separate sleeping area. Full-size fridge with ice maker. Lots of seating options. Two TVs with an inroom Blu-ray player. Desk and bar, too. Now, the room was 81° when we walked in. It took all night to cool it down, but it did cool down. The bed was not comfortable at all. We probably won't stay there again for that reason, which is terrible. But, if you can't get a good night's sleep because the bed leaves you tossing and turning, all the fancy amenities don't mean anything.

I've stayed here often for many years. The last couple times, I could really tell they are putting some real effort into their business (not that they were not before) but they are going farther now. It is cleaner and I like the "no noise after 10 policy." Our room was outside of the common area, tho, and there was a family gathering all day and night. I didn't care for that. They took over the whole lobby and were too loud. They should rent a hall or something.

Excellent staff and service, the daily dinner and drinks is a great source of socialization and relaxation while traveling. The only thing I could even complain about is the quality of the WiFi.

Spacious, clean room and plenty of space outside to entertain our softball team staying overnight before a tournament. Breakfast was good in the morning too!

It's a really nice building. Tucked away from most of the shopping areas. They had a warm fire burning in the lobby. We only stayed for a short time, but I enjoyed the atmosphere.

The suites were absolutely wonderful and clean. There was really nothing wrong with the rooms and the comfort level was superb. The only thing I would say I would change is the face that the room was so quiet that it was hard to sleep. Usually we sleep with fans so it was hard to get to sleep and to stay asleep. Other than that, I have no complaints. Wonderful service and the staff was superb! Great hotel. We will be coming back.

Staying at this hotel truly is suite. It's intended for long term stays which is great for me since I'm staying here as the result of an apartment fire that rendered me homeless. Now while I find a new place, I have an apartment-like room complete with nearly full kitchenette (all that's missing is an oven) with maid service. They also offer complimentary breakfast and dinners most nights of the week which really helps me cut the cost or groceries while I save up for my next move. The staff is very friendly and courteous which only enhances the experience. Even my dog can stay here with me and she's adapting quite well! After a week here so far I'd highly recommend Staybridge Suites to anyone looking for a hotel where you can feel at home away from home.

Great breakfast hours, convenient location. Room and furniture layout was a little odd.

The room was nice except the fact that there were dirty dishes in the cabinat, the tv in the bedroom did not work, the phone in the bedroom was not in working condition, the icemaker was not in working condition, the bathroom was not the cleanest.

This place is sweet friendly staff, complimentary meals ,pool, exercise room ,Jacuzzi. Clean rooms. So many other amenities I can't name them all. Well worth the price tag. Water park down the street. Simply awesome
