Beautiful room. Great rooftop restaurant with excellent food and hip vibe. Only 1/2 block from waterfront, which is gorgeous.

Hotel location and cleanliness is ok. Breakfast is a small spread. You have to ask for dental kit and complimentary water is hidden in the mini bar. Gave it a 3 star as reception staff should not work in service industry. First touch point and they are so unfriendly. Worst is the African lady who is supposedly the lead. No eye contact, no thank you..etc etc. Talk about not leading by example. Maybe cause we are Asians. Stayed one night on 2 December.

The hotel is an average one - slightly better than a motel. However the staff are good and the buffet breakfast ample and very nice. The location is not exactly seafront but you can walk easily.

I loved this place. Firstly, it was a beautiful hotel and very easy to find. Secondly, everyone was lovely. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming and helped us with some day trip suggestions. The gentleman at the bar was fantastic too, and very attentive. Thirdly, the room had a great view and was nice with a very comfortable bed. And what really sold me is that they had some of the nicest pens I've ever written with, and when I asked for one they instead gave me 5. I've been using them ever since!! Such a small thing but it made a big difference.

Recently stayed at the AC Marriot in Nice. Its a clean and modern hotel and the staff was very attentive. Thank you ROSE at the front desk who was very kind and helped with a couple day trips. The rooftop pool is small but has wonderful views of the city and beach. The hotel caters well to any american tourists visiting Nice.

After looking at many hotels in Nice, I decided on this one because I’ve been to others in the US that are super nice.
The front desk staff was amazing. They helped with everything, including sending champagne to our room for my friends birthday.
The room was nice. Basic but clean and comfortable. Only problem was the smell. There was a weird odor in the room. There’s no carpet, which I love, so not sure where the odor came from, maybe the kitchen upstairs. They sent up some spray to help.
The rooftop lounge was wonderful. Service at night is slow because they were super busy. Every table taken.
I’d come back for sure!

Close to Nice waterfront promenade. Pay parking available. Had a nice 7th floor room but it turns out there is a pop up club during the summer with music until 1 a.m. Great if you're into that but not if you want to sleep. Front desk relocated us with no issue.

Fabulous location, new rooftop bar with view of the sea. Good sized rooms by European standards, but small by USA standards.

I like the staff here, they are super friendly. Hotel is also nice and location is ok.

Clean and comfortable. Provided good coffee and croissants in the incredibly early morning before my flight. The TV was not working (World Cup was on) but otherwise the stay was good. Good location close to the city center and beach.

Convenient location, less than a block from the beach. Nice, modern facility. Pool hours limited, I was there 2nd week in May and it was not heated.

Clean hotel, courteous staff. We got in at 3am and only slept so cannot offer much on ammenities or stronger review. Safe bet

Stayed here for just one night during a road trip. Staff was accommodating and friendly, location is excellent, and their included breakfast was great. My only complaint is that the stairs aren't clearly marked, and I generally prefer to use stairs over the elevator.

Not ideally located and the dark windows create a sombre ambiance.. Will stay there as a second or third choice.. Or if when the room prices are between 100-130 €

The hotel is ok. Nothing special. They have a swimming pool that I did not visit. Very nice reseption. Have never met such nice English speaking receptionist.

Right off the promenade, so very nice area to walk, run, or bike from nearby bike rentals. Easy access to laundromat, easy underground parking. Nice breakfast, but you have to ask for scrambled eggs. Good beds and pillow options. Stayed in January, for work, English speaking.

The dance area that was set up for the Christmas party was good. Music was goods.

The rooms are below standard. I was there twice and saw two different rooms. Both had very small bathrooms. It was flooded after every shower, even if I took care not to. The hair dryer is a joke. Like a fart.
The rooftop pool was closed on one day because of a private party. This is unacceptable!
The staff friendly. The food good. It was clean.

The rooms were nice. My husband and I were taken care of. I was disappointed in the restaurant on the roof and the pool. The breakfast was veryy nice. The person who checked us in was very professional and told us everything we needed to see. She was fabulous!

Got a nice roof top bar but closes already at midnight. The food is good and staff knows many different languages and very hospital

The rooms are equipped with a small fridge , kettle , electronic safe , iron, ioring board and 42 inch flat screen TV (mostly French channels, as you would expect but also offers BBC AND WORLD NEWS English speaking channels .)

Location wise, the hotel is just off the seafront, the first building on one of the side streets. I would say it's at the edge of the city centre - if you head west, there's nothing of real significance. Go east, and you'll hit the shops, bars and restaurants.
It took us about 5-10 mins to reach the hotel from the train station with a taxi (€15, using official taxi. Uber estimate was €6). Accessible from the station via a few bus routes too.

I've stayed in a fair few Marriott's including the AC chain (corporate preferred chain) and I wasn't overly impressed here.
Room wasn't ready when we arrived (10mins earlier than I stated when I checked in), and we had to wait 45 mins while they got it ready.
We were offered an upgrade, but recommended not to take it due to load noise starting early morning from next door construction. The quiet room we were given was on the 3rd floor. Smaller than I expected, especially we are paying x4 more than at a similar hotel in Marseille. No real amenities in the room (no bathrobes or slippers) but there was a TV, safe, and basic showergels.

Most annoying was the noise. First, the room was facing the courtyard bar, and you could hear the noise from people drinking until late. And then, it became apparent how thin the walls were as you heard people returning to their rooms and talking in the corridors. Could constantly hear the lift going up/down (and voice announcing the fact).

I found breakfast uninspiring. Other than some baugettes and brie, there wasn't anything local/French. There was a selection of pastries, fruit (mostly different melons) and cereals. On the hot good side, there was potato hashbrowns, bacon and mushrooms. There was a egg bath to boil your own eggs.
Apparently you could have eggs to order, but on two days we tried they never arrived in the 40 mins we were there.
I think the lesson I'm learning is Marriott's are great for business or short overnights, but not for multiday relaxing vacations.

Great hotel. Really upscale. Nice pool and bar. We're really nice to us at the front desk when we had a question. Beach is also insanely close.

Very nice, very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is right next to the beach. Comfortable beds and a great stay overall.

Everything is within walking distance. Restaurant has great food and the rooftop bar/pool is lovely.

The front desk has been very helpful since I got here with regards of finding places. They speak very good English. The rooms are nice and the room service has been kind in terms of wanting to clean. They are not bothering us too often and are very nice.

Beautiful venue 1 minute to the ocean , with roof top bar with great views of the coast. Nice rooms. Could use an update on the. Gym but service has been great.

Great location next to sea beach, high street and great eating places. Checked into a decent, clean double room with good service by staff.

We've been here two years in a row now and plan on going again in summer 2017 , great hotel, food in particular is very good at the rooftop bar/restaurant. The hotel is spotless, staff friendly and the pool on the roof is fantastic - amazing views over Nice and a great place to relax with a drink in the sun without even having to leave the hotel. Location means you can be at loads of really good restaurants in no more than 10mins of walking, even breakfast here is great with the most enormous range of food - I can't recommend this place highly enough.

High quality hotel just off the main sea front promenade.

Nice hotel but a little overpriced. The Location is quite far from the City centre and from the Old town but is right next to the beach. The rooms are all pretty similar so would only go for the lowest priced room as the difference between the Classic room and the Superior room is the view and the fact you get a bath rather than a large shower. I stayed here using my companies discount and I doubt I would stay here at full price as it is not worth it.

I was at Nice during the Bastille Day attack. The hotel accommodated me and my friend in their lobby for the day for the night for us to be safe. They even helped me call a taxi in the morning to catch my plane to Paris. Really appreciate that and pray for Nice with all my heart. Love will win and fear will lose.

Excellent food, excellent room! I wish there was free wifi in the rooms though.Unfortunately not great view from my room but I think others have better views.

Decent, clean, modern American-style hotel that has a great roof deck and excellent location for beach going. Book online or through your credit card to avoid spending the €499 a night rate they pretend to charge.
