The hotel was easy to find and the staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean, and actually bigger than I had expected. Free breakfast in the morning is a definite plus, including an omlete bar! The food was good on top of being free. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful lobby. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The furniture and carpet in our room was old and stained. The beds and pillows were new, but not very comfortable. The pillows start out firm and nice, but by morning they're flat. The bed is memory foam and my back did not like it. The suite was spacious. They ask guests to reuse towels, which I like and do at home, but there's no place to hang them to dry. They should install racks on the backs of the doors.

You would never think this is an Embassy Suites. This hotel simply blew me away. The staff was beyond friendly, remembering exactly what drink you liked for breakfast and happy hour, convincing booked restaurants to squeeze you in, and patiently translating your husband's poor Spanish.

Their breakfast and manager's reception were full of local food and flavor. No waffle machine and Bud Light here. Additionally, the entire hotel is immaculate and in the hip Rosales/Zona G area.

I can't wait to get back to Bogotá and I will certainly be staying here again.

I attended this place for an ASCE event and the organization was really good, also the food and everything was in a good conditions in order to hace a great experience in this hotel.

Great hotel in a very active part of Bogota. Suites are unbelievable and most of them have a great view of downtown Bogota. Near this hotel there are lots of trending restaurants and coffee shops.
Great service, complementary 15 min massage with your stay, breakfast service, restaurant, spa ,gym, transportation, you ask they have it.

It's not bad or dirty, but it's kinda old and threadbare in the rooms. Given a choice, stay in the Hilton.

Great service from teh entire hotel staff. Ask for Patricia when making your reservations here to this hotel. The happy hour and breakfast in the morning is the best thing about this hotel. I will always make sure to stay here when in Bogota.
