Best hotel around. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is okiash, it seems like it was a very exclusive place 20-30 years ago. During the 4 night stay, I experienced that the front desk staff doesn't have much clue about the good dining places (got recommended a place which was not so good). Some stuff members were indeed very authentic and friendly, so it was nice to exchange.

Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable.

Breakfast was average; not much tasted really fresh or any good. However, i loved the cappuccino and the pastries. Obviously the view is also awesome.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Naples was our first stop on our honeymoon. It can be a hectic city to start in so we appreciated the front desk's advice on how to navigate the city. Our room was on the smaller end but that seems to be the norm for older European hotels and we were only in there to sleep anyway. Cool bar on the first floor. Would love to return to Grand Hotel Vesuvio if we make it back to Naples.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Service was wonderful. We just stayed for one night as a stopover before flying home after a trip to the Amalfi Coast. Wouldn't necessarily stay IN Naples otherwise, but the hotel was lovely and would recommend if staying in the area .

I love the Grand Hotel Vesuvio. It is my favorite hotel in the world. Great location! Superb staff! Beautiful rooftop restaurant. And the perfect view of Castel Ovo and the marina.

Drinks in Sky Bar quite an experience. Decor stunning and views of Castel dell'Ovo simply beautiful. But prices are pretty eye-watering.

Big rooms, clean, and accommodating staff. Pool is indoor with no windows, more like a grotto relaxing pool, hard to swim in. Great location.

Clean rooms, great staff, awesome location, best breakfast buffet we've ever been to. Best sheets are linen, which we weren't used to, but otherwoot, incredible.

Service was very good but food not great but many restaurants within walking distance which were excellent. Fitness room was a joke. Old hotel needs a little tlc here and there like old rug in lobby.

The location of the hotel was great, though a little far from metro or bus station.

Pros: Great place to stay in Naples. Naples is a very energetic city so it's nice to have a quite, relaxing place to return to in the end of the day. The hotel is also located is a very nice part of town, right on the water front.

Cons: A bit far away from metro/train stops.

Jessica and I have stayed in many luxury hotels over the years. This is way up there on the best of the best. Service was amazing, from check in to check out, we can’t thank the staff enough. Location, your where you want to be, easy walking distance to everything. We would love to stay here again sometime.
