Hilton Hotel chain needs to feel proud of this place. From Manager Chris Allen to gardener are great bunch of people. I have never seen a friendly, professional and smoothly run a franchise like this one. I made this place my home in Las Vegas. I like to thank them for their hospitality and friendliness.

3 for a 3 star hotel that needs renovation. Bathroom needs work. Worn out.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff, but had to catch an early flight and no one at the front desk for 20 minutes before we had to leave. Therefore no breakfast to go this morning before our flight. 😕

Excellent Value, and Great, Quiet, Non Strip Location. It's directly across from McCarren International Airport, and some Suites have a direct view of the runway. It's across the street from the Largest Park in Las Vegas, Sunset Park which has a lake and is a nice place to exercise! It's a 5 minute Uber ride from Town Square which is the nicest shopping village in Vegas with AMC Cinema. I have stayed here multiple times and appreciate the Professional Customer Service, that General Manager Chris Allen and his excellent staff provide.

A decent hotel nice shuttle to and from airport. It could use some new carpet and a few other fixes. But a decent place to stay. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. The waffles were pretty good.

Great place to stay when you do not want to deal with the hustle and bustle of the strip. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The staff is great and the rooms are nice and clean. We have stayed here several times. The only downside is the shuttle can take some time. I recommend calling as soon as you land and hopefully will not have to wait too long.

I stay in quite a few Hampton Inn's in the western area of the US. This one is bottom of the list and I will not return. Staff are the usual high standard, hence 4 stars. Decor though is old and falling apart. Frayed carpets, hanging wallpaper, etc. Other Hamptons have been renovated that did not really need it, so no idea why this one has not been done.

Other reasons for non-return are personal. The pool does not get the early morning sun, it is too hot in the afternoon Jun-Jul. I didn't like the breakfast choices, never had an issue at other Hampton's except Henderson.

Carson is by far the No.1 Hampton Inn.

Went there for the airport parking and it was great. Shuttle comes every 30 minutes and they helped me with the luggage. Front desk staff was very helpful as well.

Great hotel, would highly recommend it, this was the last night of a 26 day road trip and my husband and I were looking forward to getting home. The room was lovely, we slept like babies and breakfast was good. Always a smile from the staff helped as well. We stayed in alot of hotels in the last 26 days, this place was just the ticket.

Nice hotel close to the airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle to/from the airport which is great. The rooms are clean, spacious and have comfy beds. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast and the menu selection and number of items provided is great. It has complimentary internet, pool and a gym in the facility. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Nice inn! 24 hour shuttle service to the airport is SUPER convenient, and all the staff were extremely accommodating. Free breakfast wasn't too shabby, either, and overall the decor and amenities are very good. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Considering planes land right next to you, surprised we couldn’t hear anything all night. Fine if you want to avoid the Strip and just passing through to a National Park or any destination someplace else. Service was good; staff super helpful.

Stayed here one night before our return flight to home, for the convenience of being near the airport. Plus they have an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The service was very good and so was the free breakfast in the morning. The room was only so-so. The heating/cooling unit was the "under the window" kind with a wall control. However, they didn't seem to be connected so I made adjustments on the unit itself. A warning sign were the earplugs provided in the bathroom. Not sure if the intent was to block out the sounds of approaching planes (hardly noticeable) or the guests in the next room (way worse than the planes). There are barely any restaurants close by. I love Hamptons, but I'll probably stay at a casino next time for less money.

Rooms could use a little updating, but it was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. If airplane noise bothers you, consider staying elsewhere, but they do provide complimentary earplugs in the room if needed. I had no trouble sleeping!

Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was conveniently across the road from Sunset Park, with it's mile-long native vegetation running path. Outside the up-to-date soft components of the room, I could tell that the building is a bit old, including thin walls and a thin roof that let in the sound of jets landing immediately overhead.

This hotel was very clean and hadl s great staff. The only downfall is that it is on the airport so there is noise by from the planes. Other than that great place to stay

I've stayed at this placed twice so far. Our 1st-level room shook quite a bit from the people upstairs but was otherwise very big and nice. We were treated very well by the staff. There isn't a hot tub but the pool is nice in the summer. Breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious!

It was a great stay and I really like the express check in! Breakfast was wonderful also! The only thing that could be better is the outlets and tv setup, for dvd players or game systems.

Not the nicest Hampton Inn I've stayed at. Easily accessible from the airport and the staff was friendly. No mini fridge in the room like every other Hampton Inn in the country it seems.

Rooms need updating, beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was not appealing (reconstituted scrambled eggs and sliced smoked sausage) but it was free. Staff was very nice and it worked for one night after a very late arrival, but I was glad I planned to stay elsewhere for my additional nights in vegas.

Very nice place. Customer service was amazing I'll stay there over any other hotel I ever stayed in Vegas. It's close to airport,the strip and all the fun stuff in Vegas. Great experience great people nice rooms. And the price is even better next time your in Vegas looking for a quality room w great staff come check out the Hampton in and suits...

Pretty nice place to stay at. Pretty pleasant and helpful stuff every time. Definitely recommending to anybody who's in town. Plus it's close to airport. They offer shuttle from and back. And great morning breakfast. Hampton inn has always kept a good name throughout the years no matter the town or state.

This location is very close to the airport. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff was all very nice and informative. Overall, our stay was short, but very comfortable.

Went here recently for a business trip. stayed three days during the week. everyone is friendly. the breakfast was different each morning. was decent. rooms are decent, up to date. Wifi is pretty fast.

Nice room but noisy air con and lifts beeping all night. Poor gluten free awareness of kitchen staff and no soy milk available for milk allergy sufferers.

Spent 1 night in May 2017 as I was passing through town and it was one of the cheaper Hilton brand options available. Staff was friendly. It appeared the hotel had been renovated recently and the mini suites were a lot bigger and nicer than your standard Hampton Inn room. I didn't really notice any sound from the airport because I had the AC unit humming all night but I can see how that might be an issue for some. About a 15-20 min drive to The Strip.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! Each staff person was friendly--we thought we got lucky with the first exceptionally-nice receptionist, but then every other person that we talked to or asked for help the next day was so nice and helpful too! Very clean and a very nice stay. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. Coming from out of state we couldn't anticipate exactly when we arrived or departed and they made exceptions that allowed us late check out and early checkin. A free bottle of water ain't too shabby either!

The rooms are quite nice and the complimentary breakfast is respectable. Staff are very friendly and quite helpful. Airplane noise still manages to penetrate the walls in the early morning.

A clean hotel, pool was smallish. This is not a ritzy vegas strip hotel, but decent for sure. And a very easy drive to the strip. Affordable and clean.

Nice hotel. The lobby area looks very modern and is comfortable to have business discussions while traveling. Everything is neat and clean. Surprisingly no noise from the airplanes while sleeping.

This hotel is convenient to both the airport and the strip. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Some rooms have a shower only, so check if you'd like a bathtub. Breakfast is not the best selection I've seen at a continental, but there's still a variety of options.

My expectations were not high but I couldn't not fault this hotel, it had everything that I wanted in a hotel. It's the little things that make me happy, easy to get there, free shuttle, clean hotel, free coffee 24 hrs, free water and snacks, breakfast included, friendly people. The big hotels in Vegas could learn a lot from this hotel.

Attended a CE seminar in VasVegas. The Hotel was recommended by the course administration. The quality of accommodations, hospitality, services and proximity to our seminar facility was excellent.Very clean hotel/rooms. Very comfortable bedding-tough to get out of that bed. I experienced Zero displeasure. My expectations were exceded.

Rooms are big as well as the comfy mattresses and the rooms are like studio apartments. I would rate it 5 stars if the airplanes traveling above weren't so close above the hotels and can get pretty loud at times.

Very clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Only downside is the noise from the airport. On the plus side, planes landing are about even with the upper floors, so it provides great views of planned in flight.

I stay here everything I work in vegas which is quite often. Rooms are nice, and the staff is nice. It can be a bit noisy because of its proximity to the airport, but it has never bothered me.

Great visit overall tho the concierge made a very inappropriate comment aloud to me and my partner. Breakfast was borderline bad. Big spider came up the drain I to our tub which was a little freaky considering what looked like a beatle had crawled on my partners arm one of the two nights we were there. Other than these relatively minor things the hotel was well kept, quiet, and has a nice view of some of the landing aircraft at McCarran.

Although this hotel is a little bit far from the strip it is reasonably priced and the service is really good. The beds are comfortable and the decor of the hotel is nice and modern. The only thing that I would change is that I would request that they switch their breakfast hours to be extended to 11 a.m. on the weekends as most people in Las Vegas usually stay up late.

Super close to the airport. Has a shuttle running twice an hour, 24hours a day. Takes about 10 on the shuttle to the airport. Aside from that, standard service and cleanliness as expected from a Hampton Inn

Great well priced (conference rate) for attending enents at the Oquendo Conference center. Breakfast included usually 3 hot items (sausage, eggs, biscuit) including standard continental fare. Cookies and hot chocolate in the evenings, clean rooms and friendly staff! Will come here again for my next conference.
