My family stayed here for a few days and had a great time. The socials they had in the afternoon were nice and our little one enjoyed the putt putt in the back.

The best family apartment! Its was great for my family of 7! We were pleased with the 2bedrooms 2bathrooms with flat screens in every area of the apartment! Just like being at home away from home....

Great place no more words. beside the cleaning girls need to speak English and you have to tell them NO like 5 times before they get the clue that you dont need your room claen. Or just be naked when they open the door that works better. Just saying and its funner.lmao sorry to the cleaning girl that opened the door on me but i did say like 3 time do not come in..

This is my go-to hotel in Beaumont. The service is always excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious and nice. In the many times I've stayed here, I've never had an issue.

Amazing. Staff....amazing... My Mom researches hotels before she makes any reservations. She chose this location because it had so many great reviews. Considering my Mom was reserving 6 rooms for four nights for our family to stay while in town for my niece's wedding, it was particularly important for her to choose a really good hotel. I have stayed in nice hotels all over the world and I told my Mom she hit gold choosing this one. If you are reading reviews before booking a hotel, look no further..

The staff is really nice. They offer a hot breakfast every morning. The rooms are equipped with a full fridge and a two burner stovetop.

The best suite near Louisiana. Clean and comfortable. Only suggestions is to use a more better pillow for beds. My face just fell to the mattress when I layed my head on it. Or either update pillows more often.

I think the staff is nice and friendly efficient and helpful.. the kitchen service and staff are amazing and extremely friendly however I feel the maid service was not as efficient we had to call down to the service desk to receive towels and turn down service I had to place our trash out side of or room a few times during our stay because they were over flowing other than that everything else was wonderful. We stayed in a suite and the rooms were very spacious and the a/c kept us cool from the hot Texas heat. The suite we had came with a mini kitchen stocked with dishes 2 range stove top microwave full sized fridge and a dishwasher it was very nice. The kids had a great time down at the pool. Social hour was definitely a bonus. This hotel was very enjoyable and I would recommend it to others as well as come back again. Thanks for helping us have a more enjoyable vacation 😁

Loved this hotel. We were in the 2 bedrooms 2 bath Suite. Restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to i10. Breakfast was delicious every time. Very nice staff. When we checked in Ashley was very helpful. :) Will definitely be back again.

Friendly staff. Home away from home environment. They go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. We won't stay anywhere else in Beaumont whe visiting.

Very nice suite with 2 bedrooms and a den and kitchenette. 1 bedroom had a king and the other 2 queens plus the den had a small pull out couch. There is 2 full baths. Perfect for Our large family. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Decent outdoor pool bit no Jacuzzi.

Our suite was spacious and well appointed. Full size fridge and two burner cook top. Everything was also in good repair and only showed slight signs of wear. The complimentary breakfast left quite a bad taste in mouths. Quite literally. From the dried out and grainy sausage, to the rubbery tater tots. Somehow even the strawberries tasted off. Housekeeping was also hit or miss. The first day was fine but the second day we did not get our towels or toiletries refreshed or replaced.

I loved it. The ladies at the front desk is really nice and the cook was too! The cook also made a really good breakfast! Delicious! Rooms were nice and clean and good vending machines!

The staff here were absolutely amazing, they had an issue with my reservation and had it fixed within minutes. My stay was quite enjoyable, the free breakfast was perfect thing for starting my day.

This is the second Homewood Suites I have stayed in and both have been great. The beds at this location are wonderful and I had a good night's sleep. We needed it because we had 11 days at a condo at Orange Beach, AL and the beds were hard and not comfortable. This place was what we needed on our drive back to Austin.
This place is also dog friendly and they give my daughter's dog a nice little gift.
Breakfast is free and we had eggs, bacon and potatoes. There is a happy hour for wine and beer and a light dinner. Staff is very friendly and you will enjoy your stay here. Bring ear plugs though if road noise bothers you because this is close to the interstate.

Sharae and Jasmine Took good care of me when I came in to start my visit. There was a problem with the credit card and they needed to contact my office to get it straightened out. They were polite friendly and helpful. I would like to extend courteous thank you to them both.

Location is okay, but the rooms are good and service is good. You get a full breakfast and dinner too, though not on par with the other Homewood Suites that I've stayed at in other cities.

Friendly service. There was a spider in bathtub when I checked into my room, which I told the front desk on my way to a meeting. When I came back it was still crawling around in there.

The Homewood Suites in Beaumont Texas was very nice. The room has everything you need. The meals were adequate but nothing fancy. They were very accommodating to pets. The staff were friendly

Arrived too late for dinne so cannot comment on that but my room was fabulous! If I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely consider staying again.

Good stuff! Great place to stay. I love that I have a kitchen in my room... And have breakfast and supper with drinks served at no cost in the dining area! The staff is very friendly. Only compliant is that breakfast starts late in my opinion (6:30). I have to be at work at 7 and often miss out. I've stayed elsewhere for that reason.... But ultimately if you fin yourself in BMT, this is the place to be.

Very accommodating to your needs!

My husband and I do a lot of traveling and this place is by far my favorite. The hotel is less than a year old right now and in beautiful condition with comfortable and well desegned rooms. We stayed in a suite with a bedroom and a seperate living area and kitchen. The rooms are very spacious with great beds and decor. The staff was very helpful. The breakfasts and evening meal is really abundant and a money saver.
