We love this place!!! Everything and everyone was amazing! We stayed for over a month while we had repairs done to our place and the breakfast, pool, evening social also the staff was outstanding ...we even met a few people one of our favorites was Karis the front end manager my kids absolutely adore her. I would definitely recommend staying at the hotel rather it's just a night or two or a month and a half lol you cant go wrong :)

My husband works for Hilton so we've stayed at countless Hilton hotels. The staff here was by far the friendliest! The hotel itself is modern and very clean. The indoor pool was on the small side but we were always alone so it didn't matter. Great location of the laundry facilities. They are located in the room right next to the pool. I was able to swim in between loads of laundry. It was a win win for my family. The trade off to the smaller pool is an outdoor half basketball court. The front desk is happy to lend you a basketball. Oh and while We didn't use it, they have a great outdoor seating area with large BBQ grill. We will definitely be staying here next year when we visit our in-laws again.

Room was ready when we arrived. Enough hot water. Plenty of water pressure. Clean and lots of room. Couch pullout was very comfortable as was the king size bed. Suite was more than adequate. Overall I was very pleased and satisfied.

Nice, new, and clean. However, there were a few issues that I would prefer fixed. The pullout bed ended up not having linens, which we didn't realize until late at night. There was a pillow and blanket in the closet, but no sheets. Also, the A/C wouldn't go below 68. Last, the breakfast was out of most foods.

The rooms were clean and nice. The exercise room was clean and had a good variety of equipment. I was not impressed with the breakfast. Limited selection, lots of items quickly ran out and restocking was slow.

Great room, one of the best friends I've ever stayed in actually, friendly staff, very clean, beautiful decor. The only downside was that the food at the evening social and breakfast was not very good. Not even as good as other Homewood Suites that I have stayed at. It was still edible though and overall I would say this is a great hotel to stay at

Hotel was very clean, and easy to find right off the highway. Employees were very friendly. Second time staying here, and both times were amazing! The indoor pool was clean and very refreshing!

Great, clean presentation of building and rooms. Breakfast was decent; your usual fanfare, but nothing amazing. I'm not sure the hotel deserves to charge what it does. My stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

We stayed here for my son's graduation from Radford. It was awesome! Extremely clean, nice and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed overnight on our way down to the Great Smoky Mountains. Room was nice it looked recently renovated. Very reasonable price and the free breakfast while nothing special, was still decent .

Extremely impressed by the price we paid, overall amenities and the cleanliness of our accommodations. We will make this a regular stop for our family on our way to and from down South. Great job, Christiansburg Homewood Suites!

Nice hotel. The room was great, and the bed comfortable. Didn't have time to grab breakfast, or try out the pool and gym, but those amenities are available.

The staff was amazing. The young lady, Amy, was extremely helpful and very kind. along with other housekeeping employees. They went above and beyond when cleaning our room during our stay. Will definetly return

Very nice facility. Beautiful suites with full kitchens and large living spaces. Serves excellent breakfasts and dinner as well. Great home away from home when traveling, especially for extended time periods.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. A great overnight stay for my family of four. My five-year-old son slept comfortably on the sofa bed, and we had plenty of room to put a kid's air bed in the living area for my daughter. The door connecting the bedroom to the living room is solid and blocks out a fair amount of noise. There was one hiccup with getting extra towels in our room, but when I went down to the front desk to ask why they were never delivered, the guy there immediately apologized and fetched the towels himself. All handled very well. We would stay here again.

Very nice. Great breakfast, super suite. On the return visit, I was able to pick up some items I inadvertently left during previous stay, exceptional!

Nice place. Obviously still very new. Staff is super helpful and decor is refreshing. I will agree with another reviewer who complained that the dishes in her suite weren't clean - be sure to check everything before trusting your food to it. Continental breakfast is standard fare - cooked well and lots of calories & choices to start your day.

This hotel is very clean. Everything is crisp and new. Very close to the highway. This was a perfect stay for our trip down to gatlinburg. Only slight issue room 124 shower door is hung off level, so the glass slides open, just jammed a towel in there easy fix. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, big breakfast spread. Checkout at noon is a plus. Great hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room exceeded expectations. It was very comfortable.

The room was very clean and nice, but the breakfast was really not good.
Potatoes looked like they were cooked hours prior, hard could not eat. Waffles no cooking spray so they stuck to the waffle maker.
Not a lot of variety. I have stayed at Hilton's before, but this was by far the worst. A lot of people were looking at the food and leaving If they are going to offer breakfast you can do a lot with a little. Just did not look appetizing.

Friendly staff, great room, nice pool, good breakfast. For the price I thought it was a great value. The king studio was very spacious and comfortable for my wife, me, and our toddler. All rooms have a pull out sofa, so that is great too if you need it. Definitely would stay again our next time through. Thanks!

Excellent rooms in this new hotel. The staff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast was outstanding. They also have the normal Homewood Manager's Social Mon-Thurs evening. Hunter checked us in and did a wonderful job!

We came in late at night and they were able to find us an open room despite being very busy. It was cheaper than advertised online and over the phone. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room had all of the typical amenities and then some.

Clean, nice hotel with friendly staff. The only concern with the room is that all the dishes and silverware were used and dirty but put away like they were clean. Dishes really should be checked for cleanliness. Looks like the dishwasher malfunctioned - it was dirty inside and the detergent trap had not sprung - even so, this really should have been caught by the cleaning staff. I had to hand wash all the cups, dishes, glassware, coffeepot, utensils, etc. after a long day of travel. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, especially the front desk. Appreciated how quiet the hotel was. Also enjoyed the social hour, the woman working there was very sweet.

I would you be to stay at the hotel again and recommend it to others. It is a newly constructed building and super clean. At $115 I feel that this hotel is a great value. The breakfast buffet is nice, but not a made the made to order style some Hilton brands offer.

This is the best Homewood I've stayed in. My wife and I got here extremely late, but the computer system was down. The front desk employee was fantastic. He complimented us whatever we wanted from the sundries and even gave us a extended check-out time. We couldn't have been more pleased with the facilities, the employees, and the stay in general.

We were often driving between Georgia and New York, and this was a good stopping point. Best things about this hotel: easily accessible from the freeway, clean/ new facilities, and a breakfast buffet included. We have stayed here several times in 2016 and would definitely do so again.

The stayed while working on a long term project with a large crew. The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was very well maintained.

This hotel would be absolutely perfect if not for a few little things. The rooms are spacious and come with full kitchens (minus an oven which is expected). The beds are very cozy.

The hotel has free dinners every Monday through Thursday from 5-7 pm that are generally fantastic with lots of variety and include free beer and wine. The staff who run the breakfast and dinners are super friendly and accommodating. Some of my colleagues have gluten or dairy allergies or are vegetarians, and Missy always remembers to cook something special for them.

But even with the fantastic service, thus hotel still has some things improve on:

A couple of the front desk workers need to a little more efficient and friendly. For example, I have had to wait on two separate occasions for two different people to get off their cellphones before I received service.

The hotel also seems to have a small pest control problem. In every room I have stayed in (I've been coming here for business for 12 weeks), I've found one or two stink bugs crawling around. One week my coworker was complaining of bug bites that kept appearing on his back over night. We thought it might be bedbugs but no one ever found any. Instead, he found two spiders living under his mattress.

Lastly, and this is mostly a personal preference, the showers could use an upgrade. They are the walk-in type with sliding glass doors, so there is no tub. In my opinion, this is a poor choice for a hotel that mostly carers to people who are traveling for work. I work long hours doing physical labor and would love to be able to relax in a warm bath at the end if the day.

And while the hotel has a heated indoor pool, they also do not have a hot tub.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good,and ever-changing. Only complaint is that the smoke alarm light is right over the bed, and flashes very bright.

Really nice hotel if you need 2 rooms and a small kitchen. The staff are friendly and very helpful. All requests to them were handled quickly and accurately. Holding back a star because the wife and I both noticed several areas in the room that were not cleaned upon arrival. The breakfast that is offered is adequate, tasty waffles and assorted premade hot sandwiches are available. Coffee and tee is available all day. Very pleasant experience overall.

Amazing nice beds great service

The hotel is new with up-to-date features, clean and has an efficiency kitchen, and the bed is very comfortable with nice sheets. I think the only qualms I have is, that there was a towel stuffed up in the ceiling for some reason, the tub overflow drain piece fell off (even though I took a shower) and the drain plug came undone, but was easy to screw on.

Breakfast was good, but the eggs and potatoes were cold, the bacon was a really good quality, and the waffle was delicious!

Overall, I would definitely come back. The breakfast might be better on a weekend, I think maybe it was just the time at which we came down for breakfast.

Felt as comfortable as being at home!!
Decided to find a hotel for the night last minute and chose Homewood because of their pet policy. Normally pet friendly places are in poor condition but this place was perfect; I could easily live here.

The room layout was well planned. It's fully furnished with a kitchenette, dishes for cooking and eating. Not only was it quiet (no loud AC unit or doors slamming) it was perfectly clean!!

They have a large fenced in area on side of the building for you to walk the dog, fully stocked with poop bags and garbage cans.

I would definitely recommend them!

I recently hosted a baby shower in the conference room of the hotel. I can honestly say the staff went well above and beyond to answer questions, and help me set up for the shower when I was in a time crunch. During the shower, staff came in several times to check and see if the garbage needed emptied or if we needed anything.
Also, several of the shower attendees got a room for the night and they have raved about how spacious, comfy and clean the room was.

Stayed one night with my six-week-old. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities were fantastic! We had a quiet, spacious studio suite for under $120 for the night. I would have paid MORE for a standard hotel room at any other location in Christiansburg.

Room was wonderful, clean, big and all the amenities.The mattress was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Will definitely be back!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable and feels like a studio apartment (in a good way!) Can't say I have any complaints!

Was very disappointed. The bed was awful. Felt like it was 30 years old. The smoke detector alarm flashed all night and that was arguably the worst complimentary breakfast ever. Powdered eggs, bad coffee, watered down juices, etc. We stay at Hilton properties all the time and we will probably never return to this one.

Stayed in a two room suite. Wonderful rooms. Great breakfast... Well, the eggs were a bit overdone.
