Amazing staff, nice rooms and great location I appreciate the extra steps taken to keep staff and guest safe during this pandemic

I didn't stay here, we just visited some family there. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette and all. Very nice

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, the young African American guy at the front desk was very professional and helpful but after that..womp womp..Had a little puppy next door who barked every time there was movement in the hall, breakfast is suppose to end at 10am but at 9:30am there was eggs but no sausage, gravy but no biscuits when the kitchen staff was asked if they would replenish it was a shrug of the shoulder or no response at all.. barking dog and kids running and knocking on doors. I stay at many Hilton Hotels but this was by far the worst visit and no cared all you get is oh got was a oh sorry....Not giving up on Hilton but don't think I will stay at this one again although very convenient to all I need to do.. Marriott is right across from them always had a great experience with them.

Place is clean, near airport. The best part is the staff. Lee, TR, Tenise? ( I'm sure I spelled that wrong), our shuttle driver this morning (I didn't get his name). They all are an asset to your property. They are an example of great customer service. They deserve an award. A gem in this property. You made my stay lovely! Thank you.

I'm coming to the end of my 12 day stay at this hotel and I want to leave a review. It is a great hotel, great housekeeping. I had 2 maintainence issues and they were immediately on it. Great breakfast, and dinners, or a full kitchen to cook your own meal. Shopping and restaurants within walking distances. Very quiet, and comfortable stay. Thank you!

At the time of writing this the Homewood Suites was undergoing a massive renovation. The room seems slightly dated but I'm not sure if that is going to change. I will say that the smoke alarm went off at approximately 7 a. M. And woke me up for no particular reason. Other than that it's a nice place.

Standard variety. Better breakfast than Hampton setup. Suites are convenient with the kitchen set up. Solid Wifi. Clean rooms. Warm water. Attentive staff.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff was nice. It is close to the hotel and convenient to many restaurants. Breakfast was good.

Nice clean room and comfortable bed. The kids had fun in the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Staff was very friendly and smiling. The complimentary breakfast offered both hot and cold options. The free wifi worked great and the kids were able to stream videos with no delay. Would definitely stay here again.

Got a two bedroom suite. Having a full kitchen was nice. Some of the upholstery could have been cleaned better. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The Homewood Suites are in a great location. There were a variety of establishments to eat at within walking distance. I stayed at the location while attending an event with a group of friends. The suites were a decent size and fairly quiet, allowing for comfortable rest.

Free dinner Monday to Thursday. 50/50 chance of a good dinner. Some nights with meatball spagehtti , other not Soo good. Breakfast is entry-level. Interiors are a little old but comfortable. Ask for a king size bed if available.

Front desk service was more than accommodating and fun to work with. Rooms are great. Breakfast hit the spot! Location easy to get in and out of even in rush hour traffic.

Nice accomodations--not upscale. Property is located across the parking lot from Grapevine Mills Mall, so could walk to the mall. Location was convenient for our holiday stay.

Nice staff but place is begining to show its age. Been a long time visiter, with all the new options in town, might have to look around. Doea have smoking rooms if needed.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and all around well kept. The building itself was a bit dated but all of the facilities have been very well maintained. All staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and accommodating. I have been here for an extended stay (4 weeks so far with about 8 more to go) and I would definitely stay here for future trips.

The excellent staff and prime location make this a great family friendly location. My young family and I stayed for several weeks during a business trip and it almost came to feel like a second home. My kids especially enjoyed the hospitality of a few of the maids and food prep staff. The hotel is clean, but due for a renovation (which I'm told will happen in 2018).

Man it was beautiful, walking in there was like walking into Hugh's home without all the women, you guys should definitely look into adding the women

Good nice room terrible shuttle service

Homewood Suites is great they should get at least 6 out of 5 stars. We had planned to stay at the Hilton next door where we had a meeting, but the Hilton was noisy in the lampstand work and had several other problems, so we discovered the weekend special at Homewood Suites.

For only $149 a night, we got our own sweet, which is sweet! It has dinnerware plates pots pans arrange a microwave a toaster full size refrigerator and everything you need to cook a meal!

and let me tell you about a funny story that happened to me tonight! We ran over to Walmart to get some frozen food too cooking the room. We picked up a really yummy Frozen peach cobbler. Unfortunately, we did notice that it didn't have microwave directions on it. And on top of that we forgot that we didn't actually have enough to cook it in. So when we got home, at least a Homewood Suites, we read the directions, and hoops, call the front desk to plead her case. We were sort of laughing asking for a toaster oven to cook it in, when the night front disc desk clerk said, in all seriousness, why don't you just come down and put it in our big commercial convection oven!

This turned out to be the best fruit cobbler ever! Now you have to watch convection ovens because the cobbler that takes between 55 and 65 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and a regular oven, only takes, about 38 minutes in a convection oven! So it's a really great time saver cutting 40% off the cooking time!

But the best part is the pie crust comes out osogood out of a convection oven!

So after tonight whenever we think of Homewood Suites, will think of the wonderful desk clerk in the wonderful peach cobbler that he let us cook!

had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months for work reasons. Great location next to a bunch of different spots, the food is actually good, yes its not your image of food from a hotel way better!

This is a great place to stay. It is conveniently located near shopping and restaurant facilities, but it is also quietly tucked away from high-traffic areas. Our family came to stay here to visit LegoLand and the hotel staff were happy to give us a shuttle ride there. Also, the mall is so close that we walked over the next day. All of the staff here are extremely friendly and they were completely flexible when we had to stay a little longer due to car troubles. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Grapevine area.

Location is great. Rooms need an upgrade. Great sized rooms. Service is great. Friendly staff.

Great for a large family. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath for a family of 6. free breakfast, free dinner 4 nights a week. indoor pool and workout room. good for the price!

Stayed their twice for 3 weeks. I loved it. Staff is very good and helping. Good and maintained Swimming pool and gym.

Other than the beds being full size instead of queen sizes, they were a great place to stay. They had great customer service, a excellent breakfast selection and besides all the planes taking off overhead it was very quiet.

Well, nice place, nice people except for the lady who programmed the key cards wrong, breakfast was good for the first week until I got tired off the runny pan of fake eggs. Otherwise nice location if you don't mind being next to the mall but all in all, I liked it.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!!!! The staff are second to none! The lady who runs breakfast, Maria, is the sweetest, most caring, kind, and hardworking person you will ever meet. Her breakfasts are so good and have such variety every morning. Jennifer who works behind the desk is so sweet and kind and understanding. Jordan behind the front desk is just amazing as well. I literally cannot thank them enough for making my stay so wonderful! These people are the best! Thank you so much!

The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem I've encountered is the fridge doesn't work properly, it doesn't keep the food cold enough to trust using it. I reported it but it has yet to be resolved. Considering I am a guest for 16 consecutive nights, it's disappointing that it has not been fixed. And they are too full to move me to another room.

I did not stay, however I was visiting someone who was staying. The room was a nice size and equipped with a decent small kitchen. Staff was good and the waiting area was nice as well.

Room was very nice and clean. The comforter was super soft. I want one like that. Better than expected. Check in was easy and early check in was allowed. Breakfast was yummy, but the place was packed very little seating left when we went down and the line for waffles was 5 deep the entire time we were eating we did not want to wait in line to not get one. they need more waffle griddles. The staff was friendly and polite. I would have given them a 5 but the water pressure and temperature in the shower was not good. Super hot then super cold and was in waves. It was a very busy weekend.

One of the best hotels in DFW near the mall. Customer service is awesome. all the staff is very friendly. The place is very relaxing. the breakfast is very nice.

The hotel is, overall, amazing! The staff is BY FAR the biggest asset. They all knew us by name. And they were accommodating to the point of them truly becoming friends. Sadeh, the manager, helped me several times when I was trying to unload groceries and carrying my small son. But all of the desk staff was just as wonderful. The hot meals were so unexpected and wonderful. It was so nice to not have to worry about cooking most of the week. Maria, one of the breakfast hosts, gave my son lovin's every morning and would bring him extra watermelon (his fav). He would look for her every morning and light up when she would come to say hello. It was adorable!
The only thing I think this hotel could use is a face lift. The decor and couches a little out dated. But honestly, it's all so clean and well maintained it really doesn't matter much. Thank you for making our 30 day stay truly feel like home!
