It was fine. Coffee in lobby was cold, staff was uncertain about amenities. Pool was crowded and there weren't many pool towels. Room was nice, though.

Very pleased with the facility over all. The safety latch in my room was broken at the entrance door, but all else was good. Very nice breakfast offering.

The hotel was really nice. The staff was very helpful and the cookies were awesome. The pool was nice but my favorite part about the hotel room was the romantic fire place.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Evening snack was great. The shower has a throttle on the hot water which doesn't allow it above medium. I did not like this. Can't imagine how you could expect anyone to take a bath. Due to this feature, I'll think twice before starting here again.

Great hotel for convenience and ease of access. If this area is good for your, this hotel is a great option. Had a small issue (that was my fault) and they fixed it right away ---no hassle.

We stayed here for one night. We normally love Homewood Suites, but this was eh. Was a little dissapointed with the customer service as we were use to that welcoming environment that Homewood has always provided. With that being said, the room was great. Very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good but a little small to maneuver in, but overall no issues.

I had a great stay! Great location, loved the room. The service was impeccable: I mistakenly placed my clothes in a washer, rather than a dryer as I had intended. I went to the front desk to ask if there was a way to stop the washer and he said no, but gave me $2 in coins for compensation...for my mistake! It was very gracious. One complaint was that the eggs and hash browns in the morning had a variety of spices, peppers, and onions that, having a sensitive stomach, I couldn't eat. I wish they had had a plain selection of those foods, but they did have bagels, oatmeal, waffles, and a good selection of fruit. So, not the end of the world. Still a great place to stay!

Overall not a bad experience. Elevators had a small issue, a bit too humid and one time it stopped in between floors. Good breakfast.

Excellent stay, nice staff, very comfortable and homey. Kitchen had good assortment of wares, soap, rags and paper towels. Would have rated higher but the beds were not great. They had indentions in them and it felt like only a thin piece of cloth between you and the springs.

Location is alright. A smaller more homely looking place. Halls are mildly narrow. Rooms seem alright with walled separation between sleeping quarters and living room/kitchen area from what I saw on first floor. Since I was there for a business visitation I can't really comment too much on room service. Parking during my visit hours (weekdays late morning) was only 10-20% occupied.

Used this hotel for my wedding guests and bridal suite. Everything was incredible. The staff all knew who we were and went out of their way to take care of us and we felt very welcomed into the property.

Awesome location west of downtown Houston just off the Sam Houston T.W. nice rooms, check out the outdoor seating and grilling area....

Pretty good. Free meals and headphones so that's a plus. Hard to connect game consoles to wifi though.

My experience there was the best!! Mostly cause the staff welcomed me with open arms! I felt right at home during my stay! I seriously didn’t wanna leave all because the staff. Beds were so comfortable. Hands down guys the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I’ll be back soon like soon soon! I miss the staff and hospitality already

Great hotel! The rooms are very large, modern, and offer everything I need. I love having a fridge with an ice maker. Everyone who worked there is really friendly, right down to the guy who was cleaning the carpet. Also, the breakfast is very good; especially if you get the scrambled egg Mexican casserole stuff. (But do skip the gross, tough fake French toast things that look like little square coasters!)

I had a great stay here. I did have an issue with my room and a very loud noise my first night, but the staff was able to relocate me when I asked to a different room across the building. I was very pleased with the customer service, and the overall quality of the rooms.

Staff has been very nice, the morning breakfast has been great, and getting in and out has been very easy even though we're so close to Westheimer

This hotel is your typical Homewood suites with good breakfast and nice, spacious rooms. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to the Galleria. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby in case you need anything. You have to pay to park (I think $16 for the stay or something), but there are plenty of spaces in the attached garage. We've stayed here twice and it's my go-to hotel when I need to be in the area.

Clean. Well located. Breakfast was good. No complaints at all.

This place was nice. The hotel room had two bedrooms and a full stocked kitchen. We felt like we had a mini apartment while staying here. The housekeeping staff are all nice. The other staff members are very sweet and attentive. They have complimentary breakfast each morning and its a nice selection with great quality. Monday-Thursday they have an evening reception and it also has great food. The only thing that wasnt that great was the pool area. It smelled so strongly of chlorine that it makes you sick being in there for only a few minutes. The spa was nice and pool was a nice size. Overall the experience here was amazing!

The service and the quality of the rooms were exceptional. The locations was difficult for the busses to access but they made do.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was nothing too special but was decent.The hotel is a bit outside of the city, but there are several places within two miles to eat.

Right next to work. However there was a lack of hotel food. They only had a suite shop which only kept frozen foods and drinks. Disappointing not having food at the hotel. They had a full continental breakfast but if you needed any other meals they must be take out. The hotel rooms were very nice fully stocked with a kitchenette and full sized fridge. A couch and tv sitting area. Bed was very comfortable.

They have a really great breakfast! The staff is also extremely friendly and truly willing to go the extra mile to help any of their patrons. This is a great hotel with a family friendly environment!

I stay at this hotel for 5-6 days a month, and have never been disappointed. The breakfasts are good, the rooms are clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff is super nice and helpful. I've only had one bad room at this hotel - it reeked of smoke when I checked in - and when I called downstairs to try and get a different one, the guy the front brought me three choices! And here's the kicker...it was at 2AM because I had gotten in late! This will always be my first choice of places to stay in Houston.

The Good: The rooms are comfortable, clean, and updated. The beds are also comfortable. The lobby is quaint, but nice. The breakfast is good as well as hot. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

The Bad: The doors and the elevator are outdated.

I have been on this property only for about 2 days and so I would take my own counsel with a pinch of salt but I still had to write this review because of the excellent service and very efficient staff. Everyone is very cordial, respectful and considerate. I would like to make a special mention of the General Manager, Ms. Tracy and also Ms. Meecca from the Front Desk. I would rate whatever little interaction I had with them absolutely first grade. No wonder they are ranked very high on Trip Advisor too. With that quality of service and that friendliness of staff, its rather very much expected. I would totally recommend it to a friend.

Stay at this one or one in Clear Lake all the time. Best hotel for the money, staff is always friendly, rooms are clean. This location has fireplaces in some rooms for that romantic getaway.
