Our stay was great! I like that the receptionist (Lindsey) was really nice and greeted us both with such enthusiasm and appreciation. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return someday. Thanks Lindsey for representing a hotel as it should be both surprising and also in a way as to have been expected.

We we're very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and had a full size fridge. The full breakfast was fantastic. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

At Homewood they say "welcome to the family" and you truly feel it. They welcome your pet with open arms (literally), the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, this one in Medford, Oregon has an indoor pool, food for breakfast and evening dining has good variety. Oh and the are great, safe areas for walking your pet (with two disposal stations for when they've done their business)

I have yet to stay here but anticipate doing so in August. I checked the facility and found it to be satisfactory. Will post more after actual stay.

The hotel staff has been absolutely amazing. They are quick to respond to any issues. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked and always clean. Our room was very spacious and very cold which was perfect for this heat wave.

The location was conviently placed near the freeway, easy for travel. The room was impeccably clean as well as nice. There were two thermostats and a nice little kitchenette. The free breakfast was somewhat vegan friendly and they had soy milk if you asked. The service was great, really nice people.

Unassuming from the outside, it is very nice inside, pool area, dining area. The rooms were great - spacious, clean, lots of amenities. Oh, and it's a fantastic location too.

I was having a hard time finding a hotel that allows dogs. The one bedroom suite was large, comfy, clean. However, there weren't a lot of places for the dogs to do their business. There are only a few designated areas and other people haven't picked up after their pooches. I can tell that it's a "dog" floor because my dogs were very interested in the carpet and walls where I suspect other dogs have done their business. I would have extended my trip, but it wasn't a place I wanted to have the dogs longer than one night. The hotel is in a very convenient area, close to restaurants, fast food, convenient stores, etc.

Even better than an AirBNB! We stayed here for just over 2 weeks as our children were patients at Rogue Hospital up the street. This hotel was like being at home. Best hospitality ever. We slept well & were taken care of by an amazing staff. Rooms were more like a 1 bedroom apt. than a hotel room. Very clean & up to date. Housekeeping made beds, cleaned kitchen, & changed towels every day. Every 5 days, they cleaned the room & changed linens at my request. This was the BEST "home away from home" for us. The front desk addressed us by name. We had packages sent here & they held for us. The lobby hosts free breakfast & an evening social hour w/ free beer / wine & light fare. There are computers & printers for use. Laundry room on site. Hotel is very quiet & private. It is set back on a private road away from everything. The entire staff made everything perfect always. We travel a lot & have never experienced such kind hospitality! Great location - near shopping, grocery stores, & restaurants. The hospital is a 5 minute drive away & there is also a Starbucks nearby. Highly recommended for long term stays. Perfect if you are utilizing hospital services down the road. Special thanks to sales manager Ashley Morales & hotel staff for helping us get settled enduring our time here. It couldn't have been more amazing!

Great place. My only concern was that it was obvious that someone had been in my room one day while I was gone at work when I very obviously left the do not disturb door hanger out on the door handle when I left in the morning. Otherwise this place and the accomidations have been wonderful.

Convenient location near I-5, easy to find. I stayed in the studio suite and I would recommend this over the 1 bedroom suite unless there is children or multiple guests. Studio comes with a kitchen, dining table, sofa, lounge chair, directv and most importantly a desk. Great if you are traveling for work. Best part of the room is the walk in shower, no stepping over to get into a tub that will never be used for a bath. Stay also includes hot breakfast, standard options. Staff is very nice, room was very clean.

The complete hotel experience. High-end furnishing. Intelligent, knowledgeable front desk, fantastic food and service.
After the first stay we made it our exclusive choice everytime we passed through this area. The best of a bewildering number of choices in an area that supports the Ashland world famous Shakespeare festival.

Best Hotel In Medford! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Great customer service, super clean rooms (they all seem to have been built recently), quit, wifi, hot tub, pool, breakfast, and much more! The prices are great too!

First time staying in a Homestead Suites and loved it! Even though they were going through renovations. The staff were very friendly, courteous. Pet friendly, BIG PLUS because we travel with my little 🐕🐕 ones. Got to do my workout 💪👟 in thier well equipped gym. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. I definitely recommend staying here.

We loved this hotel. Awesome breakfast buffet.. make your own waffles from batter!! So good. The room was awesome with a bathtub that is actually comfortable to bathe in. Rooms are huge. I thought we were goanna get three nights there, we only got to stay one due to a schedule change. Super bummed. This Hilton was just all around rad.

Great place they were serving free beer, wine and dinner when we arrived after driving all day. Also good free breakfast in the morning. Big room with pull out bed in couch for the kids.

This hotel was okay, it met our needs. The room was spacious and fairly clean, the bathroom just had this weird green stain on the wall. The elevator definitely needed maintenance, when we got to the top floor it started to shake a lot and it took forever for the doors to open. A bit scary. The breakfast was alright, not very many options and was pretty bland. Overall the hotel met our needs just needs a few fixes.

We have stayed here several times, and each time has been fantastic. The rooms are a great size and are always very clean. Breakfast is top notch and the staff is friendly and efficient. Location is away from the bustle, but close enough to have a nice night out.

Place is really nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. Except for the television not functioning and the perdonnat the front desk not being able to assist us - everything else is good. Breakfast was also good and there's a lot of choices.

Good spot, clean, and helpful staff. Apparently they have been having cat break-ins around the area which sucks. We were in a fully packed car moving from WA to CA so we had to bring a lot of items in to make sure they stayed safe. Otherwise no issues.

Very nice hotel, nice staff but our room was dirty. We kept finding black human hair everywhere and I sent my son down to the front desk for an extra blanket and went to put it on the bed we found more black hair stuck to it! The track of the closet was filthy and full of dirt and other things and in the kitchen we found old crumbs and caked on dirt around the refrigerator as well as the dishwasher. I just wish the staff would pay more attention to those smaller details. I can't believe that the housekeeping staff can't see those dirty areas and maybe they have but just don't care!

The room was great and service was quick. Only thing keeping me from putting a five was the scary elevator ride to the fourth floor, get it fixed and you get a five!

Nice rooms. The pool was a bit chilly. Not a huge breakfast selection. 24 hour convenience store for when I needed a snack. Overall very nice

Dogs are allowed, they have a great breakfast in the morning with hot food. They offer dinner/social hour Mon-Thur. with free food. All of the employees are so friendly and they are always willings to help you out.

The bedroom and kitchen are nice and everything is well maintained. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor basketball half court. Weekday evenings free wine/beer and snacks adds a nice touch to the overall experience.

Clean room with modern amenities. The staff is extremely courteous. I can't think of anything negative to say about this fantastic hotel!

Well held a baby shower there. It was great! The host lady Tamika helped a lot in arranging it. Very thankful!

Had a great time the staff was helpful kids loved swimming in the I door pool. Breakfast was hot and perfect for the family before we continued on the road.

I was visiting my brother in law and nephew from out of town. His room was a home away from home. He had a bedroom with two queen size beds and a spacious bathroom. He had a small full kitchen with a dishwasher. Over all it was one of the best I have been in. Oh and it had a inside pool and hot tub.

This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They have a great indoor pool and hot tub as well. Good breakfast.

We love staying here when we need a get away. Rooms nice ,clean,and big. The reception dinner is nice and breakfast. I would have given it a 5 but with ten little girls celebrating a birthday and unsupervised at the pool diving in and yelling and screaming was so annoying.

This is a very nice place nice staff they do serve breakfast not sure if it's a full restaurant I do know that they have happy hour but this hotels more of an extended stay hotel which means it has fridges and stoves in each room. They also have basketball court Pool and Spa.

Friendly staff and enjoy the manager's reception. The bedding is a little odd at Homewood, the sheets tend to slip off, and the light switches are in odd spots. But it is a clean room with a decent kitchen.

Super clean rooms and the staff is really friendly. Free breakfast was a deciding factor for our weekend stay. Oh, the pool and hot tub are great too. Would stay again without a doubt

Clean and comfortable.
One draw back... the walls or ceiling is not sound proffered... the people above us went at it for 45 min and we could hear everything.

It's a nice upscale hotel, however although it's accessible it's not ideal if you're by yourself. I'm a power chair user and the toilets were pretty low for me. In order to access our room we needed to get to the other side of the hotel and that meant going through another set of doors that didn't automatically open. All card readers were high up and behind garbage cans making it difficult to access. Food was pretty good and staff friendly.

This is a nice hotel in Medford, I stayed here for a work event. The room was very large, and clean. The breakfast was good in the morning. I wish that I could have figured out how to close the drapes, there was a light from the parking lot right out side my room and it made it hard to sleep. The location is ok I guess I don't know Medford that well, we were able to walk to downtown for dinner in about 30 minutes, but there was some sketchy people not far from the hotel. I would stay here again if I was in Medford.

One of the nicest hotels in the area. Rooms are large and have a full sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and dishes. Breakfast is great, and a managers reception is held Monday-Thursday that is enough food to serve as dinner on some nights. The indoor pool is lots of fun, and there is a half basketball court outside that is a ton of fun. This place really makes you feel at home.

Hotel is starting to show some age are still we'll kept. Breakfast was a little disappointing but still edible. Would like to see it have a waffle maker but...I guess you can't have everything.

Im a travel agent and found Homewood suites in Medford Oregon to be excellent both in price and amenities. Staff was extremely nice. Their suggestions for dinner out on the town but close to hotel were perfect. They now serve beer and wine along with a full hot breakfast. Comfortable and Very clean.

Room is awesome with a dishwasher and fridge and stove. Don't plan on staying on the sofa bed though as it is horribly uncomfortable. The normal king is really nice though.

Room 220 faces the pool area and was quite noisy. Also the thick blinds do not close even though there are obnoxious spotlights right outside the window. Black hairs in the clean towels and on the floor by tub. Stained couch, too. Hotel staff was very nice, though.

The rooms were large and clean q with a very comfortable mattresses. My stay was short, so I did not use the kitchen

Stayed overnight. Rooms were in top notch shape and clean. Only complaint is that the shower head was really wonky and old.
