The room was adequate had a Queen bed and a pull out couch. There was an elevator and stairs which lead to the third floor and the service is regular with a great breakfast and an ok dinner. The place is a little hard to pull out of and it offers a shuttle to the airport upon request.

Always a great experience staying at a Homewood Suites. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. I only started one night but arrived early and spent the majority of my time in the hotel. Felt right at home with all the space and comfort.

2nd time staying here. The only reason I'll come back is because they will take my dogs. Had some minor issues. The hotel is being renovated and we were in one of the newly renovated rooms. The room was really nice and clean ( it should be, no surprise). The reason for 3 stars? EVERYDAY, we had to go to the front desk to get something the maids forgot to replace like toilet paper and towels for example. Manager was a good guy, claimed he would put points on my Hilton Honors account but never did.

If you want a classy true pool playing experience. Go to Pool Table Magic. Regulation 9 foot tables, well cared for. Its what a pool hall is suppose to be. Raised bar for spectators. Perfect lighting and friendly owners with knowledge and experiance.

The outdoor pool is beautiful! I wish there was a little more shade available. The suites are very nicely layed out, and very very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This place is an all around fabulous! The rooms are new and beautiful, the lobby is modern, comfortable and cozy, the breakfast is delicious with lots of options and the happy hours are an added bonus. My friends have even had their dishes done by housekeeping which is impressive. The staff is the biggest plus--they are like a family and it shows ! I have been here for almost two weeks and I am still impressed !

Superb hotel close to the airport. Great newly renovated rooms with great kitchens! Check in was the fastest ever and so easy and pleasant thanks to Teshea who was wonderful! Complimentary breakfast is the best!

The room was great and the staff was polite and helpful. The free breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good and one of the best I've had at a hotel. The price was extremely great considering the experience.

I stayed in this hotel for one night before a flight.

Pros: Clean, VERY close to BDL economy parking, rooms are updated, complementary breakfast and dinner (pleasant surprise and the reason I am giving four stars rather than 3).

Cons: Booked a room with a king bed and was given two double beds (they overbooked the king rooms) and the room seemed to be in the middle of a renovation; our bathroom door wouldn't close and the room seemed like it was still being renovated missing a few details including a piece of trim on a door.

Very nice facility. Great staff. Rooms were modern and well laid out. Hot water was near instanteous and abundant.

Great. Room was great. 5-7 happy hour was great. Good breakfast.

The suites are cozy and it's nice and welcoming it's very clean and every one is nice. The bathroom is small but ok. The beds are pretty good

Had to wait for about 30 minutes to get towels for the pool and although the room was smoke free it smelt otherwise. The one positive aspect was the quick shuttle to the airport and back.

I'm giving this hotel four stars only because of Donald. His positive outlook and disposition made being away from home for 24 days made this stay bearable. Every morning he greeted with a positive outlook for the day, cleared our tables even when we were willing to do it ourselves,and even anticipated our needs. This location would be a five star hotel if Donald was duplicated in every area. He is definitely your location's greatest asset

Bill at the front desk was excellent. Due to an issue with the room (that was beyond the hotels control) I asked to change rooms. Bill was extremely helpful and polite, and quickly fixed the problem

A fair Homewood Suites location. I found the multiple building arrangement and outdoor room access undesirable in fair weather, would be unpleasant during winter season. Prompt and professional service.

Great for a little getaway. Kids loved it! Great staff. We accidentally booked a smoking room and at check in they changed it for us with no problem. Daily breakfast and a lot of nearby places to eat and shop.

Got upgraded for free. Great clean room. The service desk is very helpful and friendly. Also great that the snacks and drinks are Free so you don't need to worry about the charges! And the free social in the evening is nice too. I plan on staying here next week while on work too.

Clean and comfortable. Staff - from front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance - could not have been more helpful. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and make our stay a good one.

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks over the summer when he was training for a new job. They made us feel like we were right at home and were always available for any questions or needs we had. The management and front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Staff is courteous, attentive and not intrusive. Rooms are superb.
It is campus style facility with multiple buildings, so in inclement weather, it may be necessary to walk along un-sheltered paths to get to the main building for breakfast, coffee, etc.

Clean rooms, super-friendly staff. Good parking close to BDL too. Will definitely come back!

The mini apartment complex layout is different. I prefer not to have to walk outside to get to the "front" desk. The doors are enabled to use digital keys through the Hhonors app too.

This is a great hotel, I was there for a little over two weeks. And the 3 stars has nothing to do with the cleanliness or the quality of the rooms or the staff. The suites are really nice and the rooms are big with a kitchen and living room and separate rooms for the bedroom and bathroom. They offer a breakfast 7 days a week and have dinner Monday through Thursday, And they have a nice swimming pool. My reason for the 3 stars is because the last week I was there my ac did not work, I called down to the front desk several times to see if maintenance could fix it and they never got it fixed, on my last night there I was told that they were waiting on parts. I was asked if I would like to move rooms, but I declined because I did not want to pack up my stuff and move it to another room. Other then the ac not working this is a great hotel especially if you are going to be staying more then a few days.

Was a good experience overall. Very close to rental car center. A bit dated in the rooms. Outdoor entry. Staff were friendly. Only 3 stars because I woke up in the morning to shower and there was no shampoo or conditioner. Just 2 mini bottles of moisturizer and a bar of soap.

I really like the rooms as there is a place to put the kids asleep and not go to bed a the same time as them. They breakfast is usually pretty good. The staff is always wonderful, pleasant and always eager to help. I had asked for a pack and play at the last minute and it nearly beat me to the room.

Rooms were nice but a little dated. Breakfast was good but evening social hour was lacking any real choice of food. Only Budweiser for beer and white and red wine.

Wow! What a wonderful suite! The bed was very comfy and the kitchenette had everything you needed to prepare full meals, if you chose to. However, if you can get out of that comfy bed in time, breakfast is on them!

I am here for the week for work. We have been stuck in the hotel all day due to a blizzard. The hotel staff have been amazing! The parking lot, sidewalks and stairs have been continuously cleared of snow all day by Todd and his team. They also are going to dig out and clean off our cars tomorrow morning. Brenda and her crew in the dining room/kitchen made sure we were all fed a great unexpected lunch because no one could leave. And Bobby and the other front desk staff have gone above and beyond to make this difficult day as comfortable as possible by catering to the guests needs. What a fantastic stay!

Staff was very friendly and energetic, any questions anything I needed they took care of. I stayed in D building 118 fireplace king suite absolutely phenomenal!!! The room was awesome clean very well maintained. Well worth the money for a night out just to get away would recommend this place to everyone, the guy who took care of me at the front desk name was Tyler absolutely awesome service from him check in was simple it was an all-around great experience.

This hotel is truly a home away from home. The staff are very helpful and the complimentary breakfast and afternoon receptions are very good. I like that there is a basketball court and swimming pool in the courtyard. This hotel is the best value in the area.

We had a one bedroom, king size bed room. We were exhausted from flying from Japan and this hotel was a great place to rest. They provided a pack and play for our one year old to sleep in and it was quiet and comfortable. I'd be happy with this hotel for a long stay if it is near my destination however it was not near ours this time.

Nice place for extended stay. Breakfast and dinner provided...including wine and beer. The staff was very accommodating. Clean and comphy. Not a five star experience but would recommend.

While the facility itself was a little dated, the features and improvements are modern. Great rooms in a resort layout, could use more soundproofing but great kitchenettes and comfy beds. I LOVED the pillows! The whirlpool was never opened during my stay but I was impressed with the fitness facility having machines and weights - balls and bells. Initially I found it a little pricey but when you factor in the included hot breakfast and weeknight socials, two meals a day are included! (Just get there early as they don't seem to restock it.) Plus free wifi, free airport shuttle, and easy access to local businesses.

Nice Hotel..in not a great area. Homewood suites is very spacious. The room was very clean, and well decorated. My only complaint would be that the food was barely passable...lots of microwaved eggs and pork patti sausages.. Not much better than you find at a super 8. No effort what so ever put into the breakfast. I've stayed at some very nice Homesuites that put on a lovely breakfast spread..this was not one of them.

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite in building D. It was very spacious but rooms were outdated. One bathroom had mold and the other bathroom had cracked ceilings with peeling paint. The carpet and floors felt dirty and the kitchen sink stunk like rotten milk. I was very surprised with these rooms since we had just stayed at a Homewood Suites in Scarborough, ME and had excellent accommodations. This one in Windsor Locks definitely needs a deep cleaning and a coat of paint.

I really have enjoyed my stay here this week. The hotel is very nicely appointed with many amenities. My room had a living room and small kitchen as well as a fireplace and separate bedroom. The gym was adequate with decent equipment although limited in selection. The included breakfasts and dinner were very good and included beer & wine. My bed was comfortable to sleep in and the cable TV made my nights enjoyable.
