Pros: The rooms are lovely, the beds are comfortable. Ample parking available. Pool is awesome & warm, and hot tub is great. Everything was clean and having a full fridge/furnished kitchen with utensils was definitely a plus. Wifi is decent as well. Location is pretty good for things. Front staff Marina was absolutely awesome.
Cons: Breakfast sucked - food was meh and not great options. Would highly recommend getting some single-serve beverage options like single milks or juices. You also had to pay for parking on top of the room which I thought was kinda silly.

Homewood Suites are always comfortable and clean. Same here. I will return the next time I'm in the area.

We stay here often and have now consider this our home away from home! The hotel is clean, staff are always friendly and we have never had any issues, even when it’s a tournament weekend and the hotel is packed with excited kids!

Nice clean hotel. Loved the free food in the lobby, pizza, bagels and all kinds of good stuff. Downfall was the one elevator that was out of order. Too many stops to get to the top floor. All in all great hotel.

Our first room stunk of recent cigarette smoke and was very offputting. Went immediately to the front desk where the manager apologized and switched our room to a clean suite straight away.
It was just what we had hoped for. Nice bed, comfortable living room and full size refrigerator sink and dishwasher too!
Really nice lounge and meeting area as soon as you walk in, just beyond the front desk.
Free complimentary breakfast and light dinner snacks come with your daily stay as well.
Very nice and courteous staff.
All in all a very good choice.
Highly recommend and would certainly come back if the occasion arises.

Room was nice and well furnished. Definitely looks like a upscale hotel, it was well maintained and the rooms were cozy. The beds and pillow could be better, based on what you are paying for. I would expect something better.

I'd give this hotel between 3-4 stars mainly because the internet is extortion, the free internet is completely unusable. Otherwise it was fine, the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was average.

This place is great. The staff is very accommodating. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and at night it was very quiet. Breakfast in the morning and a light dinner in the evening. Lobby was inviting and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We stay at a lot of Homewood suites. They are just very consistent in terms of experience and service. The one in Vaughn was a step above. Very kind staff and a very new, clean hotel.

Nice hotel with large, clean, fully equipped suites. Very easy to get to and around from. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay there again if I’m in the area.

Nice hotel with plenty of amenities. Staff was nice and cheerful. They also have a social evening event but unfortunately no restaurant/bar.

Location is good, close to airport, restaurants and business parks. Room are big and clean. Overall service was great, staff has customer satisfaction in priority.

I keep trying to give Hilton a chance but it simply just doesn't stack up to Marriott. This is definitely a nice location with great gym and clean rooms. They also serve a complimentary "dinner" nightly which is definitely very nice. The breakfast however was pretty poor. Soggy hashbrowns, porkchop and boiled eggs along with cereal and yogurt. No scrambled eggs and just boiled eggs boggles my mind. The showers are not lighted and you basically will have to shower in the dark as the light in bathroom is recessed and not close to the shower. Platinum recognition was a box of cheap candy. Bed was comfortable no qualms there. The SpringHill across the street is just so much superior its hard to reccomend this hotel over it. However this is probably the 2nd best hotel in the area.

Great hotel.
We found the lobby and room clean and inviting. The pool area gave us some concerns. The tile around pool is deadly slippery with bare feet. There were no towels and it could have been cleaner

We love the atmosphere clean and friendly. Kevin the IT guy is outstanding very helpful. Front counter staff are efficient helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast and light dinner. Also very convenient to highways hywy 7 is under construction so a bit busy there but that won't last forever.

Amazing location. Central to lots of shopping and food, as well as entertainment. The rooms are absolutely clean and spacious. Quick service from house keeping, checking in and out, and everything in between.

My sister had booked an amazing room at the Homewood Suites as she was getting married nearby. The suite was a two bedroom so she was able to stay there along with a couple of the out of town bridesmaids and we used the suite to get ready for the wedding. It was a very large, spacious suite and fit many people there comfortably getting hair and makeup done and of course getting dressed.

Hotel staff were very friendly, rooms were outstanding and exceptionally clean. Pool was great and sports room too. Breakfast was included however wasn't very good. Eggs sausage and waffles were all very dry and not worth eating. Left you with basically dry foods and pastries. Definitely put a damper on an otherwise nice hotel.

Rooms were beautiful, well appointed, clean and large. Check in was swift and easy. Breakfast was sub par. The eggs, waffles, and sausages were all extremely dried out. The cold breakfast foods, pastries, and beverage selection.was good. More fresh fruit would be good.

The hotel itself and staff are incredible. It's the perfect place for a weekend stay, or even for a full week. If you're staying there for a long time, the laundry facilities are sub-par. For the whole hotel, there are only two washers and two dryers. One of the washers is so small that it holds just half the size of a load as a full size washer can handle. Then, one of the dryers takes two cycles to fully dry your laundry. So all in all, it takes almost three hours to do a load of laundry using the washer and dryer I mentioned. This is such a pain in the butt that I'll most likely choose a different hotel the next time I'm needing an extended stay for work.

Fairly clean. Some areas and corners had significant dust build up. Breakfast is basic . The staff are friendly and helpful.

My stay at the Homewood Suites has been very positive. The beds are comfortable, service is quick and fast; I have no complaints. The amenities are peaceful and modern with a small but well-equipped fitness center. Plus the included breakfast is a nice bonus.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. The location was also fantastic. We hit wonderland and three huge mall.

Shower was missing the curtain, was put on the highway side of the building and it was so loud it was impossible to sleep, I've had better sleeps in a combat zone. Ceiling fan was loose and wabbling so bad we couldn't use it. Mould in the shower. I have always stayed in Hilton's and they've been great, not in Canada however. Two Hilton's in two years and both not kept very well.

Great customer service as usual. Homewood Suites definitely feel like home as the room I had comes with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom.

The hotel was busy but enough room to eat breakfast in the AM. The hotel was clean and quiet even though beside the 400. Had a good stay and would recommend.

Loved the two bedroom suite. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the proximity to Canada's Wonderland was exactly what we were looking for.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Morning breakfast has something for everyone and staff is very helpful. If I'm in this area again, Homewood Suites is where I would choose to stay.

Good rooms, very clean. No restaurant or bar. Nothing in walking distance. Only offers food Monday through Thursday but does offer grocery delivery.

I come here for business but you see plenty of families too. Hotel is quiet, has got breakfast and a home style dinner included in the price. Staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful! Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Gym is OK. Definitely recommended!!

A very new and typical Homewood with large rooms, spacious Libby and very friendly staff. The excersise room is open 24 Hours and has nice top line equipment. Breakfast is served from 6-10 in the spacious lobby. Plenty of restaurants and shops surround the business area.

Homewood Suites by Hilton is always a good stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. I also love that breakfast is served daily! I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel for anyone staying in Vaughan.

The hotel suites are excellent value. Clean and well equipped rooms. We had a 2 bedroom suite and the kitchen even had a 2 burner hotplate. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The pool deck could have been cleaner for my liking, but overall the pool was acceptable. I would stay here again.

Love staying here. The staff are friendly and I'm very thankful of being able to check in early.

Very convenient location by 400 and 7, close to Vaughan Mills Mall and other shopping. Very clean, friendly check in, very nice rooms. Free parking is nice, especially for a Toronto area hotel. Breakfast is included, but could use a few more items (like, who doesn't serve bacon? Come on!). Clean, spacious, and quiet. We had a discounted rate, but still found it on the expensive side (over $200 after taxes). Not bad for Toronto, but about as pricey as downtown, which doesn't make sense. I do recommend Homewood Suites as it's not in the midst of the heavy traffic right on 7 and Jane, where I can't believe construction has been going on for more than 6 years and still seems nowhere near completion!

We checked in last night but so far the rooms are very clean and nice, very friendly hotel staff, the breakfast wasn't bad at all and the best part is its included. So far I'm enjoying my stay

We picked this hotel because of the amenities and it was close by the venue where my daughter's wedding reception was. I want to tell you we had the most wonderful memorable time at this hotel!!! It truly was like being at home!!!! I was able to entertain out of town guests with the staff being ever so helpful and courteous!!!! Rooms were lavish and clean!!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Even for a staycation!!!!

I recently stayed here for work and the hotel is great! It's very clean and the people are super friendly. The food they serve is great and it is very convenient to stay in the hotel for dinner. Also I left my home and car keys in the room by accident and found they were missing when I got back home. They contacted me right away the next day that they had them. Fantastic service and I can't thank them enough for it!

Industrial park location...out of walking range of any nights...not even a corner store. Rooms higher quality than average but some poor fit and finish in kitchen and bath. Hair on bathroom floor. Booked for four guests but only 3 bath towels etc provided...shows a fail in attention to detail.
