The hotel is an interesting area, you can find nice things to see around, two malls and a train station, many restaurants are nearby as well. The service is great as well, but the best part is the breakfast, a barista and chef are available to satisfy your morning cravings. The room was may least favorite part because of the lack of a bathtub and windows that can not open.

The location is great: only 20 minutes from historical downtown. The metro is 3 minutes away. The personnel is polite and helpful. From the meals I had only breakfast but the the selection was great: lots of dietary choice, healthy food and drinks that you can make yourself.

Good hotel with great mattresses. Breakfast room a little busy at times but very good quality. The breakfast crew is very helpful and friendly.

I do want to compliment the breakfast chef David. He prepared wonderful stir-fried vegan veggies every morning for me.

Absolutely loved our stay, we came and stayed at the Pullman la defense for our honeymoon and everyone was absolutely amazing. We arent very familiar with french language but everyone had so much patience with us and the staff gave us tips for travelling around the city. Our room was a gorgeous suite with a beautiful view. Very clean and room service was 24 hours which made it very convenient when we were hungry late hours of the day. We would 100% book here again.

Quaint space. The room was well-appointed, and we enjoyed the restaurant—gets 5 stars. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. They even went out of their way to make my latte the way I like it. Good food and overall pleasant experience.

We stayed for a week and came back few days ago...and it was tge perfect choice to stay at Pullman....everythinh was super good !

I've been staying at this hotel several times now, both business-wise and private and can only say that it has been an absolute fantastic experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable, clean and an amazing atmosphere. The location is perfect - located in the business area La Defense where it is nice and quiet, with with a good connection to center. La Defense has a lot facilities, a big shopping mall closeby (Quatre Temps) and more than plenty restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Last but not least a special word of thanks to Mahrine and Louise, the Guest Relations Managers, who has always been so kind for making my stay as comfortable as possible, everytime I stayed there, much appreciated :)

Nice hotel 2 min walk from the metro station. Also a well appointed shopping centre 2 mins away. There are 2 stops in la defence, if you decide to get off a stop early, on your walk back to the hotel there are a few cafes and restaurants.

Really nice room... Short comfortable beds!! Walking distance to a Paris shopping mall, which definitely came in handy. It is in the business area, but that meant less traffic in the area surrounding the hotel on our weekend stay.

Boring business hotel catering for Asian guests. Close to the offices in La Defense, but would be an awful choice for tourists.

Nice fancy hotel. Great rooms with amenities. Service is great as well. Only downside is it is not in a shopping district which means u need to travel to get to the mian city.

Very conveniently located near the metro and shopping places. Rooms are rather clean. Bed is very comfortable with 2 thick pillows. Of all the hotels we stayed during our tour in Europe, breakfast spread is one of the best with fresh fruit juices mixed by yourself. WIFI coverage and speed is strong and fast with no requirement to login. Very satisfied.

Business hotel in La Defense. Good set up but getting old. Nice amenities in the rooms. Food is good but lacks variety. Staff is very helpful and very customer oriented. Big shopping centre close by.

It’s a gorgeous hotel and fantastic stay with family. The Presidential Suite is spacious and gorgeous. There’s a room divider to separate the lounge from the bedroom. The sofa can be converted into a double bed too. There’s also a huge walk in closet which makes the stay really comfortable. Home away from home. The bathtub is a jacuzzi and the kids absolutely loved it. Service was superb. Easy to get into Paris as it’s near the RER and underground. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are big, contemporary and clean. All the staff speak excellent English and are very helpful and friendly. The views you get of Paris on the higher floors are breathtaking. The Metro (underground) is a few minutes walk from the hotel and getting into the centre of Paris only takes about 10 minutes in the Metro. Although, it is situated in the business district there are a lot of shopping malls round about and in late November to late December there is a wonderful, big Christmas market.

Me an my boyfriend had an amazing experience here for our first holiday! All members of start where beyond amazing! So friendly and helpful and most of all made us feel so welcome! Food was great here, breakfast is amazing! The rooms are great and beds are so comfy! Couldnt of asked for better! Thanks so much Pullman! Have recommended you to a friend who had booked to stay with you in January. Will be looking over for your hotels in other places an im hoping they are all as great as La Defense.

Perfect La Defense location. Clean and modern room. Problems with the hot water during my stay but dealt with exceptionally professionally. Proves the maxim that problems can be a great opportunity to show great customer service. Well done Pullman

Nicely decorated for aesthetic enjoyment. Excellent service means one can truly relax. I recommend the suites for panoramic view.

Excellent staff, very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast can be crowded and there is a queue at peak time. Dinner menu could have more choices. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Very good customer service. Clean, well-positioned hotel, varied and very tasty breakfast. The price of cameras is great if you do not reserve in time. The menu of the restaurant is not very varied and the prices are a bit exaggerated. I rest, a very friendly and professional attitude from all staff, especially Irina, Selenee, Bastien, Sofian.
If I get back, definitely yes!

Pro: I like the location for business stay. The restaurant is very good.
Con: Its way too expensive for the value. Also i like to take care of my own luggage and but wasn't given the chance which mean that the hotel policy doesn't take my preference into account. They didn't bring new shampoo and shower gel.

Very close to the Engie office which I visit frequently so it is my hotel of choice when staying in La Defense. The rooms are comfy and have everything you need. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are amazing!

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was extremely nice. Good location to the Metro and RER station. The WiFi connection was fantastic.

I was slightly disappointed with the early check-in fee of 50 Euros. I had tried to reach the hotel directly a few days before my trip to request the early check-in, but didn't hear back.

Other than that, the stay was perfect.

Overall a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Hotel is well located with close proximity to shops, restaurants and the train & tram station. Check-in was very easy. The staff at reception is very polite, friendly and helpful. La Defense is a beautiful city. Lovely and refreshing to walk around the neighborhood in the evenings.

I enjoy every single one if my stays in here. I have a choice of 5-10 hotels at a reasonable distance from our Paris office and I chose this one every single time. The quality of service is outstanding. I am always greeted and reminded that I am a return guest. I am upgraded whenever possible, without ever having to ask. I cannot recommend this hotel more.

We slept very well with its luxury bedding which had a feather bed topper. The room we had a great view of CNIT commercial center. The bathroom was sound proof. We didn't hear the other person running the water.

It was nice but the bar was extremely expensive for the bad service. Also very difficult to arrive by taxi and to find transport to depart, no help from the hotel staff

The hotel is very conveniently located near the office building in La Défense, and the staff is very welcoming.

Pullman Paris La Défense is the perfect hotel to stay at after an overnight transatlantic flight. They accomodated a noontime check-in, the lady at the front desk who checked us in was so pleasant and friendly. The bed was so comfortable! Best of all was their breakfast buffett. We'll stay here again.

Can't fault the hotel itself but unfortunately check in is slow! I arrived at 2 it's now 2:45 still no room available (I booked a few weeks ago) but what lacks in that area celine makes up for (bar manager) what a fantastic asset to the team always so friendly and welcoming and also credit to the newest member Laura for her politeness and customer service and great drinks!

Already at the arrival I was very well received. The person responsible for the parking found a great spot for our car with trailer. Also at the reception, Marion I think her name is, helped us with the room and explained how wonderfull the breakfast is, and it's true, breakfast is great! Everything you need and would want. What I noticed the most is the friendliness of the people working there. If I have to go back to Paris, the Pullman is certainly the first hotel I would want to go back. I'm very thankfull.

I had a nice clean room that could use some updating (shower and bath had cracks). I ordered room service, it was edible, but that's about it. I had a room by the elevator even though I had requested a room away from the elevator. Slamming doors and loud people all night long. Not very restful and I had a very important meeting the next day. Nothing special.....

Nice hotel for where our meetings were. Beyond that, not exceptional. Rain shower head was so large it was impossible to turn on without getting wet or water on the floor. No safe in room. Front desk was not overly polite. Would only recommend for location.

The stay was great. The mattresses are not incredibly luxurious, but everything else about the room is great. The breakfast is particularly good.

Went there for work so i didnt pay the room. 3 stars is a bit severe because it is not a bad hotel at all but for 200€ a night you would expect much better. The only thing deserving the five starts is the service which was perfect. Other than that i dont see any difference with a normal ibis budget that cost 4 or 5 times less (40 euros). Actually there is a difference the mattress quality was better in ibis budget for me. Although it depends on taste because my coworker slept fine (i prefer firm mattress). Anyhow i just dont understand the difference in price with a normal hotel and that is an issue for me. Breakfast was very nice but for 26 euros it is also not worth that much.

Typical business hotel. Breakfast was expensive, but good. Location is fantastic - very close to La Defense station where you can catch the RER, Metro, or Tram. Less than 20 minutes on the train to downtown, easy access to CDG on the RER

The hotel was nice and it is very well located near the metro station so central Paris is easily accessible, overall my experience at this hotel would have been a positive one, however and it is a big however, I was absolutely disgusted at the fact that their valet took a chunk out of my Porsche Cayenne alloy which was not there previously and was not done by myself but when contacting the hotel they simply told me there staff had said it wasn't them so they had to believe them, will not return to this hotel and will not recommend customer service is key and I was not treated as I would have expected from such an establishment.

Location is convenient for metro and company I was visiting. I was upgraded to a suite which was appreciated but unfortunately the bed was dreadful, could not sleep properly and felt awful the next day.

Brilliant hotel would definitely like to visit again In the future , good location near the train station, shopping centre and restaurants! X

20 minutes from central Paris but a 2 min walk from the metro and right on the doorstep of a large mall and shopping centre.

Our room was perfect. Very quiet, comfortable and very clean. Nespresso coffee machine in the room made my mornings!
