I had a great stay to use my annual 1-4 free certificate with the Hyatt Chase credit card. Welcoming staff, great breakfast, comfortable room, what else to ask for? My wife and kids all loved the place, if they are happy, I am too.

Love the feel of this place. Rooms are clean and really make you feel like you’re home. Breakfast is yummy with lots of variety.

The rooms felt a bit dated. The sheets were not clean and after we requested new ones they replaced them right away. Room service was friendly. The waffle maker was broken so it was difficult to make waffles without burning them. In the evenings they have games on the tables near the bar. Not a bad place to stay, I just think it needs a bit f updating.

This is a lovely place with a warm and fuzzy feel. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff is kind and caring. We stayed two nights and used the hot tub, too cold to swim. We had happy hour at the bar and decided to spend both nights having our dinner there. Sat by the cozy fire outside. Very nice and affordable place. We will go again!

Good place with two separate rooms.. So if you're looking to share a room and want privacy this is great place. Has made to order eggs, pool, hot tub. Free parking and places to eat across the street. Check in was smooth and friendly. Water is low flow due to the droughts in CA.

This was a wonderful place to stay during our relocation to the area. The room was very clean with a practical layout and modern design. The staff was unfailingly helpful and pleasant to interact with. The omelettes and breakfast buffet were delicious and a nice start to the day. The property had a cozy feel outside with a firepit and picnic tables. The neighborhood offers lots of sidewalks for stretching your legs. There are places to grab a coffee or bite to eat across the street if you don’t feel like using your fully loaded kitchen.

Rooms is amazing for families. A crib was provided upon request for our son. The room has a family room, a master bedroom, and a kitchen. I chose this hotel to visit SF since it was very affordable, free breakfast, free parking, free WiFi, and large rooms that are like an apartment. Made it feel more like a home than a hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms where very clean and like a little apartment. With dishes and utensils in the cupboards and drawers. The staff were nice and helpful. It was very quite and clean. The best part was they serve a buffet style breakfast but also serve a fresh made omelet as well. You can order the omlete of the day or choose what is in it. It was delicious. There is a comfortable patio with gas fireplace and and enclosed pool and hot tub.

Amazing staff and reasonably priced. Pool area is nice and the bar snacks and breakfast are tasty, although no restaurant for evening meals (to be fair the quesadillas from the bar are the size of a main meal though!).

Rooms feel a little dated in places but clean and well maintained. Easy access to car parking area and fine for kids - games available to borrow from reception and a small basketball court as well.

Was assigned a room on the third floor.. no lift.. so if you have lots of luggages to lug up.. is bad.. the rooms were big and looks newly renovated, but the toilet door is not lockable.. The breakfast has lots of selection from made-to-order omelette, sausages, fruits, scrambled eggs, juices, cereals etc.. the food selection is good.. but the food kept running out and the queue for the omelette took 45 min! There is swimming pool and housekeeping was fast but did not do a good job restocking towels and consumables..

Very comfortable and clean! We have stayed I've Hyatt House Pleasanton 3 times now and all three times we have had an above-average experience. Rooms have been clean, consistently nice and well setup, and very comfortable. Staff has been at least professional, often friendly, and this time we had way above average service. It is so nice to have the kitchenette for weekends days, with a full size refrigerator and freezer and an oven and microwave and all the amenities so that we can bring food for an event. The beds at the Hyatt House Pleasanton are among the most comfortable I have ever experienced in any hotel, better than even far more expensive properties. It has almost always been very quiet and easy to sleep. Everything has always been clean and the showers are excellent. Highly recommend staying here if you need to be in Pleasanton area.

The staff was wonderful, and very helpful with suggestions around town. They were very professional, and understanding. The rooms were large and in excellent condition. Maids were very quick and efficient with house keeping.

Breakfast is delicious and the suite had two full bedrooms plus a family room tv area with a kitchen. They are basically condos that were turned into hotel rooms. Very nice, especially with a family!

The suites are spacious enough and very well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is perfect with the attached bath room.

The complimentary breakfast is a great plus.

Very close to Livermore Premium Outlets and tons of shops and places to eat. Room was good size but not as clean as other Hyatt properties. Breakfast was good.

Good place. Friendly staff. Slightly dated amenities. Good breakfast, yes, a good omelette bar, fresh fruit, nice ambiance in the evening. The place got REALLY crowded during the weekends as the tourist crowd took over the place. Stayed for 30 days here. The front desk was very friendly except for one person (let us call her M) who can improve a great deal by wearing a smile. This is after all hospitality business. Great location. Average room service - shower pressure average - had problems with the shower.

Good location. Unusual configuration: garden style walkup apartments. It's nice, but a little dated. Lots of tiny maintenance issues in the room, that aren't bad, but still a minor negative.

Great food. Literally our 2nd home away from home! Perfect for our family of 6. Look forward to coming every year. Wonderful hot breakfast is a huge bonus. Friendly staff make it feel like family.

I just spent a month at this hotel, and I had a great experience. The hotel is fantastic, and the staff is outstanding. They catered to my families every need, were very friendly and each one of them took time out of their day to stop and say hi to my son, who is a year and a half old. He loved them and every day looked forward to doing his rounds and waving to everyone. They went above and beyond and we will not forget it. If you are looking into this hotel look no further. I’ve read a few of the reviews here, and when I see complaints, like the shuttle wouldn’t take me two blocks to the grocery store, I think this is all a person could complain about here. Maybe the pillows are too soft or the staff is too friendly, if you’re ok with that situation then stay here, it’s worth it.

Great break fast. Close to Bart 1 mile. However shuttle can be difficult to get on time. You might prefer to use your own money to get Uber or Lyft. Nice people in front desk. Good business center.

Except for housekeeping: leaving lights on the entire day after leaving, not to mention the air conditioning blazing after finishing - even when initially not turned on by resident. Not really good at hoovering/vacuum cleaning.

Spacious King suite. Like a one bedroom apartment - there was a great sectional amd two flat screen TVs. Breakfast was really good, and there were lots of places to lounge. Great customer service as well.

I was on a work trip, and my company didn't inform me it was extended stay, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room. Nice, new furnishings. Clean and updated bathroom. Comfortable bed. Keep in mind, I have pretty high standards with hotels. Very nice fitness center too: treadmills, ellipticals, entire weight sets, entire med ball set, benches, scale, water, wipes, earbuds, floor mats. Nice hotel overall.

Quiet location behind Sweet Tomatoes, really nice room layout. My 3 gal pals and I shared one 2BR/2BA suite, and we all had our own beds: 1 in the king, 2 in the double beds, and 1 on the pullout sofa. Having 2 full bathrooms helped a lot, too, with 4 ladies trying to get ready at the same time!

The amenities at this hotel are very nice. The kitchenette in room has just enough of a real kitchen to be able to cook almost anything. The bathrooms and room itself feel very clean and are pretty large. The hotel gym could be a little more diverse.

The room was very nice. The pool was a good temperature. Also the breakfast was amazing!

Room smells great. The service was nice to us and let us take our (complementary) breakfast plates out of the hotel when we were in a hurry. I slept on the couch and found it quite comfortable. Room has lots of features like kitchen and fridge. Only complaint was that the Ethernet cable provided did not work and was stuck in the wall. Otherwise, was a great stay.

My husband and I travel a lot. We are also owners of a Time Share and this Hotel has 5 Star quality. The property is clean and appealing. The staff are professional and friendly. Our room is very nice. We will come again.

Visited my mom here on her last stay in the Bay Area. The room was well decorated and the grounds were very well kept. The only problem was the only ice machine was on the first floor pretty far from her room.

Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Great if you want to do some of your own meal prep instead of eating out!! Gym is not good, but there is a 24 hour nearby.

Stayed for 5 days and the hotel had lovely rooms and were modern with full kitchens. Breakfast and short order meals were fine. My only gripe is the lack of any true customer service when extras were needed. No one was willing to give us use of the shuttle bus unless we were going to a business address. We only wanted to go 2 blocks away to the local grocery store. Apparently it is for business customers not other customer types. Shuttle service terms and conditions are not very clear. Late checkout or an area to store our bags till later was not allowed. Basically had to take my group of 9 to the airport SFO 8hrs early.

Great place to stay and convenient area as we were staying for the weekend for a wedding in pleasanton. Love the basketball court and complimentary breakfast. Only complaint is that ESPN didn't work on tv and the thermostat ac was broken in our room.

Not too bad, slept here for our honeymoon night before leaving to Monterey. Left toothbrushes at home and had to buy new ones from then, nothing complimentary. Breakfast was pretty good.

Although they have a kitchen and refrigeration, no milk was sold (in fact it was locked up) so my hungry toddler couldn't get milk upon our late arrival after a long flight (no accommodation for a difficult situation). We had a 2 bedroom (3 beds), of which 2 had broken springs, quite uncomfortable.

Wonderful stay at the Hyatt house. Kate at the front desk was great with getting us checked in, changing our room and replacing our keys. Pro tip, the keys are easily demagnetized so don't keep it with your phone! We will stay here again when we visit Pleasanton wineries. The rooms are comfortable and furnished with a desk, couch, full kitchen and a separate bedroom. If you're lucky they'll have a platter of chocolate chip cookies at night.

Had a business meeting in their board room, very clean and comfortable. Staff brought us water which was very nice. Would host another business event there.

Stayed for a wedding event so the discount pricing was very affordable. Massive super comfy beds with full kitchen and sofa. Total price was $130 on a Saturday! Very clean of course. No coffee in the lobby though.

The Hyatt House in Pleasanton I great!!! The rooms are very nice and spacious. The hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast is, surprisingly, pretty good. Overall, I felt very comfortable here.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. This was the worst time I ever had at this hotel due to new mgmt, / customer service, but the hotel is so nice it's easy to get past the negative interaction with the manager

Clean room with a small kitchen, nice grill area and pool for having a small get together. Perfect for families trying to save some money by not going out to eat.

The physical services here are great (rooms are spacious, enough appliances in the kitchens, nice breakfast), although I have not been impressed with the staff service. Staff don't seem aware of who's staying in what rooms/check-in and check-out times, which resulted in me having to wait several hours for a room that, in actuality, was available.

We had a room block here for our wedding. All of the bride and groom party stayed there as well as our guests. The rooms were top notch, the provided breakfast was surprisingly good.
I think the best part of this place was the bar and fire pit. It was a great little place to hang out and relax.
They were extremely accommodating for all of our guests, making them feel welcome and ready to party.

Nice hotel, we had a room on the east end of the complex. Very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend the breakfast, an excellent spread.

I am a business traveller and visit Pleasanton every year and always stay in this hotel. This is the best place to live in Pleasanton. I tried different hotels, but Hyatt House is the best. Spacious and clean rooms and nice morning breakfast.
I cannot think of staying anywhere in Pleasanton.

Let me tell you this hotel is the best. I am a business traveler so I travel frequently and have very high expectations. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Their online photos show the real deal. Well, actually the hotel looks better than the photos. I stayed 9 nights and the service is outstanding as well. Housekeeping is impeccable. Everything about this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The service, housekeeping and the free full breakfast each morning, even the ease accessing their wifi. And the grounds are absolutely beautiful. You cannot go wrong staying at this hotel.
