A 3 or 4 stars Hotel in Plateau's heart; Abidjan's Business Center.

Very clean and close to main business and government offices

It is a good hotel, breakfast is good with various choices to pick from. Location is perfect.

Good business hotel with a nice buffet breakfast. Small lobby. Well equipped rooms.

Good place to stay in abidjan. Security is good at entrance..you have to scan all your stuff while entering. Rooms are clean as you expect in accor hotels. In house bar and 24 hrs restaurant. Laundry service is bit costlier. You can find taxi easily oitside hotel and there is a store outside where u can find ur daily need stuffs.

Very nice hotel, services and personal are superbe but no swimming pool and should improve "room cleaning" on time!

This hotel is suitable for seminaries, conferences. If you're alone very good for taking a rest. You eat original and tasty African or European meals.

Not recommended for long stay. Old infrastructure, very limited room service. Wifi available but it's not up to the mark. Break fast is good. Communication problem as most of them don't understand English. Even cable channels are available in French.

Nice place to be around or even have a pleasant stay. Nice food, nice cocktails and also good Wi-Fi connection.

Service was good but the rooms need a revamp

Famien and the team at Ibis Plateau Abidjan again provided excellent customer service for my second stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for meetings in the Plateau, the rooms are clean, the A/C is strong, good water pressure, great dining, and thorough security. Highly recommended.

A lovely place to rest up during your journey!!! They have exceptional service. Lovely ambience. Totally one of the best hotels in Abidjan. & the food was also nice.

Poor Service and rooms not value for money

This is a good hotel but should be better for the brand Ibis. Food is great, rooms are basic but clean...a little dated. Middle of town is a bonus for business travelers.

Great reception. Very neat & tidy rooms..

No water in the rooms on arrival. No small bathroom compliments like hand lotion etc. Difficulties checking in, probably language barrier.

A very nice place, the service is good.

Good breakfast, fridge and electricity adaptor is chargeable. No room service, order your food and pick it yourself. Quality of breakfast is good. Too noisy at night and hope u can understand what I am saying

Good safe and healthy food

Minimalist European style hotel which has perfected the basic services and no more. Even the toileteries come as an all in one solution for your hands,face and hair, in a large reusable dispenser mounted to the wall. The rooms are relatively small but very functional. Both the corridors and the rooms could use some ventilation and a breath of fresh air.

I enjoyed the security, quietness and the serenity at this hotel. It was a little priced than I would expect but I believe security and comfort come first.
