An excellent choice for diners looking for one of the safest places amid the pandemic. All in-house covid tested staff and hygienic environment. But restaurants open till 8pm nowadays due to govt restrictions

Courtesy to the maximum , safety to new level , services with ITC touch and warmth in the food ...it was wonderful experience and worth spending our 25 wedding anniversary at this place ..

We.had hosted out company summit here, and during that day a grand event was also happening. People found difficult navigating. However the support from the hotel side was good and the event went smooth. Food was delicious.

Sustainable Luxurious Stay

I had amazing stay at ITC Gardenia. I've always loved the property - central courtyard with water features and live music is always bliss. Great staff, amazing food options and luxurious rooms are a given.

However, this time I absolutely loved their focus on sustainability while maintaining luxurious standards. Water bottles in the room were glass bottles (sealed), no over the top toiletries in the bath, central console to manage electricity, munching bottle (snack) had a use by date.......so all in all the focus was to ensure comfortable stay for the guest but having a close eye on the overall impact on society and earth resources.

Stayed here for 4 nights. They provide unimaginable service. We had a 10 month old infant with us and the chef would visit us every 4 hours to ask about what is to be prepared for the infants' next meal! Yes! They did prepare every meal for the child for all 4 days with almost care and did not charge a single penny for any of those!
K&K restaurant was really good and the staff were very friendly.
Pro tip: Don't miss their french toast available on room service. The best you'd find anywhere!!

I stayed at ITC Gardenia over the weekend. The rooms are big, well lit and lavishly equipped. There are a multitude of restaurants and cuisines to choose from, ranging from Continental to Asian. Hotel staff is professional and courteous. The award winning experience is totally worth the price you pay.

Absolutely charming and elegant hotel. The hotel has a platinum certificate for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, the world's largest hotel to get the certification.
Staff go to extreme lengths to be of service and are always smiling and welcoming.
Rooms are spacious , the beds are very comfortable. Well designed bathrooms.
The highlight is the massage chair in the room. With the number and mature of massage settings that it has, you feel like you have a group of masseuses at your command.

ITC Gardenia is one of the best 5 star luxury dining place in Bangalore this place is situated heart of the city and easily commuted to all parts of the city. I have attended many seminars, events, function in the in the hotel. especially the Mysore hall is designed with the beauty of antique and modern amenities. Most of the international and National sports players stay in this hotel for easy access and luxury. The staff is very friendly. The only negative I have is food which is not up to the mark for a 5 star hotel. Wish the authority would improve the place.

Went to a wedding ceremony held at the Mysore hall of itc gardenia. The hall was big, well lit, spacious for approximately 150 guests. Service for snacks and drinks were continuous. Food was tasty, not heavily spiced. Well laid out. The waiters were courteous, not overworked, smiling and warm. The decor was adequate, not over the top. The hotel is one of it's kind due to it's ambience and high quality maintenance. Lovely place to host a lovely wedding for your daughter/ son. Lovely place to have a quiet brunch with your family and friends. Enjoy your time and have a great time.

It's a very good location where cabs are easily available. Talking about the hotel, wonderful experience and the most comfortable. Staff is really good here. They all respect you even if you are a visitor. Service is excellent and food tastes nice.

Lovely place, nice ambience, good food. We took our car and as we have a driver we did not leave the car to Valet service. He had to park the car in the lower basement. When we finished our dinner we we're unable to contact our driver as there was no cellular service in lower basement. The valet was of no use, despite requesting, they did not send anyone to notify our driver. They do not have an announcement facility to notify drivers. I had to go searching for the car while rest of my family waited. 5 Star hotels MUST NOT assume that their guests will drive by themselves and should have a system to reach drivers when necessary.

Good place to hangout it's in heart of the city. Very calm and very near inside the hotel. But food wise Indian continental is not that much good and tasty. I personally didn't like the food over there. Other things are good n like to spend time over there.

This place is just wonderful. The rooms are good and in room dining just suited for the standards one expects. My pro tip is that you must visit their store Fabelle and try their incredible collection of chocolates. Their hot chocolate is worth visiting. I visit this place exclusively for hot chocolate. Best ever you could get around here.

Great SPG brand in the middle of the city. The rooms are well organized with good facilities. The suites are even better... pick the corner one if possible for more light and view. Staff are all very professional and courteous. Good restaurants with the premise. Overall would rate the stay and experience a great one.

If you are heading to Bangalore this is the place to stay! If your doing long haul and arriving in the middle of the night it is about a 40 minute from the airport and drops you in the center of Bangalore.

I went for an event called An evening with Alan Cooper. The whole facility was well organized, clean and lush with greenery. The hall where the conference was properly lit with multiple large schandeliers making very calm and warming ambience. Dinner was awesome as well. The buffet, the seating on the terrace, whole awesome feeling.

Very nice hotel with two types of rooms - smoke area and non smoke area. I stayed here twice in pool view room. Hospitality is very good and staff is humble. This is an elite and Porsche hotel of the ITC group. This is LEED certified hotel one of the first. It has amazing restaurants, conference rooms , and party areas. Swimming pool was filled with pigeons. But I think it will be hard to keep them away since pigeons are common across Bangalore's buildings. I wish they had an indoor temperature controlled swimming pool.

Mysore hall at ITC gardenia is one of the finest banquet halls in the heart of the city. Looks chic and classic. The food too is great for events.
About the hotel, it's clearly striking and marks status. The green in the ambience adds such freshness and the courtyard makes the place regal. Great experience, good food, friendly staff and breathtakingly beautiful.

Nice service. Nice hotel @nice location. People over there are very helpful and professional. Complimentary hour is one of the main advantages where you get unlimited booze and snacks for free. Customer relationship executives are very prompt in helping and resolving any issues.

The very definition of luxury. ITC Gardenia is a lush palace centrally located in Bangalore. The staff is extremely detail oriented and attentive to special requests. If you are a female traveler visiting the hotel alone, ask for the Eva suite. There is a guard protected wing with female-centric rooms (extra mirrors/lights, plenty of closet space and a makeup application area, subtle pink accents).

The gardenia is a neatly kept hotel and service is good. It's what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Rooms are good and clean. The location is in a peaceful part of Bangalore. The hotel has good facilities as well.

Been to ITC for a conference. The place is neat, food is good. But there were a lot of issues with the audio and video (not sure if the conference team arranged that or the hotel). There was also a lot of disturbance with someone ringing a bell to usher people out of the lunch area while talks were going on. Definitely the worse conference experience among other star hotels.

This hotel truly understands the meaning of the word: Service. Every single staff working here will go out of their way to assist you with any reasonable demands.
Rooms are pretty comfortable, though I didn't find the pillows too comfortable. (But you can order pillows as per your needs).
Food is amazing throughout the property. Whether its in the room service, the buffet at the coffee house, the Japanese restaurant, or the Indian restaurant. I stayed there for a month and not once did I not enjoy any of my meals. I would certainly say this hotel has one of the best food in all of Bangalore, even when compared to other hotels more expensive than this.
Location is excellent as well. Right beside Cubbon Park.

One of the well known upscale hotels in Chennai city. Being one of the more recently constructed ones this is a lot more contemporary in terms of architecture. It is also one of the most centrally located upscale hotel with a large land cover area. It is the closest luxury hotel to the Chennai airport.

Neatly maintained, professional and friendly employees. I attended an event for which around 1000 people came. I feel either it is too crowded or hall is not sufficient for a good buffet lunch. But parking is very much sufficient. Otherwise, i had a great experience in that place.

The coffee shop is a great place for a catch up. Lunches are ideal since its not a noisy restaurant and has ample sunlight. The green vertical gardens are very charming.

Always loved this hotel. Got a chance to visit again finally for a meeting. Maintenance of the exterior sections could have been better, but otherwise still the same, lovely place. Feel it's warmer than most other New ultra posh hotels. Guess that's part of the charm as well. The meeting areas though leave a little to be desired.

It is situated right in the heart of the city, the only far away places are the IT parks and the Airport, rest everything is well within, if I may say, 'walking distance'. Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. However, the door creeks, and I had problem with the TV. The staff was good at helping with that, though. I would also call out housekeeping for doing a great job. They figured out my needs quickly, and helped me a lot. Room was cleaned well, the room and bed is comfortable, and everything is beautiful. But what really makes this hotel, is the staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend the hotel, and should I need to go back to this part of town, I will probably come back.

During my Bangalore trip I choose ITC Garden for my stay. It a beautiful hotel and they serve excellent food. The ambiance of the hotel is great and offers all modern amenities. Staff is well behaved too.

Best hotel I've been. Was a free stay so it's rather costly if I pay myself, but it's a big, high-quality hotel with amazingly helpful staff, good food, and comfortable rooms. Actually, rooms are similar to other top hotel, but entering the hotel makes you feel like you've stepped into a very nice place, which can't be said about many hotels. One little thing I noticed that was good was that water in the bathrooms changes from warm to cold and vice versa very quickly, which helped in the cool Bangalore weather. A couple of plug points didn't properly work because of loose connections, but all else was great. Did I mention the food is good?

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is highly courteous. The rooms are well equipped and have good views. He pool is excellent and so is the gym.

A beautiful hotel which is exhuberant and luxurious. They have a beautiful lobby, warm and friendly staff right from the security to the restaurant managers and even support staff. A wonderful restaurant kebabs and kurries with a splendid spread and an amazing chocolate shop! Its a complete deal!!

It is one of the best 5-star hotels in Bangalore. It has all the amenities such as Swimming Pool, Gym, etc. They give great User Experience to all the people staying in the hotel. They also host a cultural evening for 15 minutes in the evening such as flute performance, etc.

It is also a great place to host/organize conferences and events. We organized Intel Family Day, Google Launchpad LeadersLab event and attended Sequoia hackathon.

First of all.... Wow! What a place! Right from the time you enter...you are treated like Royalty. True 5 star feeling. Ambience is very nice. Quiet and cozy. Decor is very well done and is to be appreciated. We visited The Cubbon Pavilion restaurant for dinner. Food spread was expansive from local Bengaluru kannada food to North Indian, Chinese, Thai and more. Kannada names were displayed for the local items and I loved it. Rarely one sees local names being displayed in big restaurant. Kudos to the management. Taste is good. Dessert spread was also good with a lot of local ones. Lot of vegetarian option which I loved. Few things which I like to bring up: Service was a little below par for a 5 star hotel, like table was not cleared on time and spoons were not replaced which are expected to be done without being told in a 5 star restaurant. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend this place.

Travelled on business. Great breakfast buffet at the 24-hour hour restaurant. They really have something for everyone here. I would specially recommend the elegant EDO restaurant for all sushi lovers.

The arrangements were great even with what I think was more people than what they normally have.
The food was great.
The stay was good in general. However we were there for a competition where we were involved in computer programming for most of the time. The arrangements related to the competition (like power sockets for laptops) were good but could have been lot better.

Had dinner recently with family here. To start with the seating is not amicable to senior citizens and also for kids.

Starter was served cold...not edible for non-veg food.

The restroom close to this restaurant did not have proper lock.

For a Five Star restaurant, I expected much better quality of food and facilities. Trust they can improve this quickly.

Awesome buffer dinner...a really grand hotel to eat, stay and celebrate. Was impressed by the sheer magnificence of the facilities and rooms. Great pool as well.

Been here couple of times to attend conferences. The food is decent, if not fantastic. The tea served is really good and that is an exception in a city where you struggle to get good tea. Most often when the crowd swells during lunch breaks of conferences, the staff finds it difficult to handle the sudden spurt and that results in chaos. Fantastic ambience and just 1km from the nearest metro station.

I really like this hotel. Its clean, great rooms, centrally located and good reataurants. Sometimes the wait stuff can be a bit slow and the hotel isn't very generous with upgrades for SPG Platinum members, hence, the 4 star rating.

What a hotel and amazing buffet. Another special thing is that they don't treat in separate style with Indian and foreigners unlike other star hotels in India.

Good hotel with lousy / laid back managers. After asking for a simple trolley to carry bags and waiting for 15 minutes without success, the manager asked for another 15 minutes - the reason - "we - the customer did not pre-plan and tell him in advance that we need a trolley". This is the first time ever I get such a laid back attitude from a hotel of this class.
