Went to visit some friends here and it was a very nice hotel. Large modern rooms. I will deffinately keep it in mind for my next trip to Brisbane.

Between the great room, and the great staff I have nothing I could suggest to improve this hotel... Maybe if the pool was in operation but I understand taking it down for maintenance during "winter" (not that Brisbane gets real winters).

Superb location in the middle of city with variety of restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets all within 5 to 10 mins walking distance. Bus stops are all a stone's throw away and accommodation is clean, luxurious and secure. Will definitely recommend to family and friends

Great city location with an abundance of cafe's, restaurants and stores at your footsteps. Botanical gardens are a quick walk down the street. Many hire car places near by. Southbank within a sightseeing distance walk. Rooms are lovely with nice balcony views.

It's a nice place to visit or live in; although, can be pretty expensive since it's located in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Decent amount of amenities around the building to keep you/guests busy - pool, yard, gym, bbq area. Might not be the best views, but if you're looking for a place that's right next to to your work place, the central station or Brisbane's most popular tourist grounds, this place is definitely a convenient choice.

Very comfortable bed and generous size apartments. Good value and excellent location! Front desk staff were helpful and polite. Parking was very convenient. There was a fully functional kitchen and laundry inside the apartment we stayed in a 1 bedroom. Perfect for a night on the town, in a great spot for restaurants and nightlife. Carpet needs replacing as obviously aged and hallway to room smelt horrible, once inside fine. Overall a good 4 star hotel.

Had a really good experience at Oaks Festivals. Service is fantastic and the room were very clean and big. I really enjoyed my time in Brisbane at this place and I would highly recommend it.

Outstanding. Great location, size and value for money. Easy check in and check out and the kitchen facilities in my apartment waste great.

I've stayed here a few times over the last couple of years for work and it's decent value for money. Rooms are quite spacious and you get a kitchen if you prefer not to eat out, has a washing machine for laundry and the location is quite central and near lots of eating and drinking places. The building is a bit dated but it's still pretty comfortable and I can't really fault it.

Probably my favourite place to stay in Brisbane. The rooms are a good size and the view is great. The staff are friendly and the location is also good. Well worth it for the price.

Central location, clean rooms and friendly service

Stayed through the week great front office staff, room was beautiful, clean and tidy Bed so comfortable, will stay again.

Rooms were great, especially number 8 on pur floor, worst part was driving in as there were no signs and road direction was reversed in the driveway. Perfect location, great facilities including gym, sauna, barbecue, hot tub, and heated lap and swimming pools. One of the best hotels ive stayed in.

Best place I've stayed in the city! The location was amazing; 2 minute stroll to the centre of the city and the Myer centre. The facilities where very nice including a heated lap pool, sauna, spa, Barbecues, gym with very nice equipment. And personal washing machine and dryer in room. I am very pleased with my stay and I would definitely stay here again. #Level23

Beautiful views! We stayed at level 37, 2 king bed 2 baths. Very nice and clean and comfortable beds. Loved it. Totally recommended!

Love these units, fantastic views, decent size rooms, in the heart of the CBD. Staff are always friendly, car parking is over priced but the same as everywhere else in Brisbane!

We stayed on the 18th floor and the room was awesome. Clean, well presented and modern. Facilities mean you could easily have a longer stay and save some money cooking for yourself. Staff were super friendly also. Will definately stay again

This is one of the best located hotels in the Brisbane CBD. It has an excellent pool, spa, gym and sauna facility with an outdoor BBQ area. It is within a short walk of almost everything. The location is so central. The rooms are pretty good. One or two bedroom apartment style rooms. Both times we have stayed we have had balcony rooms which is excellent. The rooms that overlook Albert St or Charlotte St are obviously the most desirable as the view from the others is nowhere near as nice. We will definitely be staying again.

Downside is no free Internet. $75 for 7 days!

Wonderful service. We discovered our fridge had malfunctioned shortly after arrival and called reception to let them know and they offered access to a fridge in an empty room on the floor or to switch rooms, we accepted a transfer and the new room was even nicer than our already very lovely room and the concierge was so helpful throughout the whole thing. Very impressed with the great service.
