This hotel is gorgeous! The staff were nothing but helpful and friendly! There are some delicious cookies available throughout the day and night. The pool and hot tub looked clean although we did not swim while we stayed.
The room was clean and stocked well. We had the two bedroom king suite. The beds in both rooms were comfortable and nobody had any complaints. The bathrooms were spotless!
Breakfast options were plentiful and tasty! There were many things for any tastebuds or diet restrictions.
The multiple restaurants in the same area as the hotel was also great! Nothing like only having to walk a minute to get Mighty Taco or Chinese! There is also a bar in the plaza as well.
Overall this is our favorite hotel in the area. We will absolutely stay again once we earn enough points to help cover the cost for a night as it is a bit pricey, however it’s worth every penny!

First time and I only ended up staying there for a few hours. Came late and left early. But Within that short time, I got to feel very welcome and comfortable. Room was clean, modern and nicely sized. Staff were friendly, especially James from the front desk who was very courteous and professional. Would definitely stay here again when back in that area

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean and the staff is very helpful and kind. This hotel is also close to some great restaurants. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel was easy to locate and parking was not an issue. Amenities were great just like any other Staybridge. Getting an extra blanket was easy and fast. The only problem I faced was non-working WiFi which I didn't bother to ask them fix it due to my short stay.

Favorite hotel in the area! Great location, close to everything. Breakfast has a great selection, and free dinner Monday through Thursday is the BEST! The rooms are spacious, the entire place is incredibly clean, and the pool/hot tub are GREAT. Nice, big, and usually not in use! I've never had a bad experience here. Oh, and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

Loved this hotel! The pool was clean, the breakfast was fresh, and the linens where clean. The person who checked us in was also patient an kind😊 What more can you say?

Welcoming hotel with a manager's reception. I was upgraded to a two bedroom but there was only one of me for one night. Rooms are recently remodeled. Large walking shower in master bath. Many local restaurants within the same parking area.

Only stayed here for one night, but I was thoroughly impressed! Not a detail overlooked, a very consistent feeling of hospitable warmth, and several very nice touches throughout both the suite and the property. I've stayed at many hotels in the WNY area over the past several years, and this is the best I've stayed at by far.

One if the nicest hotels our family has ever stayed in, and well worth the cost, especially when sharing a suite with others. We have stayed here multiple times. Each suite has a full kitchen, two separate doored bedrooms and a sitting area with a pull out sofa bed. (It can easily be used as a third "bedroom." Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, desk, closet, and television.
Every amenity is offered and included. Outstanding hot breakfast, 24 hour amazing coffee station with Wolfgang Puck coffees, & cookies, pool, hot tub, laundry, fitness room, vending, small "shop" next to front desk that sells a variety of toiletries, supplies, and food.
The Wi-Fi is free and provides a strong signal nearly anywhere in the hotel or outside.
There is an excellent "happy hour" dinner (buffet style) and wine is offered.
There are many seating areas indoors and outdoors that are inviting, clean, and comfortable. Members of our family (sometimes as many as 20 or more of us) come and we all spend time together in the "great room" off the main lobby, or in the small den. Both have televisions, couches and ample sitting areas. Staff are friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is immaculately clean and well kept. Considering all the amenities offered, it is well worth the cost.

Free breakfast was pretty good. The rooms are modern and nice. I would say that the walls are too thin, but otherwise it is a fine hotel. Very nice staff.

The stay here was great. Nice people working there. Good breakfasts that are prepared by the hotel, never had a single complaint about my stay.

Everything about this stay screamed that they appreciate your business. We arrived on Thanksgiving and the manager's reception was a full turkey dinner. Juicy Bird with mashed potatoes, green beans with almond success, corn, breads and two types of pies. All very tasty and no charge. There were even 2 types of beer on tap if interested. The hotel had Black Friday shopping information available at the front desk. They also had care packages available with an apple, chewy bar, treat and bottle of water available to take when heading out shopping. Comfortable room and tasty buffet breakfast in the morning round out a great stay.

Spaceous rooms in the two-bedroom suite. Very convenient location. Breakfast buffet was just OK with items running out.

Very nice hotel for families. Very clean and wonderfully friendly staff. We love the 1 bedroom suites. Only negatives I have are really slow wifi and the pull out couch is painfully uncomfortable. I mean literally I'm in pain. I'd give it five stars if not for the last two negative items.

My husband, two children, dog and I stayed here for over a month when we were relocating to the Buffalo area and waiting to close on our new home. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The whole facility is very clean and the Monday through Thursday dinners are a wonderful addition that's included in the daily rate. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Very nice hotel. obviously newer building overall. has a pool, hottub and even a business center. breakfasts are delicious and there's plenty. the staff is always a delight and they even has a ton of Halloween decorations they were putting up. located VERY close to the University at Buffalo for all athletic and academic needs. The room was much more than I anticipated for the cost. I was very satisfied with this hotel.

The front desk agents of Thursday night 8/17 and Friday 8/18 morning were very helpful and courteous. Rooms are excellent and overall stay was very satisfying. Would easily recommend this hotel to anyone else planning to stay here. The rooms are also very clean and we got an accommodation beyond what we had expected.

Always kind staff!!! Clean, neat, the room has everything that you can need (has a little kitchen). It is always nice to come here.

The staff was very friendly. Madison and Courtney were exceptional with helping us with activities in the area and making sure that we enjoyed our vacation. The rooms were clean. I appreciated having breakfast and dinner. The stove top, microwave, and fridge were a plus. The amenities were also great to have. I was able to do laundry and work out. The kids enjoyed the pool, however, I thought the chlorine was a little heavy in the whirlpool. Our last night, we experienced a million ants in our room, but the night staff offered spray to correct the problem. I opted out of that option because we didn't want to inhale bug spray before bed. There was a heavy rain that may have brought them in. The hotel was pet friendly, which would have turned me off had I realized that when booking the room. However, I didn't smell anything unusual and the dogs were nice and well behaved. The location was great. Walmart, restaurants, movie theater, and shopping are near. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel was very convinient, especially fkr a trip to niagara falls. The pricing was reasonable, the suites were spacious, and the meals were decent. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

Excellent hotel with great amenities. The complimentary breakfast buffet plus the evening social with beer, wine and a light supper included were not gourmet but quite satisfactory overall. Our suite with kitchenette was comfortable and spacious with a 2-burner cooktop, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker. Fresh-baked cookies always available in the lobby plus complimentary coffee, tea and popcorn in the room we're lovely touches. We felt very pampered! Would definitely stay here again.

Staybridge Suites Buffalo- Almherst was a great stay. Everything was clean, and breakfast was great!

Stay was basic, minimal service, accommodations were ok. Breakfast buffet would've been decent for a hotel breakfast except everything was Ice cold, incl omelettes, sausages etc.

Located a little out of the way, but it is part of a complex with several restaurants and a couple stores. The front lobby is welcoming, and they offer different food and drinks on different nights as well as breakfast in the morning there. Rooms have nice beds with a lounging/living area and a small counter/sink area with a fridge. We were there with friends who had kids, and there was plenty of room thanks to a pullout bed in the couch and enough space for a crib.

Such a great hotel, service was great! The room was beautiful - looked exactly the same in person as the pictures the site provided online except it was bigger than it looked online. We stayed in the king bed 1 bedroom suite, everything was really clean and comfortable. Cant think of anything negative to say, service was great, room and public areas were great, would recommend highly to anyone.
