All the staff I spoke to when booking and while at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself still feels very new. We rented a suite to split up our group, and the added amenities with the kitchen are great to have for an extended stay. Very comfortable arrangements - they even have J.R. Watkins products in the bathrooms! There is also a generous breakfast buffet included with your stay. I've stayed at other Staybridges in the past - always have a good stay - and I will continue to book them for future trips.

Nice rooms, decent location across from shopping and dining, big towels, Watkins branded bath products in the shower, pool, hot tub broken, laundry facilities and more. The hotel itself is fine but the staff is very unprofessional and rude. Last night, I heard one staff member yelling down the hall and giggling. This morning I noticed the hair dryer was missing from my room, so I called the front desk and asked for one. I was told that they didn't have time to look for one for me and that they weren't sure they had another one. I went to the front desk to talk to the person and asked if they could get one from an empty room, she sighed loudly and said "well, I would have to go upstairs." I said that I would appreciate it if she would and she turned around without saying anything. When I came back to get the hair dryer she handed it to me and wouldn't speak to me. I'm not certain why she was upset by this, but I felt it was a reasonable request.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. We had a fast check-in. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Internet connection is satisfactory. Service was satisfactory as well. Room was spacious but not totally clean. I had my own bathroom in my room but the towels from the previous occupant was not put away.

I would give it a 4.5 star. Great location, close to restaurants and shops and a balanced distance from the airport and business destinations. A young and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast different everyday in my three nights stay. Rooms are modern and functional. Need to improve a little more on the clean side.

The rooms were very clean and nice. Service at the front desk was nice and helpful as well. My mom was pleased with her room too. Breakfast was good. I'd recommend it and will probably be back.

Rooms are big and beds are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. They offer some meals for breakfast and dinner(most nights). Vegans beware, not many options for dinner but breakfast you can make due with fruit and bagels. Hotel is across the street from a shopping centre as well, incase you forget something at home!

Rooms are beautifully appointed with modem decor. Bed is very comfortable. Staff is pleasant. Would definitely stay again

I was switched here by Residence Inn in the same area because they overbooked me. I arrived at the Staybridge & they were kind & extra accommodating even though it was not their mistake. They were going to charge my card for the room, but I had a prepay with the other hotel, so they generously got permission to just get their money back from the other hotel. That was a blessing. The room was clean & airy. I was placed on 4th floor, so noise was minimum to none. Peaceful stay. Beautiful location. Great staff and management. I will choose here first before I will book with Residence inn from now on.

Stayed here for two months and it was awesome. The social three times a week plus the free breakfast help to save you money. Family friendly and right across the street from a bunch of shops, movie theater, Target, and Bass Pro. Free parking and laundry.

A wonderful place to stay for a weekend getaway. Staff are compassionate and accommodating. Lots to do around in the area. Suites are very comfortable, pleasant, and cozy; feels like home!!

This Staybridge location is always on point; anytime I go to Denver for the weekend with my family, we stay at this location, because everything is always clean, and I've never had to complain about anything.

We had a problem with our debit card and Staybridge Stapleton was willing to work with us to help us to get a room using cash. We finally got things figured out with the bank though and were able to charge to our card without a problem. The service is friendly the facilities are very clean, modern and nice. The rooms are especially nice with a comfortable king-size bed and cute kitchenette area. The complimentary breakfast has a good variety, looks nice and is available until 11 a.m. on weekends. The hotel offers a happy hour dinner type option during the week which is excellent. Good location also. Nice outdoor area although we couldn't figure out how to get the fire started. Free laundry option which we needed and was nice to have. Especially appreciate the extra help and hospitality as we had difficulty with our card when we first came into Denver for our honeymoon.

Perfect for my family while visiting a friend for her wedding. The breakfast was better than most and had options for my young son. We stayed 4 days and all the staff we encountered were very courteous.

Good location, within walking distance of several local restaurants, as well as a Safeway and Starbucks. Good provided breakfast as well. Pool, exercise room, and laundry are all accessible.

I am a IHG Platinum member and they had my name on a counter display. Check-in was perfect. They host an afternoon happy hour I give it a 10 for effort but maybe a 6 in actual performance. Room was great. Kitchen had all the needed stuff. Breakfast is like all so it was off to Mickey D's. Late check-out was fine. Quiet hotel across from large shopping center. Lots of choices for meals.

Rooms (beds and aircon) v good. Fairly quiet but could be a cleaner. Rooms need a kettle to boil water and a safe.

It was a very nice place. It was clean and roomy. The only complaint was not having shampoo in the room, but it's an easy mistake. It has a good breakfast as well.

Location is convenient (mall and several restaurants literally next door and across the street). Easy access to the highway and a quick drive to Denver. Pretty standard digs for Staybridge, but it is impressive that they have a couple grills for outdoor bbqing and a fire pit. Staff is friendly! Would recommend.

Such a nice hotel to consider and it's walking distance to shopping center at Stapleton. Pool needs more upkeep weird smell, and the pool is warm and hot tub is warm maybe work on the temperature and upkeep of it? Otherwise loved the complimentary breakfast!

Fridge makes too much noise. Everything else is good.

We didn't receive the room we had reserved due to the hotel overlooking and were bumped down to a smaller room but other than that inconvience the rest of the stay was enjoyable

Staying here with my dog while my fire damaged house is repaired. The room is very comfortable. There are many amenities like daily breakfast, dinners, and a swimming pool. Very friendly staff. This is overall a wonderful place to stay.

Nice hotel with good clean rooms. This is an extended stay hotel so they have a kitchen including stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refridgerator etc... They also have a pantry where you can buy little things 24/7 in case you get a midnight sweet tooth craving. They also have a workout room, business room, indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is also included. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly, and the hotel has more amenities than most. All the North field shops are just across the street which is super convenient. We had a good time when we stayed here.

I loved it. The only thing was the pool. There were crumbs of the floor and the hot tub was small. The overall quality was great.

They give very poor customer service, they do not work with you on anything. Also called General Manager and he will not return or take calls on issues.

I had a company paid for training class there in a conference room. It was clean, and well maintained, the Wi-Fi signal was quick and strong and the coffee was GREAT. Seriously, best hotel coffee I've ever had... Wonderful selection of different creamer flavors and sugars and the coffee was hot and fresh mid day.
I did not stay in, nor see, the actual rooms.

This location was great. Desk staff was friendly, rooms were great and the environment was welcoming. Washer and dryer available to guests.

Was decent but we have service animals and they go everywhere with us well they have a pole with dog poo bags and a trash can well it was empty when we arrived and can was full of nasty poo we told them and it wasn't fixed till the day we left and was done by an elderly man who had been on vacation it was so nasty he puked the whole time he was cleaning out can we felt so bad for him he wudnt have had to go thru that like that if someone had cleaned it while he was gone

Layout was a little confusing with their signs, but every employee we've been in contact with has been incredible. They've been helpful and attentive. They've been great! The food has been wonderful! They have a social time the days a week and they serve complimentary dinner which was great and gives a sense of community!

My hubby and I had the opportunity to stay here for his birthday weekend and we enjoyed every moment of it. The customer service was outstanding! We especially love the fact that it was right opposite the Stapleton mall/plaza. Also, the breakfast was an hour later than most hotels and parking was never an issue. We'll definitely visit again.

Staff was wonderful. We had accommodation issues on the way to an event in Stapleton. Our reservation at this hotel was for Sat night but we called first thing Sat morning to see if we could possibly check in early so we could get ready for the early afternoon event. The staff was wonderful and got us checked in that morning. The rooms were nice, quiet, and clean and the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
