Great place to go and stay for a few days. They ser e Breakfast and a dinner most days. You have an outdoors pool and hot tub. The Manager and Wait Staff were excellent people.

Great rooms. The hotel is currently updating, so it's a little messy. But the staff, food, room accommodations and management are wonderful. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is the room we are in that has been updated needs a few repairs to the updates. They are minor, but maybe something to note the hotel may want to address with the general contractor updating the place.

Updated from 4 to 5 stars. The hotel replied and was happy to clean up the remodel repairs. This place cares about it's guests. Great place.

While the first floor is lovely, we stayed in a room on the third floor that was in the midst of renovations. The condition of the hallway left something to be desired, and even the room wasn't complete. I was surprised. It will be great when it's done but in the mean time i would have skipped it for something that was not torn apart.

This location is great. The street it's on is not too busy but still close enough to shops, plazas, Meijer, Walmart, restaurants, etc. They were making renovations (which might explain the low rate although a holiday) to this location while we stayed, but this did not in any way negatively affect our stay. Our suit looked newly renovated, modern, clean, spacious & fully stocked with all the amenities. I really enjoyed my stay, I would say 8/10 would recommend.

The rooms are freshly remodeled
. Beds are super comfy, pillows on bed say firm amd soft which is awesome. Pool was amazing. We missed breakfast but im sure it was good. Staff super nice!

It was very clean for currently being updated. It was a really nice atmosphere and the staff was friendly. They had shuttle transportation to the airport for free I just had to schedule at the front desk. It was a lovely stay.

First time staying at this brand. We were impressed by the amenities of our studio. The grounds and facility is modern. Front counter was friendly. We'll definitely check out Staybridge again.

Very nice and friendly staff! Outdoor pool and patio area with a grill. Loved the couch with chaise lounge and kitchen with two burner cooktop and large refrigerator. Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at nicer Staybridge Suites. This one is below average for the brand.

They have been accommodating for my stay at the hotel. I was in the area working on night shift and had to sleep during the time they do room cleanings, I worked with the people at the front desk and they managed to make my room first priority next morning just as I got if work. It has been a bit noisy due to the renovations. I wish they had a better set of cookware VS the random assortment of ones that looks like they acquired then from the nearest Goodwill.

An average Staybridge Suites from the front door, reception, halls to the rooms. Maintenance and cleaning was a bit subpar, and less than adequate sound insulation inside the room. Overall, the place was acceptable for a two week duration.

Really a beautiful establishment. Reasonably priced considering it is in East Grand Rapids. Beautiful breakfast not just crummy Bagels

We enjoy staying here. Rooms are clean and spacious. Have stayed here before, and will stay again. MUCH better than the place across the street, Extended Stay. Worth every penny. Edited my ranking from 4star to 5star. Very much deserved.

I had never heard of the place but was surprised by how big the suite was and it was really clean. I would for sure stay they again!

It's a very good extended stay hotel. The breakfast and dinners are good. Very clean and upscale place.

Great place to stay. The lobby is beautifully decorated for the holidays and the staff has been wonderful. They serve breakfast every morning from Monday-Friday from 6:30am - 9:30am and Saturday & Sunday it's from 7:30am - 10:30am. They serve dinner Monday-Wednesday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. They have washers and dryers available to use for free and they are eco friendly. They sell detergent at the front desk other wise you should bring your own. There is a pool and hot tub but unfortunately they decided to have those outside...in Michigan...why that seemed like a good idea is beyond me, but I digress. The breakfast bar is amazing and the location is in the middle of everything.

Usually when I travel, I stay at Staybridge because I enjoy preparing my own food and the rooms are very spacious. Plus, they don't charge any money for the use of the washer and dryers. I have stayed at many Staybridge hotels over the years and have been very pleased. I was very disappointed in this one. The carpet was worn and dirty. The lampshades in my room were stained and the fabric was hanging loose. The desk chair was stained and dirty. I was also not happy with their evening meals. The lettuce for the salad was old and discolored. Nothing looked fresh. However; the staff was very friendly. I noticed that on some of the reviews the manager stated that they will be remodeling soon. I hope that is the case because I will be having to make some future trips back to this area.

Good hotel. Needs a little updating (I believe they are starting this process in late 2017). Very nice front desk staff on all shifts.

Location was good. First room the air conditioner did not work. They were able to move us to another room. That room the bathroom light did not work and there was a substance that appeared to be blood on the wall.

This place was okay. The "residents" were kind of rude to people who aren't there long-term. The suites were very nice, the breakfast was okay, the pool was small but they had a nice outdoor seating/grilling area.

Replace the people the facilities are great the bed is comfortable got a great kitchenette the pool is nice did you Koozie only one Jet Works and one of the servers is down on the TV so don't get all the channels the problems are fixable

Great location for being near a highway, but also feeling like a quiet place off a busy road. Pool is excellent, bed was great, bathroom was a tight fit though. The breakfast also had great variety as well. This was our second time staying here.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Facilities were ideal and in great working order. We used the grill, patio, pool, hot tub, and room facilities. We would definitely come back.

I had been there something like ten days before I asked and they saved me about 30%/night after that... Would love to either have had IHG give me their best rate when I booked or have had the desk staff go out of their way to proactively say "Let me help you out with a better rate." I appreciated the rate improvement, but it coming late in my stay cost me significantly. Go the extra mile folks!

This place was awesome! Friendly staff, free laundry, gas bbq grill for guest to use, close to everything. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars was because the jets in the hot tub didn't work and there were a few ants in our room. Other then that the place was great.

The room was nice. The pool area was clean. The patio area had plenty of comfortable seating for outdoor visiting/dining. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed there for 14 days and my experience was awesome! Rooms were very clean and nice, and their breakfast was simply Superb. They have a buffet kind of breakfast with lots of varieties and dinner for 3 days. Thanks a lot guys, wish I could come there again:-)

The staff was amazing and the jacuzzi was everything I wanted it to be on my honeymoon night. Missed breakfast, but happy that is an option for future visits.

Very nice place. Very modern rustic design. Only downside was when I upgraded rooms, the room I went into was dirty and never been cleaned. The staff helped me and even upgraded me again to a better room.

Nice 1 bedroom suite, great bed, and good breakfast (fresh grapes, pineapple, oatmeal plus all the regular IHG fare), but Horrible room service. Upon getting into bed the first night one pillow smelled of someone's perfume. The next day I left a message for the housekeeper but room wasn't cleaned by 1:30 PM when we returned. Talked to front desk and then to housekeeper but I couldn't seem to get the sheets changed. Finally I called 2 more times at 4 pm and got someone here. Also, despite ordering light housekeeping Friday, early afternoon for Saturday, no one ever came. They didn't even stock more toilet paper on Friday.

The hotel is beautiful. It was very clean and the room had everything we needed. Staff was friendly too.

I spent 3 weeks at the Staybridge Suites while working at the Gerald R Ford International airport. The room was very comfortable and clean. The morning breakfast and evening meals where included in the stay. However the evening meals were not served on the weekends. The location of the property was nice and quiet and only a few minutes from the airport.

Great hospitality!!! Very comfortable beds!! Serves a complimentary breakfast everyday. Also serves dinner monday thru friday!!! Fresh baked cookies!!! Very cozy!! I highly recommend!!!

A few co-workers and I are staying here for a business convention, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone who asked. The rooms are clean, homey, and well designed—nothing more to say on that end. The hotel has a large courtyard in the back with an outdoor pool and grill, perfect for grilling burgers or dogs for your family or friends. We haven't bothered with room service or anything like that, but the staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice and the staff was helpful. Continental breakfast was ok, but the waffle maker was a nice option.

The Staybridge Suites were extremely convenient for our family as we were in town for a wedding. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff was top notch, and my family and i wanted for nothing! We will return regardless if we are going on an overnight trip or if we even had to stay for a week. Our new home away from home!!!

Was not an overnight guest. However, I did tour the building and met some of the staff. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The overall conditions in the hotel are okay but need some updates.

I walked one of the suites which had a cook top, microwave and fridge. Very tightly fitted intimate the room. The hallways seem narrow for a modern hotel and some more attention should be placed on general maintenance. I observed faucets that dripped.

Note this review is one lyrics as a visitor and not a guest. I would stay at this hotel. However it would not be my first choice.

This was the most amazing stay we've encountered! They have a kitchen inside the room with dishes and a stove plus a huge bathroom and a jacuzzi in one room!! By far the nicest joint in town!

Great room, great location. Only complaint was that the bathrooms did not have a fan. Other than that perfect place to stay for a large group of people. Very clean and spacious.

This review is based on the price of about $150 per night and what I would expect for it.

The walls are very thin. The wake-up alarm next door woke me up.

I was definitely expecting very good Internet here. When I stay at Homewood Suites, they have separate fast Internet for HHonors members.

I booked this hotel because of their shuttle service which my colleague used to commute to office and back. But now they said its not available as my office is outaide their service area. Other than this the entire stay was good. Breakfast and Dinner was also good.
