Stayed here overnight for a bachelorette party and our stay was great. The room was spacious and clean, even with the construction restaurants are close, and the lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to when we can stay here again.

Location is a little odd, with all the construction going on, you drive through a bank parking lot to get in, but that'll clear up once the road work is done. Otherwise the room is great, facilities are really nice. Lots of families here, so some noise in the halls during the day, but not too excessive. I'm enjoying my time here.

The suites are wonderful! Roomy, accommodating for a family of 7! The pool is fantastic with a lovely hot tub! The free breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly! 10/10 would stay again!

Stayed here for business. Rooms were clean, but they don't have housekeeping service on the weekends. Weird. Also they have a 'buffet' during dinnertime but the food they have is more like a snack. When I was there it was macaroni & cheese from a can. :-P The free breakfast is okay, and the selection for that is pretty good - it's not like a Denny's Grand Slam or anything, but it will be enough to get you through to lunchtime.

Besides this creepy guy n the pool area eyeing little girls, the hotel is great.

Hotel is nice. Breakfast was delicious. Light room service, was not the best. Barely changed the towels, heated pool was freezing and doors didn't lock all the time.

Modern, brand new rooms! So clean! I took the cushion of the chair, not even a crumb, ran my fingers along the top of the cabinet and flat screen t.v. on the wall and it was dust free. Nothing bad to say about this place

Loved our stay. Everything was clean spacious. We would stay again.
My only negative about this location is that my pillow was left behind. We called 6 hours after check out and it was not turned in by housekeeping. We were told to call the next day. I have called again and it was never put in lost and found by house keeping.
Hotel is great just don’t leave anything behind. You may not get it!

It's a suite with nice accommodations in the kitchen. Pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, full size fridge and much more. I'll definitely be back in April!

Excellent roomy suites with the bedroom separated from the living room and kitchen area. Dishwasher and microwave and stove top and full size refrigerator with stocked cabinets. Complimentary microwave popcorn and teas and coffee included. DVD player in LR and another TV in BR. Nice for longer stays.

Great staff, very well appointed suites, and clean. Easy access from the road and highway. Close, walking distance, to a small number of restaurants and bar.

Very nice room and comfortable suite with pretty much everything you need for an extended stay. Dishes, hot plate, dish washer, etc. The building entrance was leaking water into buckets, but nothing too crazy - it pretty much poured rain for the entire day. I'd definitely come back for a weekend or week-long stay.

The staff will do everything you ask to make things more comfortable. The breakfast is hot and yummy, and there is a hot dinner three nights a week. I stayed here for two months for work, and I was hoping the room would be spotless when I arrived. It is apparent the floors are never vacuumed. This is a pet friendly place, which is great, but nobody wants to "live" on other peoples' pet's dirt.

Good location right off the highway. Comfortable rooms. Good amount of amenities including free breakfast, pool, small convenience market, etc. Would stay again.

Staybridge Suites in Okemos is wonderful. The staff is always friendly and helpful, they make you feel right at home. It has a beautiful lobby and social space, meeting rooms and well cared for gardens. It's the perfect place for an extended stay!

Hotel was clean and the room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was less than satisfactory. No breakfast meat available when I was there and no regular coffee creamer. Otherwise a good place to stay.

We stayed at Staybridge Suites for just one night. This is the 4th time that we've stayed at this hotel. The rooms are very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to sample. We definitely will be staying there when we visit East Lansing again.

I would absolutely recommend the Staybridge Suites. The room was clean, spacious and fully equipped with amenities. The staff were friendly, especially David who checked us in and out. The hotel is in a convenient location with a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance and more within a short drive.

One of the best choices for extended stay type hotels, much better over the Marriott brand. Clean, functional, and friendly staff. Amenities are too notch and exceptional. The only issue I have it is it fact that the Door pad keys to both our room and the back door constantly failing also the staff could use a little bit more training as to being friendly welcoming especially IHG members and offering the proper points or gift bag option. On the Hi-Point the laundry is free and I Monday Tuesday Wednesday free Social Hour with food

I was party of a charity event in town, so my room was comped, I say this because if I was a paying guest, I would have been a lot more upset. My room smelled of smoke immediately upon arrival, their response was "we're aware". Although I didn't specifically ask, an offer to change rooms would have been nice. The pull out sofa mattress had large urine stains and other human.... Stains. The rooms were otherwise nice and the staff was generally friendly. Since the room was free of charge I didn't make a big fuss about any of it, but in general, I hope these are isolated issues and not representative of their hotel.

Room fit my family of six perfect. Pool was extremely cold hot tub was warm however the water looked kinda dirty. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Overall I was pleased.

Stayed overnight for a visit with my son who is a student at MSU. Found the room to be well appointed and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Plan on staying again in May for his graduation.

Amazing room with kitchenette at a very good price. Nice lobby and breakfast area and helpful and friendly staff. only reason no 5 star is that the stairs were near our room and there seemed to be very little sound insulation between our room and the stairs.

Nice, big room. Stayed in pres. king suite. Great kitchen, dining, living room layout. You could really cook a gourmet meal in your own hotel room if you'd want to. Overall, the hotel is really nice. I subtract 1 star because the walls are pretty thin and the doors are metal, which all makes for a lot of noise from floor above, hallway and next door rooms. I could actually hear the person snoring in the adjacent room. Downloaded a white noise app on phone to drown it out so I could sleep.

Great location and parking, very well kept, clean and tidy. But it's true value comes from the staff, they are super professional and very friendly. I've stayed here numerous times and few times had issues with guests in adjacent rooms, appliances in my suite or just room position - each and every time staff did everything to accommodate my needs in friendliest way possible. This is simply the best hotel in East Lansing/Okemos area.

Got a free upgrade to a suite with three beds because no two bed rooms were available, apparently. Was a pleasant surprise. Accommodations were nice. Nate at the front desk was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. Really great location just off the interstate with plenty of restaurants and such nearby and a short, easy drive to Spartan Stadium.

This is a very nice mid - level hotel with a modern feel and the amenities we have all come to expect. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We only stayed one night but it had been a trip with some difficulties and a couple of bad hotels so I wished at the time we could spend a few more nights here. It was not to be and we had to stay on schedule.
I would definitely recommend staying here. There are a lot of choices in this area and this is one you should consider.

Wonderful service in a modern pet friendly hotel with great amenities and very fair prices! It's walking distance to good restaurants and close enough to the highway that you can get to anywhere in the East Lansing area very quickly!

The best stay offered in ALL of Michigan!!! Comfy bed, extra pillows, dishwasher with soap, upgraded shower head. The hotel definitely goes the extra mile to assure your stay is the best! And despite its close to everything convenient ad the mall, it's quiet as can be!

I travel for business. I've been in a lot of hotels, this is one of the best. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. I am able to get all of my work finished without having to find a quiet space.

Clean, well appointed, well maintained, sizable rooms. Good temperature control. Comfortable beds (firm) with lots of pillows. Good hot/cold water in shower and good water pressure. Nice breakfast with standard options (eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, Oatmeal, coffee, juice, etc)

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, and an amazing night's sleep! I would definitely stay again if I find myself in the area.

Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The queen bed was firm, but not too firm. There was a couch perfect for laying on while and watching tv. The WiFi connected automatically. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. I packed light so I was glad to see shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The hotel was easy to get to and close to the highway. Plenty of restaurants nearby for any budget. Good shopping close by and just a short drive to the huge Meridian Mall. The hot tub and pool were perfect! My only disappointment were the pillows as they were very lumpy. The blackout blinds had been repaired with staples and a needle with some thread. I will be back :-)
