This hotel was exceptional. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and elegant. The business area looked great though I did not use it. The kitchen area was great with an excellent selection for continental breakfast. Outside was more seating and a beautiful fire pit. The room was very nice, very clean, and very spacious. The AC worked very well. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice, modern and updated suites. Lots of room and well designed. It was a plus to get breakfast included. The selection was very nice and the times 6-9:30 ?weekdays) and 7-10:30 (weekends) are great.
The key card system is not the best. We had to re kiryat least once a day.
Will have no problem recommanding this hotel.

Rooms and property are a little dated/ worn ; hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and the bed 🛏 was very comfortable! I would stay here again. There is an Outback steakhouse nearby open till 1030 or if you want to take it down and a level Appelbees services till midnight;both are walkable from the hotel.

Excellent accommodations! Beautiful clean room and excellent AC unit in room. There was even a beautiful big black dog at the front desk that was so friendly and well mannered that apparently was part of the management! LOL! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Very nice place to stay. The amenities are fantastic. Free laundry & work out area. Along with Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday free appetizers & draft beer from 5:30 - 7:30. The staff is very friendly.

Good amount of space, decent kitchenette, nice bathroom counter. Minus a star because the front desk have another guest a key to our room, luckily we were present and could correct it quickly

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on June 15th. The facility is nice.
Customer Service I found more to be business like than "customers needs." The requests we had and others were handled as if it was their job and not enthusiastic to help. One of the front desk managers was more concerned about someone having a dog in their room over someone standing at the front desk for 5 minutes. Also when a supervisor talks with an employee abruptly. Pull that employee aside
and not talk to them in front of customers. This facility is great for meetings, for getting together with family. The rooms are nicely laid out. Having a full size stocked kitchen is great. The Breakfast was good.
The Pool was good as well but it could have been cleaner.
Also when you make your reservation double check it. I thought I was getting a King Suite and ended up with a Queen.
I give this hotel 3.5 stars. The Grounds are nice one of the other drawbacks is if you have a room on the far side of the hotel you will
hear traffic on 422. One last note: Royersford, PA is my hometown S-F class of 1972, we are (or were) a town of hospitality and making people feeling welcome. Would we stay again. We would. This place needs a bit of making people feel welcome. Especially at the rates that are charged.

Staff is so friendly! I loved the welcome from "Tucker" as soon as I walked in the door! The small dinner and breakfast was an unexpected treat! Highly recommend!

front desk staff was very friendly. Fitness room had 3 treadmills, a bike and elliptical machine , all very nice. Complimentary breakfast of bacon, eggs, waffles and cereal was great for the family. Room was spacious and clean, especially for being a pet friendly hotel! Not a single animal hair to be seen. Our room had no toilet paper or tissues, but front desk remedied that issue. Complimentary laundry machines were nice also, though in constant use by other guests. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here a few times for work. It is always a pleasure. The breakfast and dinner socials are always stocked and staffed well. The staff is great and I've never had a complaint about any portion of my stay.

While the location is convenient to the highway and restaurants, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with an indoor pool and included warm breakfast, several bad situations here left me and my family with a bad experience. I did an advance purchase and called two weeks prior to confirm the booking and notify the hotel staff that this was for my daughter’s 10 birthday sleepover party and we would have additional guests (6 little girls) spending the night. I was advised that the suite I had booked online was actually moved to a handicap suite. However, they offered me fold away beds and listed that in my reservation and to keep me on the list to get the larger suite. 1 I was advised there were no larger suites as they had two large parties staying – a wedding party and a soccer tournament from NY. 2 – the pool was crammed, there was way too much chlorine in the pool and not enough proper venting and not enough towels for guests. 3 no fold away beds available. 4 broken DVD player. 5 Breakfast was crowded, not enough chairs or plates. Breakfast was good and the girls all loved that they could make their waffle and decorate in at the toppings bar. The kids had a great time and in the end that is all that matters but I would suggest to the staff to plan ahead for future large parties better to ensure all have a nice experience.

We rented a two bedroom suite and several regular rooms for a large family group for graduation May 2017. The whole hotel, our rooms, common lounge areas, and pool, was comfortable and the staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and everything was spotlessly clean. Having a suite with space for all of us to gather was a special bonus, and the cost not more than two rooms would have been. Highly recommend this hotel for business or personal travel.

It was a very busy time that we stayed here, and the breakfast was not properly prepared. There was nothing left with and hour left of the breakfast buffet and they didn't have any plates left. BUT the rooms were very nice and neat! And the beds were comfortable.

The staff at this Staybridge Suites is what makes this a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast buffet is a nice start to the day. The indoor pool is a nice addition, especially when inclement weather moves through. At the end of the evening, the outdoor fire pit is a good place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. All in all, this hotel is very nice, quiet, and a good place to stay just outside of Philadelphia.

Thought we were getting multi bedroom suites instead got queen bed and fold out couch. No linen for couch. We're Gold membersand expect much better.

Great rooms, our family of 7 was very comfortable in our suite. However it wasn't very clean and when housekeeping came in one time in our 3 night stay it was bare minimum in cleaning. The sheets on our king bed kept coming off every night and we never got replacements.

Location is convenient to the highway and restaurants. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very well appointed for a long term stay. Free breakfast and evening social hour are a bonus and staff is friendly...

I spent 2 nights here with my boss. We were in a king suite and I slept in the pullout sofa. It was a bit of a struggle to get sheets the first night (2 front desk visits and a phone call) but thr pullout was $surprisingly comfy. Staff seemed to struggle a little to keep up with the demand for breakfast on Sunday morning. There was never quite enough food for everyone roaming around for it. It was a standard, passable continental breakfast. Overall, we've enjoyed our stay despite the 2 minor hiccups mentioned.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to restaurants and groceries. Philly is only a 25 minute drive from the hotel.

Th Staybridge Suites is a great Hotel that offers great accommodations. Very large rooms with a full kitchen, nice living room at 2 tv's. The rooms were clean and staff was both friendly and helpful

Great place to stay, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the fitness center is one of the best I've experienced at a hotel, the pool is clean, on-site laundry is a plus. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I whole heartedly recommend this Staybridge to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Awesome hotel, especially for the price. However if you need to do anything with wifi I STRONGLY advise you bring your own source because the wifi is AWFUL! Getting maid service to your room is also very difficult. Over all, this is a great, clean and quiet hotel.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. Clean throughout and they had a nice social in the lobby for the guests.

The highway is right there so my room was quite noisy from that and also there was a knocking sound in my bathroom vent all night. I needed to shut the bathroom door to keep it at bay.

I loved this place. Very helpful staff. Good room, clean, very social environment with computers, books, games, and a nice lounge area. They hold a dinner for guests three times a week, hot breakfast every morning. Indoor pool was nice and I had it all to myself. Free laundry. I could not ask for more from a hotel.

Really nice hotel. We stayed there when we went to a dog show and the manger was REALLY nice she talked with us about our dogs (witch she happened the have the breed) wonderful time can't wait to stay again! Only thing is I wish the breakfast started earlier on the weekends

Anniversary getaway weekend in this hotel for my wife and I. Great appearance. Awesome hotel. They are even dog friendly. Breakfast has been great. Our room however had womens hair all over our tub, and dog hair all over our bathroom, after calling the front desk my wife decided to clean it herself and move on. The next morning we had room service come while we went out. The bathroom had not been touched, the couple dishes had not been done. Bed was made n trash was emptied but overall it seemed like a very speedy once over, and after calling about the bathroom prior we were looking for a little more cleaning.

Top notch hotel! There was a mixup with the reservation. We were supposed to be in a two-bedroom suite but when we arrived they had a regular room for us. When we realized the problem they changed us to a suite for no additional charge. While we were discussing this, they even brought out a plate of these huge, still warm, homemade cookies that were amazing. Everything about the place is class.

Stayed here for one night while I was professionally interviewing in the vicinity. Overall, I liked my stay; I would probably stay here again if given the opportunity, but for a few minor details.
Pros:
Extremely friendly and fast service at the front desk. Good food (though admittedly standard hotel fare) for breakfast. The fitness room and pool looked to be pretty decent, though I didn't try either out. Very large, clean rooms. Very good WiFi. Nice overall feel to the hotel.
Cons:
Very little place to sit for morning breakfast; it fills up fast and you might as well take your plate of food and cup of coffee back up to your suite (I did). Then, apart from that morning breakfast, there is no on-site restaurant at the hotel. I had never seen such a thing before. There is an Outback right next door, but that's it; everything is at quite a distance if you don't have a car with you but are instead being shuttled around. So if you get hungry or thirsty in the mid-evening, late-evening, or night, you need to make do with the vending machines in what they call their "pantry." Apparently on Mondays through Wednesdays, they have a "social" hour in which food is served, but it's just for a short time window, and only on those aforementioned days of the week. The second floor has a mezzanine that overlooks the ground floor TV/lounge area, and it can be quite loud if you have a room in close proximity to it.
Overall:
I'd stay here again with little complaint, if the need arose.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. AWFUL INTERNET. Terribly slow wifi and no paid option. Had a lovely view of a nuclear plant from my window.

I came to town for Limerick's refueling outage, first staying at Days Inn. Do yourself a favor and just book Staybridge. It's pricey, but it's better in every conceivable way. Indoor pool, full fitness center, laundry room, great room serving breakfast every day and dinner Monday-Wednesday AT NO COST, it smells good, employees are welcoming, free high speed WiFi, plentiful outlets for power, great location... I could cry, it's so good here. It is perfect. It feels like home. Compared to Days Inn, it feels like heaven.
