Best one I have stayed in yet! Very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic and they provided a lot of options. Great location also. I will definitely stay here anytime I come to Austin in the future.

Rooms were very clean. Service was very attentive. Spacious kitchen where we could actually cook. The pool area was very nice and clean.

It's an old building with older carpets, furniture, etc. It is decently clean, and breakfast is adequate, and we always appreciate girls that include breakfast. The fitness room is below average: tiny, with only two treadmills and an outdated elliptical, as well as a pulley machine. No mats or dumbbells or space to move of you wanted to do your own calisthenics there.

We had connecting rooms for our large family and it worked out great. Loved having the kitchenette and free breakfast as well as snacks in the evening. Wish they had a restaurant on sure, but we ended up having pizza delivered and that worked well. Kids enjoyed the salt water pool both nights of our stay. Clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff was great about providing extra towels.

Great hotel for the price, service was great and it's nice having dinner included 4 nights a week. Hint don't ask them for shuttle service after hours they use supershuttle and the service is horrible took me almost 2 hours to get from the airport

Super clean with great spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast and dinner free with stay. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Felt like home!!!!!!

I loved this hotel so much! We got a free movie along with out hotel and everything, the hotel was very neat and well cared for.

We love staying at Homewood Suites. My husband is staying there for 1 month and go visit him on the weekend. The staff is very friendly, especially Chelsea, very helpful and very nice. The breakfasts is pretty good, you will not go hungry.

My first visit to Austin. The front desk people were the greatest! And the food is so very good! Morning and night! I would say this is the best place in Austin to stay! Thrilled with everything about it!

The place was great! It was very clean. They had a decent breakfast and they offered dinner m-th with wine and beer. The rooms were really nice size.

Loved my room!!! It had everything you would need: apartment size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, sink, dishes, pots, and pans. They offer free breakfast and a reception from 5-7 pm with wine, beer, and food refreshments. I love that as a Hilton Honors member you get free wifi (the basic speed) and a digital key which you can access with your phone. This one also had 2 types of pillows: ultra soft and medium. When I needed to sit up and do work, the medium was good for my back. But at night, the soft pillow contoured to my head. It also had a TV in both the living room and bedroom. Great for couples who may want to watch separate things. It was so homey and comfortable.

Solid hotel. Location is close enough to downtown but far enough away to not deal with paying for parking while staying at a hotel or dealing with all the traffic. Rooms are fairly well kept but could use a little extra TLC from time-to-time i.e. moving the night stand. When I did that to look for additional outlets, there was a ton of dust, a phone charger cord and a dried out cigarette. I would stay here again, as it was a good value overall.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Great for families and long term stays. It has a full size fridge, dishwasher, living room/bedroom, fold out couch and gorgeous amenities and complimentary items. Great breakfast and very clean rooms. This hotel is the by far the best one I have ever been to in Austin.

We are repeat offenders! Found this hotel during one of our trips to Austin over 10 years ago and we come back annually for ACLFest. The location is really convenient and is close to downtown, the airport, and major NS and EW roads. The staff at this Homewood treat you like family and the accommodations are first class. Breakfast is above average for this level. The hotel went through a major renovation this past year and it makes it all the better.

Very nice rooms. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay there quite a bit.

Enjoyed my stay since it was fairly close to downtown.

Hated that not much was offered for breakfast compared to other hiltons we have stayed at.

We had issues with loud guest at the pool right before 10pm but I called in and someone addressed them and after 10pm let them know the pool was closed. Which was good they addressed the issue!

Rooms where clean, when I asked for new sheets even though I had just checked in they sent someone to change them promptly.

The over night front desk guy is an amazing help. Very personal and professional.

Nice hotel but no shuttle service to the surrounding area and nothing much in walking distance, including food. Was told to use Uber and Favor which incurs more personal cost. Hotel nice though.

This was a wonderful stay for my husband and I! They were so accommodating as we had no reservation. We had a wonderful room that was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome in the mornings. All the staff members were kind. It was a great stay and we will return!

Very new and nice rooms. Lite pricey. Very spacious and offer to get groceries could come in handy if extended stAy. Gym too small.

It's a great place for the "all-in-one" traveler. Good staff, nice Suite, decent breakfast and decent meal with cocktails after five.

The room was great, very spacious, excellent bed and pillows. Outdoor pool was definitely a plus. The service from the guy at the front desk was not very good.

The location was nice and felt safe. The room was nice and included a kitchenette with a full size fridge and dishwasher, however it smelled a bit smoky. It also had two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room area that was shared with the kitchen. The shower was good, with decent water pressure, however the mirror above the sink was like a slanted fun house mirror, it was very strange. The bed was decent as well. I sleep better at home, but my mattress and pillows at home are nicer than what they have here. Overall, is stay here again despite the negatives. The service is what you would expect at any regular hotel.

There's ease of access to downtown as well as South Austin attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the new renovations are beautiful.

The location is convenient to local transportation that gets you downtown and in my case to work. The single king bed suite is cozy and the small kitchen is stocked well enough with kitchen utensils to make some meals. The staff is friendly and attentive.

The rooms were clean and a good value for the price. Staff was courteous and attentive. Overall it was a good stay but nothing exceeded my expectations.

Nice comfortable beds and rooms. As one would expect from Homewood Suites. This location is a bit smaller than others but still has all services. Easy access to Ben White Boulevard White Boulevard and I35. Very close to airport.

They are starting the renovation work on updating the whole place! I stayed in the older area which was still clean and comfortable. Nobody beats Homewood suites on room size! And the evening social/dinner is always great!

Check was easy and quick. Rooms are large, comfy, and clean.

Took off one star because the place just feels a bit dated. Maybe some new paint or carpet could spruce it up a bit.

Location is convenient to the downtown area, as 6th Street is under a 10 minute drive. Rooms are nice, two rooms suites that have kitchen amenities. Didn't get an opportunity to use the pool, but it also looked nice.

Had some issues with the fridge having food from the previous person who stayed, so we had to move rooms. Breakfast food was okay. On par with a Hampton Inn.

Loved our last stay last July for a special weekend event. This trip is another special event trip. Everytime we stay at Homewood in any city it's always comfortable as being in our first place we called home. This Austin site is particularly nice for a 2 night stay.
Love our visits, and the staff is friendly, and, helpful. The matress could be more comfortable though.

This is one of the worst "Hilton" properties I have stayed in. The rooms are dated, housekeeping is decent at best and they don't even look for "Do Not Disturb". There is usually no one at the front desk, and I got a funny look whenever I ring the bell to ask for help or recommendations. If you get an exterior room be prepared to have the facade lighting lighting up your windows from sun down to sun up.

This Hotel was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with separate areas for the bedroom. Kitchen was nice and the ice maker inside of the fridge kept up all weekend.
The location could not have been better for the ROT Rally.
Parking lot security was good.
With all of the parties going on the room was very quiet.
I will definitely make this my home away from home for the next Rally.
