We were in town for a funeral and, while the staff didn't know that, they couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We have to give a tremendous thanks to Peter, who promptly responded to our a/c problem and swiftly had us relocated to a new room. Every person we encountered at the hotel was courteous, kind, efficient...it took less than two minutes for a request for a more towels to be fulfilled!! The rooms very nice. Given the circumstances of our visit to the area, we didn't sample the complimentary breakfast or use the exercise room, pool, basketball court, or outdoor seating area. The staff did make us aware of their Money - Thurs mixer in the lobby area and under different circumstances, we would have been there. The staff, for me, made this a great place to stay and I thank each and every staff member for their kindness, courtesy, and efficiency.

Was here for a meeting. The meeting room was nice, except not much wall space to hang up posters and the whiteboard was in need of replacement. However the staff was very nice and accommodating

Staying here for work for the week and I'm loving it! Great size rooms and the kitchenette is great. The shower has awesome pressure!

By far the nicest stay in a hotel I’ve ever seen. When we got here to get a room (we had not booked one ahead of time) we were informed they were out of the regular suites. They accommodated us by giving us one of their grand sweets (2 bedrooms, living room, small kitchen, and 2 bathrooms) at a discounted price. When getting on an elevator, a women staff member very politely held the door for us to get on. When walking down a narrow hallway, a male staff member politely stepped aside and waited for us to pass him. Very comfortable beds, very clean, wonderful pool and basketball court, and snack room in the lobby to purchase snacks. Blessed to have been able to spend time here.

Very good, very clean. We had a good time. The hotel location is very close to target where you can buy food. The room has a full kitchen. Very good service.

Overnight stay on a Saturday night. Room was somewhat smaller than most Homewoid Suites at which we previously stayed but clean and well-appointed. Very comfortable bed! Front desk staff was both friendly and helpful. Sunday breakfast was typical although breakfast burritos and fresh baked muffins were pleasant surprises. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. My husband and I brought 3 kids and we had plenty of room. Although, a second bathroom would have been nice, lol. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. The breakfast was good and the people who work here are nice.

Hotel is nice and conveniently located next to the mall. It's like having a mini apartment which is good for long stays. When I checked in they didn't acknowledge my Hilton honors at all and I had to ask for waters and where the elevators and anything else I needed which was kind of annoying but otherwise a good stay so far.

Spacious suites at a reasonable price, located near a shopping mall. An unexpected bonus was the free breakfast as well as dinner Monday thru Thursday with complimentary beer and wine.

Nice suite with a full kitchen. The TV’s were difficult to get to turn on and figure out how to use. (There should be step by step instructions posted).
The breakfast was disappointing. All carbohydrates except for the scrambled eggs. They should have called it continental breakfast. We are diabetics. No bacon, ham or sausage. We arrived before 10:00 am and they had already taken the hot food away. They did bring the scrambled eggs back out though but it was cold.
If you prefer a full hot breakfast stay at a Comfort Inn. They are more reasonable on their rates too.

We asked for a quiet room and the clerk put us next to the highway. The stay was nice, though. Clean room, comfy bed, great shower.

Pool and spa are exceptional. Continental breakfast is beyond the norm. Also, evening meal was a pleasant surprise upon our late arrival.

Separate rooms from bedroom. Smaller than average TV in bedroom. larger TV in the living area. Breakfast and dinner was on par. Has plenty of auxiliary plugs for phone charging and an easy use alarm clock.

The Homewood Suites was conveniently located right off the Mass Pike! The employee at the front desk was very welcoming and took the time to ask about the reason for our visit. The room was very large and clean. Overall it was a very lovely experience. Bonus points for the waffle maker.

Nice hotel in Northwestern MA with clean updated rooms and a friendly staff. Hotel had a few continental breakfast and a small fitness room. Rooms have a bedroom and a living area with a pull out couchbed.

Check in was insanely quick and the lobby was very clean. Stayed here to work a comedy club in Boston. I was worried about the drive but the hotel was so nice that I actually looked forward to returning to the room.

Didn't expect the size of the room to be so large. My friend traveling with me said e pull out sofa was even more comfortable than other hotel beds he has stayed on.

The AC was a powerhouse and kept the room nice and cool. Bed was clean, comfortable and having a separate room was very convenient.

I didn't have a use for the kitchen while I was there but the large fridge and coffee did get used. That said, if I stayed longer I would for sure grab some groceries because the kitchen was nicer than what I have back home.

During the day, having the hotel walking distance to a massive mall was a huge plus, and the drive into the city was smooth each day.

The breakfast was a step above the average hot hotel meal. Everything was hot, fresh, tasty and the area was clean and well maintained.

I'll be back to the area in the winter and will definitely be staying here.

The room was perfectly decorated, quiet, clean, and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and accommodating to the late hours check-in and even gave them a later check out time so they were able to get some breakfast and take a nap before hitting the road!

Recently our client Damien Figler stayed here while touring through the area and really enjoyed his stay. The staff was really friendly and accommodating to their late performer's hours, and the room was a great suite, very clean, comfortable, and quiet!

What can I say about the homewood Suites in Holyoke other that it's one of my favorite hotels in the state! Huge rooms, we had a full king suite with a sofa bed in the living room. There's a full kitchen, full size fridge and dining area, DVD player and a full selection of movies in the lobby free for patrons! They also have a mixer Monday - Thursday in the dining area with free beer and wine, and a different food each day (grilled chicken Cesar with a full Greek salad station)!!! Not to mention the huge BBQ grills and outdoor lounge area. Every amenity you could possibly want right here. And the staff are some of the friendliest I've encountered, the night desk clerk was hysterical and nothing but awesome (wish I hadn't forgot his name).
All in all we love this hotel and will be back!

I'm writing this primarily because people reading reviews are likely concerned about things like crime. I will preface that the hotel itself is lovely and even currently being renovated. However, it is important to note that on 4/4/17, four cars were broken into on the premises. A few things to note about the hotel in terms of safety:

1. The hotel does not have cameras placed on the back or sides of the building, which is where the cars were parked
2. The hotel has courtyard rooms which do not face a parking lot, thus making it more difficult for some guests to hear their car alarms

Again, hotel is great, hotel staff is friendly and truly helpful, even in the face of a fairly hopeless and uncontrollable situation, but I think this incident does deserve to be noted.

Rooms are good quality but was placed in a room next to active construction. The room probably should have been left unoccupied due to potential noise. We also had to wait outside in the cold due to a fire alarm. Chance occurrences, though.

For the price, this is your best option in Holyoke. With breakfast and dinner included during the week, it makes the stay easier for business professionals. Staff are super nice and the rooms are nice. In fact, they are renovating to upgrade the order rooms. Overall, Great value!

Became my new favorite local hotel when I stayed in January, and I recently booked again for April! They gave my kids rubber ducks, the pool room was relaxing and breakfast was really good.

This hotel has a great location next to the mall located in the general area it has a lot of food places next to it lot of shopping and inside the hotel has a great staff waiting to help you out whenever you need it they're very accommodating to words whatever you might have forgotten or if you need something that's a little out of the ordinary they're there to provide it for you

Friendly and welcoming staff during checking. Clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful housekeepers. Breakfast was good, and the verity of food they had to offer.

My family enjoyed our stay here. Close to shopping plaza. Close to highway. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and fulfilling. We will stay here again in the winter

The manager Dan was incredible. He was able to give my bridal party and family great discounts on blocked rooms! He also rented out the banquet hall for the after party for my wedding and decorated the hall to with np hesitation. He was amazing to work with and the rooms are incredible. I would highly reccomend people stay here if need be!

Although this hotel was pretty far away from the business we had to do in the area (moving to Amherst) we chose it because of the large room sizes. Nothing better after a day of moving furniture than coming back to Homewood sweets and sitting on a nice couch. We had three adults on the trip snd could have accomedated at least one more because our suite of rooms had two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The staff were excellent, too, and overall I recommend it highly if you're going to be doing something stressful.

King Suite was open and spacious. I enjoyed the waffle maker for breakfast. I also enjoyed the coffee and tea station that was available 24hrs a day. Nice open areas for lounging around and waiting on family and friends. I would have liked to make it to the pool area which was open till 11pm, but came back from hiking exhausted.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. The highway side is rather noisy, should have installed triple pane windows.
