Be very careful staying here, during our stay the drains were blocked which made the entire building smell like a sewer. Those blocked drains then backed up causing the dirty water to come up through the drain in the sink flooding part of the hotel room. We had to pack our bags wading through an inch of dirty water on the floor to move to another room. My hats off to the poor girl working the front desk as she tried her best to help us but alas she was no plumber and also the only employee in the building for the weekend. She's the only reason this is not a 1 star rating. And to round out an extraordinary staycation, the front door was broken and jammed shut when we came to check out so we had to leave by a fire exit in the back of the building.

Love this hotel. So clean and the room we had was more then perfect. We had the 2 bedroom suite. I believe it was Stefanie that was working Saturday night. She was such a pleasure to deal with, just made our stay perfect.

The room was nice and clean. Friendly and informative staff. The guy we set our appointment up with messed our reservation up. He had us down for the previous day which resulted in us being marked as a no show. The lady at the front was really nice and promptly corrected it.

The breakfast and coffee needs A Lot of work. Your cook needs help lol. French toast was stale, the eggs taste like the fake kind you poor from a carton and the sausage was mediocre. The coffee tasted like bitter airplane coffee. I recommend not getting up early for the breakfast. Other than that it's a good place to stay at.

Homewood Suites Clearlake is close to the Johnson Space Center and has hot breakfast and dinner. Rooms are very comfortable and having a kitchen area is good because I usually spend a week at the hotel. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Great hotel!

I had to stay here when we incurred a small house fire. The staff was amazing. The hotel was so nice and clean. Our room was super spacious with a separate living area with TV, breakfast area, kitchen, separate bedroom (you can close off) with another TV and bath and another large separate vanity area. Breakfast was amazing and the sweet lady who worked there made sure breakfast was nice and she was so friendly and warm.

Stopped there because of my nature of work. Hotel seemed very clean. The staff was helpful and polite, as were the other guests.

I loved staying at this hotel, my experience was so pleasurable. The staff are very professional and made me feel like a queen. The manager Julian definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I will most certainly be back.

The rooms are large and fully equipped. There is a gym on site that is reasonably well supplied. The lobby was awesome. I enjoyed my time here.

Great for a family. We enjoy having a separate master suite. The kids sleep on fold out couch. Recently remodeled. Great breakfast. Nice snack supper provided M-Th. Full fridge, kitchen area. Great for long-term stays!

Good option for families. Near to Nasa center and with breakfast and dinner included. The Internet is reasonable and They have gas grills next to the 1ool that You can use

The suite we stayed in was clean and beautiful. A lot of room to spread our stuff out and plan out a NASA trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the free beer for dinner? Definite.

The hotel itself was fine. It has just been remodeled. They were still replacing carpet during our stay. There was plenty of choice at the free breakfast and the rooms were nice. The one real downfall was that it was not very convenient to get to. It wasn't awful but did require a u-turn. The location was conveniently located next to a Starbucks which was nice.

Great staff -from front desk to gardener were so helpful and welcoming. Rates include breakfast buffet which was the best ever and the evening meal there was better than surrounding restaurants. Located 7 min from Houston Space Center (NASA) and 11 min. from Bay Brook Mall. 40 min from Galveston Beach.

Stayed at the Hampton Suites room very large and was great front desk help was outstanding very close to mall and restaurants rained a lot in May lot of flooding. Pool and jacuzzi was nice breakfast was very good lots to choose from

For the price, you cannot beat the location. It's extremely quiet. Breakfast, even tho it's free, was pretty good. Rooms were clean. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area again.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, with good amenities, certainly in the end suites. More than enough room. Included breakfast was simple, but good.

I liked the location even though it was on the other side of the tracks because it was close to many restaurants but not in the middle of all of the traffic. The room itself was clean but it smelled antiquated and musty; the artwork looked like it belonged in my grandmother's cabin. The sofa was very uncomfortable. I sank in down to the framework. The bed was decent, but nothing to grin about. The staff was very friendly and personable.

Cozy hotel with a ton of amenities that make you feel like you are at home (full size fridge, stove top range, microwave). My ONLY complaint was how uncomfortable the couch in the living area was. Be sure to take advantage of the free breakfast and evening socials!

I am staying at this hotel for three days and have nothing to complain about so far. Rooms are spacious, hotel staff is friendly and they have a complimentary happy hour every day! I would recommend this place.

2. Air conditioner leaked under rug..suspect black mole somewhere
3. paint peeling off bathtub
4. Couch broken down and a bit dirty
5. floor a bit dirty
6. putty coming out from under sink into bowl

I love this hotel! I was here for work for 3 days. It made it so much easier to go right down the road to HEB and get groceries. I hate eating out, so this really was awesome. Hotel was nice and clean, everything was perfect. The only complaint I have is the fitness room. Only 2 pieces of equipment make it hard to keep up with your routine. There was almost always someone on them:/ overall, I would stay here again for sure!

Home wood Suites is a gentleman and an excellent host. The building is a beautiful old home full of character and is exceptionally quiet - especially considering where it is located inHouston.
Wished I could have stayed longer. With private car parking and a clean welcoming and pretty spacious accommodation it exceeds similar priced alternatives.I recommend it highly.

I'm in the AF and I've been mostly away from home (San Antonio) over the last two years. I have been really good to NEVER refer to places I've been forced to stay as "home"....until now. The staff is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you're happy. The rooms are clean, towels are soft, food is good. It's a comfortable place to live when away from home and I do appreciate it very much. So spoiled here... thanks y'all!!

We checked in very late last night with 5 in the party, and the Night Manager was so friendly and helpful that he even came out to my vehicle after everyone was checked in (and there was nobody else in the lobby) and offered to help unload the car and get our bags inside! He continued in that mode, happy to get extra towels & etc. later that night. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here next time!
