If you have a student attending UCF then this is a great location. Our daughter has an apartment next to the hotel so we were very happy with the convenience. The hotel was clean and the staff was polite and my daughter really liked the breakfast.

The rooms are like little apartments. I stayed six nights and I loved it. Staff is super friendly. someone comes and clean the room every day, the first I stayed and left the morning to go shopping,when I returned my room was clean and nothing was stolen ... And I was so surprised .... I loved it here.. free breakfast and pool and fitness center ... Would love to stay here again

Stayed here for a weekend 8/3/18 when i was visiting my son who is a UCF student.
It just felt like home. Great staff, very clean rooms, comfy beds. Looking for a place to stay ??? Please dont look any further.
Will be staying here whenever i visit my son.

My experience with this property includes the exterior and lobby. The grounds are will kept and the lobby is clean and modern. All of my interactions with the staff have been pleasant.

Convenient very close to UCF. Clean and good breakfast. Will not plan to stay again though. Car broken into during our stay. Camera was only facing one car parked in space right at door.

Rooms are beautifully set up, it's quiet and only a mile or so from UCF. The King Suite is a must get. Very spacious and most importantly, all areas are clean and smells like home! Im glad I chose this hotel! I will be back!

This is a great place to stay! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and facilities are well maintained and clean. The back patio has an enjoyable gas fire pit, and two large barbecues. The room I stayed in was a queen suite. The kitchen has nearly everything you need for a comfortable stay, minus an oven. If you're staying in the Orlando area, this place it's worth the cost, and I'd even venture to say that it's worth a commute if you were going to the local attractions Orlando had to offer. I will be returning to this hotel on my next visit, no doubt about it.

This place is a hotel that you will love if you are a adult they have comlimetry wine and food weekdays from 5 to 7pm it's quaint and local to everything

Brought my teen daughter and a friend down to spend time at Universal studios and the beach. The room was very nice, very clean, breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly, location splits the difference nicely between Orlando, Kennedy space center, and Cocoa beach. We enjoyed our stay very much! We will likely stay here again in the future.

One of the happiest hotels I've ever stayed at. They worked extra hard to keep me happy and I'm not easy to please. I was here for a few weeks. They serve breakfast, not bad. They also serve dinner M-T and that was great. The girls that were running the kitchen were on top of it and did a really good job of putting smiles on our faces.

Friendly staff, good location and clean and big rooms. You also have free wifi in the rooms of good quality to watch Netflix HD and the breakfast is OK. There is also a pool and it is usually a quiet place. It can be a bit pricyley though.

We have stayed here 4 times, it's clean, conveniently located and they have a free social gathering during the week and offer free breakfast everyday.

Breakfast provided was nice, room was in good shape. Pillows were large but not overly stuffed so your head sunk in rather than resetting on top. Not a big deal for most, but I prefer it to hold somewhat of a shape

Whenever I'm in town I try to stay at The Homewood Suites. They have a fantastic free breakfast and a free beer, wine, and snack social hour every Monday to Thursday. Each room features a full fridge and a stove top and there's a Walgreens next door if you happen to forget something at home.

I deliver pizza here and from what I can tell the staff is absolutely friendly and the rooms are nicely sized and well furnished. There is also a patio out back with a barbecue and a fire pit that is perfect for parties.

The location is not the best but the breakfast was good and I was able to bring my gaming system which was nice.

I will be back. Nothing super fancy. I slept very well in the bed. All was clean. Wish the printing via their system from room to the business center was working as I was there for classes, but I handled that on the available desktops. Didn't do the breakfast, but looked pretty good. Also didn't do the wine evening thing they have. Maybe when I am not in town for study.

Homewood is awesome. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the aesthetic is great, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is fun and friendly. Overall, A+

Good locations a few minutes from UCF.Room was very clean you have a full size Refrigerator ,stove top but no oven which is good if you want to cook. There is a little dining table with two chairs also a desk iff you have any work to do. There is a sofabed also the complimentary breakfast is good.

Okay. The rooms are amazing. Every night Monday through Thursday you get free beer and food from 5-7. Free food as well. The staff is very friendly and absolutely professional. But these rooms. Remember how I mentioned those earlier? TONs of outlets. Not just outlets but a few USB ports to charge your phones too. Oh and a full kitchen. Why get a single room when you can get a suite at the same price?

This is a nice hot but don't stay here because when I need a room in the area I would like this hotel not to be full! The open hours of the pool should be earlier. the hot tub was the cleanest one I have found in a long time.

Love the location and especially the renovations! I had a queen suite which is a large room with bed, couch and good size kitchen. I was alone so I didn't need the queen size bedroom suite which has a separate living room. The downstairs public room is large and cozy. Breakfast was a complete meal not just cereal. They have things going on weekday nights but I was here on a Sat. Recommend for everyone. Pool is well kept, free parking, walgreens next door and plenty of restaurants near by. Will be back.

Quiet, pleasant staff and great customer service. Always following up with us to make sure we had everything we needed if we skipped room service. Room was clean and neat. We just needed a quiet getaway but still drive to activities if we decided. So this worked out for us. It is Orlando, so plenty of things to do if you so choose.

Okay, this place is fantastic. Oftentimes during my business trips to the area, the evening social event they provide is literally the highlight of my day. Spacious clean rooms and a nice pool that's hardly ever busy.

Decent hotel. I would recommend but do not expect many amenities or to be close to the tourist attractions.

It was about 15 minutes from where my continuing education course was and easy to navigate to. We stayed in a room that had a full kitchen and it was really nice. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Stayed here for two nights while attending a festival. The suites are great for a group. Hotel is well maintained, staff was friendly, and the breakfast, while basic, was very good.

The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. There is renovation going on but it really didn't bother us. We will definitely stay there again.

The company I work for put us up here during training. It was beyond fabulous. Everyone who works here is awesome! Special shout out to MISS VERONICA!!! She is no doubt the BEST housekeeper I have ever had, hands down...anywhere, ever. The hotel allowed me to bring my 70 pound dog too, even though they don't normally allow it. Super clean place, great facilities, centrally located. Great space for someone staying as long as I did. I was in an extended stay before here and it was awful. This was so great I had my company get me another night to stay post training....I didn't want to leave! Thank you to the staff you all were wonderful! Mika

For the price the best value for your money. I stayed one night with my girlfriend and the suite was amazing! Rooms come fully equipped with a kitchen and sofabed. Beds are very comfortable and very clean! Front desk very helpful and gave me late check-out with no additional cost.

Clean suite. I don't know what the other reviewers were talking about when they said the rooms need to be given some love or renewed: mine was in great shape. I love the fact that the AC is not one of those ones that goes 'whump' when it turns on, waking you up each time it turned on. Here it's quiet. The wired internet has good speed (I haven't tried the Wi-Fi yet.) Free breakfast, free parking makes for quick morning exits.The staff was very nice staff.

amazing! we left a spongebob squarepants pillow and they were nice enough to ship it all the way back to oklahoma! and they put a very nice note in the box, which was so sweet! totally family friendly!

Check-in was fast & friendly. The room was clean and in good condition as was the hotel in general. The free breakfast was well stocked and good. Bonus: Walgreens immediately adjacent for getting last minute items. The hotel was easy to find and a $6 Uber ride from the UCF arena.
