Great location. But for sure the service is amazing. I travel a lot. My priorities are security, service and water pressure. Don't know about the water pressure. But I feel safe. I just walked back from a local restaurant at 2am. I felt completely safe. Ana at the front desk and Damian the manager seem to know what I want before I ask. They make me feel like I am at a home away from home. They are definitely the reason I recommend Homewood Suites.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!! The rooms were extremely clean, the service was fantastic and very friendly! Great little breakfast in the morning, very nice outdoor area with a fire pit, pool, and hot tub. Definitely recommend this if you're in the area for a trip or even vacationing!!

This hotel is almost 5 stars, almost. The only problem is that the pool is freezing, pretty much too cold to enjoy outside of summer.
Everything else is pretty great! Breakfast is fantastic, weeknights they have complimentary dinner and drinks, and the food has been amazing every night we've been here. The food and staff and nice seating areas outside with a fire pit are just really great. Staff has been fantastic except for the pool, I asked if they could turn the temperature up a couple times and they didn't.

Our stay here has been amazing. The room Roy and not cramped and is super clean as is the rest of the hotel. The staff has been really nice and polite. I especially love the fact that they are pet friendly and you can't smell any a also at all. We loved the breakfast and the evening socials as well. I would definitely return and resend the hotel to anyone.

The location is really good near to airport, downtown and least than 20 mins from main beaches. The breakfast in the morning really good and very friendly staff during the day, but not at night ( it was a minor incident with the front desk guy ) but they are the face of the company so try to be more polite. The cleanliness was good but they didn't clean our room or empty the trash in the three days that we were there. We were a family of five and only display three towels in the bathroom. Thanks God that I always bring my kids' towels from home. In general, it was good experience but they are missing some spot for being a 5 stars survey.

Great hotel! Stayed here with my family of 4 to meet up with additional family. Wonderful evening social with drinks and food. Breakfast was included and had a great selection. My only complaints were that the bed linens and pillows were not as nice as other hotels, so you may want to bring your own pillow if able. Also, the pool wasn't as clean as it could have been, yet we did use it regardless and were glad to have it. I have a feeling it was just a fluke that it hadn't had a full scrubbing due to previous rainy weather. I would definitely stay here again for the wonderful service, full kitchen, and general amenities.

Very convenient location for either family or business trips. I saw a few families setting out for the beach after a conveniently prepared breakfast by the hotel. The beaches are only a short drive across the bridge. Great restaurant selection just a short drive away. Ocean Prime is my favorite and is only 6 min away. The hotel rooms are also very spacious! I thought they accidentally left the door connecting the rooms together open. Nope! I had a second bedroom with 2 queen beds in addition to the king. Didn't need it but thanks anyways!

Hotel room was nice and clean. Parking garage could have been better. Most of the parking spots are meant for compact cars and it can be a tight fit. Free breakfast had good taste, and area was clean. I liked that there was free coffee out all day from what I could tell. Staff was friendly.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks !! The front desk were very friendly and extremely helpful !! I went down for the breakfast almost every morning and it never disappointed. The room .. rather the one-bedroom apartment was a nice size but had too many pieces of furniture in the common area which made the living room space tight!! Outside of the bedroom you have an office desk and chair, next to it is a TV on a stand , in front of the window there is a chair and a oversized lamp. Then the couch with a end table and just a few feet from it is the kitchen table with two chairs and let's not forget the ottoman !!! In them trying to make sure you feel at home they slightly over crowded one area .. the hotel has plenty of parking. There is a garage right next to it that you use. They have quite a few lights out and the garage is darker than it should be for safety concerns at night. If you use the elevator in the parking garage and come in the side door at night beware .... there are lights by the door but it is a grassy bushed pathway to your left that is Pitch Black.. if someone was standing there you would not know it until they were up on you .... this path goes from the front all the way to the back. Just a heads up !!!

Homewood suites like always makes you feel somewhat at home with their kitchenette with stocked kitchen appliances and cookware. Felt fairly small and cozy but with their high ceilings it compensated for the small space. Two TVs one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The Pool is outdoors and is pretty nice. Of course my favorite feature is the complimentary breakfast, I love their waffles. We chose this location because its close to the stadium.

Very nice and clean hotel! I slept very well because the beds are comfortable! The Breakfast & Evening Social food was awesome! A convenient location from the airport. I was a little worried thinking the airplanes would be loud, but nope ! Very peaceful & quiet. I will definitely stay there again!

Great stay, unfortunately it wasn't my first choice when arriving to Tampa. Had a different hotel lined up but ran out of there and found this place. It was heaven sent. Really clean and in a good area. Felt very safe apposed to the hotel that I originally was supposed to stay. Staff was amazing is very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Especially Miriam. Breakfast area was great with different selections everyday. I stood here for 8 days with a friend and my daughter and her boyfriend joined us the last 3days. The suite was comfortable even with extra people. Pool was clean, firepit was on in the cool morning for a pleasant breakfast outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the room! It was a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette! Clean, comfortable, had everything you needed! Worth the price! Local restaurants! Not far from Ray James Stadium!

My family and I had a great stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was neat and clean. We enjoyed the area, lots of shopping very close by, I would recommend staying here.

Not as good as expected. We were on Level 6 which has signs everywhere saying “This is a 100% smoke-free floor”. When we got to our room, someone had been smoking in there. Not good enough. We stayed there because we had a fairly early flight in the morning and wanted to be close to the airport. Another thing that appealed to us was the complimentary breakfast - however on a Sunday breakfast does not start until 7 am. That wasn’t on their website - so misleading. Doesn’t this hotel know that people fly early seven days a week - not six? Again not good enough.

Clean, comfortable, and classy. A perfect retreat right off the plane. The whole block is full of hotels, though, so it's confusing coming in from GPS, and the parking garage is tightly packed with narrow spaces, so it's hard to get in and out of cars. The good news is there are restaurants and bars throughout the block so the location is walking-friendly.

My 3 children me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights so he could have back surgery. First night was ok the beds to us were not comfortable at all and one pet peev of mine there was hair on the ground in bathroom in shower stall and black hair stuck in the towels. I can't stand finding others hair automatically a star deduction. The night social is nice FREE Bud light ONLY so if you like anything else forget it. Food was delicious until I found a hair cooked into my bacon strip which I took right to the worker. We paid almost $500 and probably won't come back not for the price we paid. Husbands surgery went well happy to be going home. This was not home away from home to us.

Property was very convenient to the airport, the International Mall and downtown. Room was spacious and clean. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Tampa.

I stayed here for a week recently and the experience has been good. Getting to this hotel from the airport was easy as this place is across the street (but not walk-able). There is ample parking in the multilevel garage adjacent to the hotel and I've never had trouble finding a good parking spot. My room was clean and all the furniture was like new. I had planned to make full use of the kitchen but the Mon-Thurs evening socials made it mostly unnecessary. Breakfast was good too.

Comfortable place to stay for a few days and convenient location for airport and malls. Not a lot offered for the price though other than breakfast. I was there For surgery at the clinic next door and for that it was perfect.

Visited a friend staying there - very nice, clean hotel. Staff professional and friendly. This location is ideal for airport travelers (less than a mile away) or shopping addicts (also less than a mile - International Plaza). Only drawback is the quirky drive around & alongside 3 other hotels all lumped together in one semi-small area.

Convenient location, beautiful, roimy suite. I only had one issue and that was regarding a late check out that I had been promised. Otherwise, our stay was very nice, including the evening social. Nice food and beverages were served.

Cons:
-Rooms smell like smoke (We changed rooms and both smelled this way).
-Room untidy upon arrival
-Our room was NEVER fully cleaned (we understood light service on Christmas but we never got a cleaning after that). The front desk was rude when explaining the light housekeeping situation. Again, we were MORE THAN understanding, because people deserve to be with their families on the holidays. Our housekeeper left a note that our door (bedroom door, not room door) was closed. We left at 6a and returned at midnight to our same towels, no toilet paper, and bed was not made. If she knocked and we didn’t answer, she could have peeked in.
-After our room was changed (right after check-in), the bed in the new room looked slept in and had a stain. The gentleman who came to address it was very nice. He didn’t change the sheets, just the duvet. When we called back, they said they were sending more, they never came.
-They started us with a half roll of toilet paper and never came with another. By the time we were leaving, we had to use the tissue.

Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. Christmas was not ruined, we just will never stay at this Homewood Suites again on our trips to Tampa.

The staff here is very friendly and having meals 4 times a week is amazing. Always enjoy staying here and also free parking

Fantastic is a mediocre statement for the Homewood Suites by Hilton! This hotel and their staff (especially the front desk clerk PAUL!) Are just phenomenal people! You will love the atmosphere, contenential breakfast and the happy hour drinks and dinner that are all inclusive with your stay. My room was clean and orderly, it looked newly renovated with granite counter-tops in the bathroom and kitchenette. It has a full size refrigerator and microwave, a two burner stove and kitchen utensils. I loved loved loved my stay!

Desk staff are very friendly. Room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast and evening meal great. Definitely close to the airport but no planes heard until around 6 am.

Not a horrible hotel or experience, but not a great one either. The sheets did not appear to have been changed - we found numerous particles of hair and dirt. I do not recall the name of the front desk clerk, but did not enjoy his smart aleck tone and numerous sarcastic remarks. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast. Unless they provide more options after 7:30am, there was nothing but waffles and fruit. As I have said, not a terrible hotel but also not a hotel I would recommend.

Rooms well maintained, friendly staff. Close parking to Hotel. Decent weight room. Well kept pool area. Only complaint would be, you hear folks in the hallway as they pass or if someone is knocking on a door close to your room.

Very clean, it was easy to move about the building. Free coffee and they have dining very close, highly recommended for single night or multiple night stays

Really nice hotel, very friendly staff. Parking is a bit annoying since the entrances from the garage to the hotel is limited, and the parking is shared for four hotels. Breakfast and evening snacks are also surprising good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Would recommend.

We went to Busch Gardens & Adventure Island but spent 2 days of leisure at the hotel. We cooked for a family of 8. The kids played on the basketball court, in the pool, & enjoyed sitting near the fireplace. Across the street is a bar then Mon-Thurs the reception was great.

The room I reserved became unavailable so they moved me to a suite at no extra charge. The room was very clean and quiet. The complimentary food and coffee in the morning was also very good. Parking in the garage next door was close and convienient. I didn't use any of the facilities like the pool, excercise room, or computers.

Great location by Whole Foods and the International Mall. Clean, well stocked and very clean. Definitely will stay here again.

This is a nice hotel located near the airport. Offers family friendly accommodations. Clean rooms, very comfortable bedding and free breakfast buffet. Very quiet to be located in such close proximity to the airport. Will stay here again.

The room is nice, however my kitchen sink had coffee stains in it still, also it would be nice if they stocked extra bathroom supplies such as facial tissues, under the sink for when you run out. Overall it gets the job done and the bed is quite comfortable. Also the bathroom towels are pretty soft compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

Awesome fire pit and BBQ very open. Has a pool also a basketball court. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Shuttles to the mall and to the airport cabs are also available.

Nice complimentary breakfast. Eggs were cold though. They need a heat lamp to keep them warm!

My room was nice and clean. The kitchen allowed me to store some left over food and I didn't have to spend a lot on food if I bought a large meal. They had room service so I didn't have to go out and buy dinner. The free breakfast was not bad either.

Had surgery at laser spine institute and this hotel is right next door. Very convenient. They offer a free breakfast everyday and a basic dinner Monday-Thursday. A lot of the people there go to laser spine institute. Very nice place

The staff was very polite and accommodating. We checked in late in the evening. The laser spine Institute rate was decent. We only reserved two nights. I was very disappointed with the bed. This is the first Hilton I have stayed in that has a basic spring mattress instead of the pillow top ones and the bed cover was stained and appeared dirty. Of course this made me question everything else in the room. Thankfully that was the only dirty thing I found.

We had a suite with two bedrooms, kitchen area and living area. Rooms were very nice, clean, and smelled good. Employees were very nice and the checkout time of 12 pm was perfect as it didn't make us rush in the morning to have to checkout. Wish there were extra chairs for the kitchen table available, but other than that, it was very nice and I very much enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was excellent. The staff is polite,kind and very helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable,especially for the great price. The complimentary drinks and food are delicious, including coffee and beer. The drinks and food are reasonably priced with three varieties of wine available for purchase. The accompanied services catering for Laser Spine institute patients seals the deal. Kitchens with stove,fridge, and microwave are great. Overall the nicest hotel I've stayed at and the service is beyond its required standards, with people ready to assist with bags, open doors for you and ask you how your day is going. Every interaction leaves you wanting to return the favor because it reaches beyond work and is truly polite interactions and caring courtesy.

Proximity to the Airport is excellent, however it remains quiet.
The room was nice, but could have been appointed much better.
There is one outlet at the vanity area and only one mirror.
Found this to slow down the process of grooming immensely.
Bedroom could have used a chair, bit of artwork and the luggage racks every other place seems to have.
Service was good.

They offer free breakfast and a snack Monday through Thursday in the evening! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean though the one I stayed was previously a smoking room because I could smell it. The pool is nice and well kept. I would definitely stay there again!

This is one of the top hotels in Tampa period! They have great prices on all of their rooms and for that price you get an entire suite, I'm talking a kitchen with all the utensils supplied in it along with a fridge, stove and a microwave. You get a living room with a nice couch. A dining room with a full size dining table. And of course a bedroom with an extra comfy bed and a spacious bathroom with a big closet beside it so you can even hang up your clothes. It is very quiet and peaceful. And not to mention they are one of the last hotels that actually still care about smokers, so the entire third floor is smoking rooms or at least most of them. So you can not only relax but you can smoke in your suite too which I am very thankful for lol. The staff is very nice too! I keep wanting to go back and stay even though I live in Tampa but I know I will multiple times probably lol. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and if your visiting the area please look into getting a suite here for your stay! Keep it up Homewood Suites!

Got a great room on the 5th floor. With air traffic a couple hundred feet overhead from TIA, there was almost no noise. It was great! Attended a CBTXpress compTIA class.

Very clean. Personnel were very courteous, and, helpful, from the manager, to the handymen, and, maids, especially the front desk personnel. My only negative comment is that the dining area was extremely noisy, and, a lot of the guests failed to realize that it is not proper etiquette to have your cell phone turned on while dining!!! I did not even venture into the dining area due to the boisterous atmosphere!!! I prefer quiet dining, accompanied by soft dinner/dining music.....

The hotel was great. We stayed in a very clean two room suite. The staff where very friendly and the free breakfast was the cherry of a great stay.
