I really liked hotel. Despite of them being short staffed they're service was very prompt. The one thing I was a little disappointed with was the cleanliness of a room. Vacuum and dusting could have been a lot better especially since we're going through this pandemic. Its best we take precautions.

I stayed here last month for 2 nights, it was a free stay for healthcare workers. The room was clean and the staff were following the safety guidelines such as wearing mask, social distancing and cleaning of frequently touched areas. The room is spacious with kitchen, full size refrigerator, 2 TV’s. Our room faces the road but it wasn’t noisy. We had a great stay, and I had a good rest from work and felt recharge and ready for another work week schedule.

Great hotel! The rooms are extremely clean and the upkeep of the hotel is managed quite well. I also loved the customer service of the Front Desk Manager. She was extremely friendly and personable. Excellent stay and the text by phone service they have set up is really awesome! I felt connected with the team and they were constantly checking up on me to make sure everything during my stay was perfect.

Nice place with good breakfast food. Very busy though and food and juice needed to be refilled more frequently. There was only dregs of juice left in any dispenser. Bed was probably one of the hardest I have slept on and could have used a decent pillow top or something. But linen was high quality and towels were very fluffy and soft. Service was great when calling for extra blankets late at night. Snacks are left in the room with water, soda and variety of coffees and teas.

I had a nice stay in this hotel. They have friendly and accommodating staff. They serve good breakfast.
The room has a kitchen which has been useful during my stay.
The location is good also. There is a mall, restaurant and Target near the hotel.

I am an Hilton, Hampton, Homewood person. Love the majority of this chain and their accommodations.
This location and the personnel went above and beyond to accommodate a reservation that I had for almost 2 months. Esther worked hard to get us roomed even though the room type was unavailable.

I would recommend this hotel for it's great customer service, location (close to shopping, restaurants and downtown) and clean accommodations.

Nice hotel, the rooms are in perfect condition. This is the nicest Homewood I've stayed at. It only loses a star for the breakfast which was just ok. Lots of variety but the oatmeal was a bit too runny, the eggs were a bit runny, and the sausage was steamed which was a bit off. Overall great place to stay and I'll be going there again.

Friendly staff! Comfortable beds. Clean suites! Pet friendly ( ha! To fish birds dogs cats etc ..as stated on their contract!)

Here visiting my boyfriend for a business trip with Amazon training new hires at FAT1. Customer service is immaculate, the food and social gatherings every day are great amenity that makes it feel less like a hotel and more like a vacation so to speak. Rooms are well stocked, comfortable and clean. The room service is great (they don't cut corners in tidying up). They treated all of the Amazon guests with the utmost of care and professionalism and could not have been more blown away with the many personal notes and accommodations that made this stay as a night shift worker possible. All in all, a lovely stay and would love to come here on our own dime.

Loved this place. Friendly staff. Amazing amenities. Awesome breakfast. Nice size rooms. I was here on a business trip and hope that I get another Hilton on my next one. Housekeeping was amazing and I felt safe since I was alone. Highly recommend this hotel.

The place is awesome. Clean rooms with little kitchenette. Apartment size refrigerator. However thin walls especially in the bedroom.

Only the olden Four Seasons, gets 5 stars. Not the new one. Buy American. This Homewood Suites was pretty great though, for Frezno. Voted worst city in The United States.

Awesome place to stay! Mall is really close by, many food options! Breakfast is always good and they have a dinner menu available too. Staff is the best! Especially the people that clean your room. They even folded the clothes we had! Definitely recommend!

This place is starting to show its age. There are stains all over the floor of the elevators. Walls are scuffed and scratched ALL OF THEM. The AC will not go lower than 67 degrees. The sign on the building is missing most of the lights. Windows are nasty dirty outside. They haven't dusted on top of anything in my room in a long time (left them a message on top of the fridge in the dust). Couch had stains on it. Lime build up in shower. Spots of mold in bathroom. This place needs a renovation or a good cleaning.

Update. Third day they "cleaned" my room. Threw my personal pellow into the corner, which is now covered in dust and god knows what. Didnt make the bed. Didnt clean anything. Dumped the trash though.

1 more night left and i wont be back.

I travel weekly for work and only stay at Homewood Suites. This was my first stay at this location; the staff are wonderful, super friendly and seem really happy, which is rare at a majority of hotels I stay in (give these folks a raise ;) The food offered for breakfast and evening social is truly the best of all the hotels. Overall, very clean. Only suggestion would be improvement in the cleaning of the bathroom floor...I have a "hair issue, and if I find even 1 hair that's not mine, I put towels all over the floor and play like I'm jumping over hot lava! Nonetheless, great hotel and will be my 1st choice always. See you again next month!

Clean and comfortable room, good location with many restaurants a short drive away. But carpets and breakfast room chairs were grubby.

One of the BEST Hilton properties I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff was amazing, accomdating, and simply a "well oiled machine." Breakfast was delicious and this will be my Fresno travel destination. If you're looking for an extended stay or just a weekend getaway. Homewood Suites Clovis (Fresno) will exceed all your expectations!

Rooms were well appointed and appeared clean. A/C was chilly. Nice little kitchen and living area and a separate bedroom. Managers special in lobby every evening with food and free beer and wine. You could save $$ by not going out for dinner. Would return.

The rooms were all very spacious and we'll kept. 2BR and a living room and kitchen came at a very reasonable rate.

Here for two nights. The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't know the area that well so I'm still not sure if this is a good location or not, but it's never been more than a 10 minute drive to get food or necessities. I would stay here again.

Second time staying here. Great amenities. Even has a ceiling fan in the bedroom suite. Also has a small kitchenette.

Run down decor, flimsy sofa bed. Nice master bedroom and bathroom, easily fit 6 people in the suites.

The Homewood Suites are a completely reasonable place to stay. The service is completely up to standard and leaves little room to complain.

The Homewood Suites made me feel like I was at home. It was very clean with impeccable room service. All the employees were very accommodating making me feel like VIP guest.

Hotel is nice and the room was nice. There is nice a continental breakfast. The bed could have been more comfortable and we heard a lot of noise from inside our room.

Old and outdated rooms. Ridiculously old and worn out beds with sinkholes in the mattresses. Friendly staff. Good food.

Got a great price through Orbitz and the place was very nice, spacious, well kept and the breakfast was awesome.

UPDATE 3/25/2017: WOW! 14 months later after coming here every year since 2008... I'm starting to notice this place is getting trashy. Destroyed leather sofa. Dirty walls. Blood and booger stains. Cigarette stench. Stains on the ceiling. Stains in the shower areas. Stains in the fridge. Stains everywhere. Dirty tub and sink fixtures. Pubic hairs on the bed sheets (do you even wash the sheets???). Making me consider going to a different hotel... what's going on Steve?

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Love this place. This is THE PLACE to stay if you're coming to visit Fresno for whatever crazy reason. My cars haven't been broken into and the staff are friendly. The place is well kept and the breakfast and dinner are a great compliment to the stay. We've visited with small children and a small dog and they look forward to visiting this crime ridden city as long as we stay here.

First time we stayed here, we had an excellent room. The second time the room was not so great. Overall, a decent hotel.

Worth it

Enjoyed my stay here. The front desk was exceptional over the phone and in-person, and did a great job to accommodate our request to change rooms so that both rooms would be on the same floor and a pack 'n play for our infant. Complimentary hot & cold breakfast with a waffle station. Housekeeping even cleaned our dishes in the sink! The only thing is that the fold out sofa bed was worn out and wouldn't have been comfortable for anyone to sleep on.

Hilton! That says it all. Staff, accommodations, food, etc. if you're expecting more, put a C-note on the tab and roll tha dice. There's better, but for the price, availability, and security, this place is worth what you pay. Friendly, Secure, and Refreshing are words I'd use to describe this place

Not far from the airport but if don't want to rent a car locally then take advantage of their free shuttle service.

Another plus is that they are pet friendly.

When it is not too hot. Take advantage of the walking trail/sidewalk for morning walk. The mall is not too far away. Nor is downtown Clovis but that you may want to use the shuttle.

Check-in was great, the front desk woman was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were high quality as I expected. It is very close to the hotel which was convenient for a 5:45 a.m. flight home.

Easy parking, friendly reception, ultra clean room, great amenities, and one of the best hot breakfasts I've seen at a hotel. I'm glad we spent a little extra money to have a great stay. Monday-Thursday there's also a manager's reception with light dinner, beer and wine. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage, rosemary potatoes, hot apple turnovers, bagels, toast, pastries, three juices, different coffees, waffle station with pecans, chocolate, strawberries, also boiled eggs, cut fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, blueberries, walnuts, coconut, and more!

Exceptional hotel. It seemed pricey but factor in a full hot breakfast every morning and a light supper with beer & wine four nights a week! Friendly staff no matter where in the building we met, clean rooms, strong wifi, and great amenities. Beautiful pool, basketball & BBQs on the patio, leather loungers, 24 hour fitness centre and business center, plus a good selection of snacks, food and amenities if you forgot anything.

We were here for just one night. Overall it was a positive experience and I would likely return if I was in a similar circumstance. Check-in was a bit slow and we didn't get the exact room booked, but it was ok. Instead of a single larger suite, it turned out to be two adjoining smaller rooms, but it was plenty of space. Overall the rooms were clean and well appointed. The only negative were the sofa couches seemed rundown and tattered. Our rooms face the inner courtyard pool, which was filled with really loud kids until almost 9:30pm, but then things calmed down. Breakfast was fairly standard for this level hotel...nothing special. Staff was nice and attentive.

The location of this Holton was great. There were nice restaurants and lots of shopping nearby. I got a two bedroom suite which fit our needs perfectly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Full size refrigerator, microwave, stove dishwasher, coffee pot and toaster were a plus. The hotel customer service experience was great, very polite and quick to respond to any of your needs. I will definitely be using this Hilton again.

I have stayed at several hotels in Fresno while on some local fires and the Homewood Suites are by far the best. The breakfasts are fantastic, the rooms are immaculate, and the staff are the most accommodating I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

The crew I work with have employees constantly cycling in and out, as well as the need to cancel reservations at any time to move to another fire. Chris, Stephanie, and Naomi went out of their way to make sure that every member of the crew had a room available when needed for extended stays and were always extremely helpful, even when I made a mistake with my reservations requiring a last minute reservation.

If you have the need for extended stays, have large group reservations, or just want to enjoy a stay in a great hotel that serves both breakfast and dinner, Chris, Stephanie, and Naomi at the Homewood Suites will go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be.

Clean suite, comfortable bed and outstanding service.

Stayed here for a few nights over a holiday weekend because we wanted to visit Kings Canyon and Sequoia national parks but couldn't find anything closer (and the limited lodging options in the park were totally booked up). The hotel itself looks pretty new and in good condition, though I was surprised that some of the furnishings (like the sofas) in the suites already looked a little worn. The breakfast was excellent in comparison with other hotels of this class, with several hot options and a good selection of cold items to round things out. They also did a good job keeping things stocked, even when the place was busy. We had a minor snafu where we were locked out of our room for a few hours one evening, which was bothersome, but it was just a mechanical fluke and the staff were generally efficient and responsive in dealing with the problem until it was fully resolved. I would stay here again if I repeated this same trip and wanted to stay in Fresno again.
