I stayed here recently with my husband and two small children our stay was exceptional I have no complaints, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful with every request I made. Breakfast was amazing especially the customized omelet station. Everything at this hotel is well layed out and they thought of every detail. Room came equipped with a full kitchen stocked with plates, forks, paper towel, dish detergent, you name it they provided it. The laundry room was also an added bonus for us because of the kids. Wifi was extremely fast. Located near the airport and lots of places to eat or get last minute items you may have forgotten at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone I know especially families that are looking for a home away from home on a vacation.

This hotel is ideal for families looking for large spaces during a short stay in Miami or for executives who need a comfortable place to work and sleep during a long season. Each room has separate spaces (bedroom and living room) plus a well equipped kitchen. Its location is ideal for those who want to be close to the airport and the Coral Gables area. Ita is simple hotel, without great luxury but with the comfort that is expected from the Hyatt chain.

Great hotel! Super friendly & accommodating staff! The rooms were clean & spacious. The kitchen had a full size stove & refrigerator. The bedding was comfotable and the towels were very plush. It also had two full size bathrooms. They serve a full hot breakfast daily to include made to order omelettes. The hotel is about 10 mins from the airport, 20 mins from downtown, and 30 minutes from Miami Beach (without using the toll road). The only downside was that the construction going on in the area caused a slight inconvenience accessing the parking lot, and I'm not sure when it will be complete. Other than that our stay was perfect!

I really like going to Hyatt House. Rooms are very spacious and there is a wide variety for breakfast.

So for its good. Rooms are clean, pool is clean. Have not got into hot tub as of yet. Many restaurants and all kinds to choose from.

So far the Hyatt House has been great! Friendly staff, pretty good food at the airport and restaurant, and comfy beds. The rooms are a little old around the edges, but overall it's a great place. They even have peacocks roaming in the courtyard!

The HVAC system is loud (so loud I could hear the others' units in their rooms) and not as strong as you might like. The hot tub was gross, but the pool was mostly clean. The free breakfast is extensive and lasts until 10am, which was very nice. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was efficient.

I always deal with this place when I'm in Miami, about 5-6 times a year for business. I come on down to inspect the Sysco location in Miami for my restaurants, and I have always been impressed with this hotel. Last time, service was great from an employee named Vivian, and a employee who went by the street name Mark, I believe. Good breakfast as well.

A Great place to stay! The stafg was wonderful they held my things for me when I came early. Great breakfast and location. Was always clean. I felt like it was home. The staff was very polite and kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami.

The hotel has a Caribbean feel to it. The lobby is small but nice. The conference meeting room is medium sized and suitable for a variety of functions. The staff is very professional and service oriented.

The Hyatt House Miami Airport hotel was very nice. Seems you get a lot of room space for the money. I was in Miami visiting one of my uncles in the hospital, and the family (my cousins) was using this hotel as home base. Location to the airport was great, maybe 7 minutes. Location to the hospital was great, less than probably 15 minutes. I ended up with more room space than I had expected. I'm used to a room with a bed, a bathroom, and some storage space like a closet or alcove for hanging things. This hotel gave me a queen sized bed, two TVs, a corner couch unit, a dressing area and sink with a separate toilet and shower room, and a kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink, dishes and silverware, coffeemaker, and the list goes on. WAY more than I expected, and WAY more than I used. The room itself seemed clean and was comfortably cool all night. Water pressure was good. Everything in the room was pretty nice, and way more than I needed or expected. The hallway near my room, and other areas and floors, all seemed to be in need of some cleaning. Small debris made it look dirty in some areas. Granted, I checked in around 6 pm, and checked out at about 6 am, so maybe my timing was off for the cleaning. Compliment breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty from which to choose. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a place where I would definitely consider staying again if I find myself back in Miami!

Nice size rooms for big families, free breakfast , nice size pool. Donughts had mold growing on it. Took it to front desk and they apologized and promptly removed them.

We spent 3 days here before going on a cruise. Great location in Brickell central to the shopping, restaurants, and sites we wanted to see. Easy in and out with valet. The arrival was a fast check in and they upgraded us to a suite. Luggage was in the room before we could get upstairs.

Near to airport. Free breakfast. Home like rooms. Pool and grill options. Near to cvs, complex for local restaurants, subway, chevron gas station. Calm place. Kitchen very useful. Can accomodate kids as the room has a home feel.

This property is spotlessly maintained with a super friendly staff. The grounds are pretty and everyone gets a delicious complimentary breakfast each morning. We highly recommend!! Our third year here and it is consistently great!!

Brief overnight stay at the Hyatt House. There was a previous advisory that repairs were ongoing but the staff did everything to minimize any disruptions. Very quiet stay in the midst of repairs, very little dust, no inconvenience. Excellent stay.

Its perfect for relax in a rush day or after a long trip. the pool was good, they give breakfast free, and have shuttle for the airport, is all you need. Its super near to the airport, and the service is nice.

Stayed here for a few days after a 26 day cruise although the hotel was under construction at the time the place was comfortable and close to the locations we wanted to visit. Parking was free and safe. The staff was courteous and friendly. I would stay here again for an extended vacation.

We stay at this hotel every year for the NASCAR races. In years past you couldn't beat the free breakfast. This year it seems pretty cheap. They are also renovating and the rooms are newly redone. The redone rooms I find are very nice and a good improvement. Convenient airport locations is a plus too.

Pros: Nice 3 star (m)hotel. Complimentary breakfast and WiFi. Close to airport. Complimentary shuttle that will take you anywhere in 2 miles radius. Large spacious rooms with Kitchenette.

Cons: 25 mins from South Beach. Starting to show its age.

The hotel was directly off the freeway...That was a plus. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff was very polite (Mucho Gracias), but the staff at the desk were horrible. They had a little area that you could purchase snacks and etc. They had us waiting for a long time without any kind of acknowledgement. Then when it was time to pay for our items, they didn't even speak or apologize for the wait (more than once). When it was time for us to leave we were trying to save time by taking their shuttle but they were acting like they didn't want us to take the shuttle, as if we didn't have enough time and we did. So, we all just got in the rental car and went to the airport. The hotel itself was nice, but nice means nothing if the customer service is bad.

Great hotel! Very clean & welcoming! Very nice staff! The man who checked us in upgraded us for free, a wonderful treat after a long 3 hour drive from Key West. Huge two bedroom suite, comfortable bed & pillow! In the morning, they had a huge buffet breakfast! I was impressed! Will definitely stay here again!!

Due to the outstanding reviews I read about this Hyatt House, I booked and stayed in this hotel with my two sons while on business in Miami from October 26th until November 6th, 2015. Both, my check-in and check-out were fast and easy.

I was upgraded from a single suite to a suite with two separated rooms, each one had its own plasma TV with a full bath, closet and a vanity, one of the suites had a King size bed and the other one had a Queen bed plus the sofa bed in the living room with a third plasma TV at no extra charge as they appeared to be super overbooked at the time; it was like having our own apartment including cleaning services, lucky me!!!

The rooms and hotel common areas were clean and comfortable. My room was always spotless thanks to the cleaning ladies; they did a remarkable job every day. My bed was always fresh clean and cozy.
The amazing free breakfast buffet offered many choices for food and drink. The hotel has complimentary Wi-Fi and free shuttle to the airport.

Although I did not swim while there, the outdoor pool looked inviting. But the best part was the outstanding staff, especially Gladys, at breakfast; she went beyond my expectations, she genuinely seemed to enjoy being a hosts as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you!
