Very nice hotel spacious and clean room. Very helpful staff, however they need to add more international food.

Recently stayed at Novotel. Good ambience and hospitality. Nice rooms. More than that they helped with services of a nurse to check my BP as I was unwell and was gracious in letting me keep it in late hours to monitor. I was humbled by nursing staff and their support. Appreciate and wish to say thank you.

A good hotel located on a hill. we stay here since they give good service to club members.
Another good point is that the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel
Lots of excellent restaurants, cafes and bars in the area.
A good 5mins walk down to the subway station.

They do need to improve more on their housekeeping department but other than than that, the hotel had good service.

note: from the subway going back maybe an uphill walk 😁

My port of call in Gangnam for almost 20 years. Professional to a fault, executive to perfection (must try the executive floor) and delicious to a risk (feast on the breakfast buffet at the second floor). Novotel is located midway between the upscale COEX are and the popular shopping/dining streets around Kyobo Bookstore. Highly recommended.

Well located and good rooms, however then cost of "extras", food or drinks in the hotel is unneccesarily expensive. Why does a hotel need to charge 7000 KRW for a Twix? Or 20000 for a beer?

Great hotel in Gangnam section of Seoul. Service is good, breakfast is delicious with a good mix of western and Asian choices. Room was clean, bed was super comfortable, but the toilet was a little cramped. Second time here and I plan on making it my hotel of choice when in Seoul.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are modern and very well maintained. The night bar offers a wide variety of drinks in a really good environment. The priority lounge is comfortable but breakfast is very light. People are very nice and helpful.

A nice hotel with well equipped, clean and modern rooms. Roughly 1 hour from Incheon airport and 40 min from Seoul train station (by taxi).

Good Hotel. Staff have good attitude.
They are co-operative. You can buy KAL Limosousine bus ticket at Hotel Reception, thats really helpful. Airport Bus also drops you at the Hotel gate itself. Surroundings are also very nice. They have plenty of items in Breakfast, but for vagetierian its little difficult.

Had a great time. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to Gangnam.

Excellent service, comfortable bed, nice fitness center. Prices in the lobby lounge are on the high side, but otherwise I have no complaints. Would stay here again.

Cozy room and nice breakfast with coffee. The best thing is roof top cafe "cloud" has a great night view of the city

Overall pretty happy with the room and the facilities but the trouble started when ordering two small cakes and coffee from the lobby lounge.

Didn't bother to ask how much was the coffee as even in Korea I never expected to pay more than $7 for a hot latte maximum.

When we got our bill it was 38000 won for two small cakes and two latte coffee(I got it discounted down to 36000). I was confused so asked to see the itemised bill which is when we saw that the coffee was 16000 each.

I was in shock, a second attendant came to see if everything was alright, which is when we expressed our disgust at how much the coffee costs as it was actually terrible quality also. The coffee had been over extracted and the milk poorly frothed and not enough of it. Tasted like an Americano with a small amount of milk not like a latte.

I feel like this is some kind of scam akin to you would expect in some sleazy place in Thailand where they never tell you the price of the coffee. Never in my life have I paid as high as 16000 won for a coffee.

Stayed at the Novotel Ambassador Gangnam for a few nights on business. Location was very convenient with sinnonhyeon subway station within a couple minutes walking. The room was comfortable with all the basic amenities you might expect. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning up and restocking without bothering me at any point. Service is excellent from arrival to checkin through checkout. All the staff members were always ready to help with a smile. Hotel buffet (had dinner) is excellent and offers a discount to overnight guests.

Very nice, would recommend to any British tourist. The place really has a distinctive sense of class and style, Gangnam style.

Very nice hotel, with welcoming personnel. Huge variety of food for breakfast. Ideally located in Gangnam, downtown Seoul.

It's an okay hotel with the greatest asset being the location and after that the gym/swimmingpool. The executive floor rooms are really not that special and actually quite small compared to other similar hotels, especially for the money you paid for it. Also the executive lounge is not really that special. It's big enough but the service during the day is very minimal: coffee, tea, juices. Snacks between 17 and 19 consists of really only snacks and can't replace a complete meal. Service from the staff is excellent, they go above and beyond to give you a good stay. I had to ask 2 times to clean my room while being away the whole day and coming back and finding my room uncleaned.

Very good hospitality. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms are very clean. A microwave in room would have been good as we didn't find much vegetarian menu options and walking out in winter was tough during our stay.

The room was old fashioned but quite. The hotel price was exaggerated compared with the quality. The receptionists were not good, calculated wrongly, made several mistakes about the payment and they put me in trouble. The only good thing was breakfast.

Clean, cozy, and spacy room. Great gym(training shirt and pants provided, all you need is shoes) and nice Sauna. Swimming pool is available but a bit small (i would recommend to use it early morning) The breakfast is excellent, especially Korean food is wonderful.

Very nice hotel for its age, with amazing staff who do try very hard to please. There were some issues but generally that was because of other rude guests!
