This was my first trip to Tashkent and this hotel was close to restaurants and a nice shopping mall.But hotel design was oldish

Still one of the best places to stay on business on Tashkent, despite being a bit dated. Rooms on 6th floor had "business class" plaque on the doors and seemed to be renovated or at least more fresh compared to others. Despite being old, everything is very well maintained and clean. Service is very friendly but lacking efficiency, it was taking too long to get drinks at the bar, in 5 days no one refilled tea&coffee station at the room, etc.
Overall, I would fully recommend it as a place to stay, but for anything food & drink related I would recommend to go to the city, both for price and quality reasons.

The best hotel in Tashkent. Tasty food. The staff are both from Buckingham Palace. The rooms are very comfortable. The view from the window of the room is very beautiful. All comply with Radison Blu standards. I am very pleased with the stay at this hotel. I’ll definitely come here with my family so that we all again feel this level of service, comfort and safety. I think Radison Blu can be trusted with the most valuable thing - it's time with my family

Nice comfy hotel close to central though the hotel reception women staff arent the most approachable or helpful. While the male staff seemed more helpful. Unfortunately, food at the restaurant was the longest wait and we actually had to get up and leave as our order even after nearly 2 hours wasnt served.

This hotel is 15 minutes by taxi to the hotel. Friendly efficient porters and receptionist quickly had me settled into my comfortable room, which was clean with a very good supply of toiletteries. The breakfast buffet is very good. This is a very convenient situation with a metro station 10 minutes walk away and surrounded by many restaurants and local shops. There is a small gym and a very large and newly renovated outdoor swimming pool. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with great service but it looks old and outdated if to compare with other Radissons hotels.

Good hotel, typical of Radisson standards. Rooms were spacious and very clean and swimming pool area was a good addition for a very hot city during the summer. Breakfast was also very decent.

It loses a star for its small gym and for difficulties I faced with reception staff prior to my arrival when calling to confirm my reservation and to make some transportation arrangements.

The rooms are large and clean, and the location is good. There are two metro stations in a few minutes, and there is the option of taking a taxi. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good. So this is an excellent option to stay in Tashkent.

We had a few hours to ramble in Tashkent between our flights, so decided to drop for a cup of coffee at one of the best hotels in capital. Very friendly staff, good service. Our 4 year old son could also relax after a long flight and surely enjoyed the meals. Prices were surprisingly affordable :) we ordered quite a lot, relaxed and could use free wi-fi service (!). The staff kindly helped us to call the taxi 🚕 to get airport as well. Thank you Radisson Hotel team! Will definitely come back!

So, everything is good in comparison! Later half a year of residence in Tashkent I can tell that it is the best hotel concerning service, the breakfast and goodwill of personnel. Bar at the level. Rooms - both not excellent and not bad, in the middle. But service and the attitude towards the guest is very important.

Not 5 star as locally rated. A lot of amenities such as complete toiletries is available. Breakfast selection is ok, service is good.

Staff extremely nice. Location is not the best if you are with small kids(it is right on the kind of high way). Food is ok but very expensive! Although we could get a ok-ish local wine for a reasonable price ))
Rooms are ok(a bit old) as well but small again if you are with family. I guess it is a good hotel for a business trips.
Would put more stars but can not. I would go back only because the staff is very very welcoming and super nice! They do deserve more than 5 stars... but hotel itself not ))

Feel yourself at home. Great place, great stuff - especially people. Just come and relax. Really good discovery. Btw - already 4 months passed here during last 5 of my life :-).

Had a training here during the cold winter because it was very cold inside of the office building. Warm place...

Hotel is clean and service is fine. Definitely the hospitality is not so refined as equivalent hotels in the West or in Asia.
