This was my first time staying at a Staybridge Suites and it was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and always ready to assist us if we needed it. Pam and Ebony at the front desk were excellent. They took care of my friends and I when we came for our girls trip. I would definitely stay here again upon returning.

I was disappointed with this place, supposed to be a higher end family hotel. It was dirty and falling apart. I would consider staying here again because of the location of they remodeled.

Great stay! Best selection of tv channels, to include multiple premium channels, I've ever seen. Disappointed with the automatic default to CNN, though. Outstanding evening reception and morning breakfast.

The stay was good. Breakfast was adequate and consistent, and three nights each week they served a tasty enough, but not particularly fancy dinner with free beer and wine. Everyone was friendly to our dog, and there are bags for dog waste available just outside.

The pool and laundry room were adequate for our purposes, and the fitness room appeared similarly adequate, though I didn't use it myself. Parking was easy.

Our only real complaint is that we requested and were promised a crib for our infant when we booked, but when we arrived we were told that they didn't have a crib for us.

The hotel had comparable service one would expect of a chain in Buckhead. The nights were quiet and without incident. However, the cleanliness was sub-par. Chocolate milk served in the continental breakfast expired the day it was served. Mold was growing on top of the refrigerator door in the room. There were also two cigarette holes burned into ottoman in the suite. I expect better for $300 per night.

Rooms with kitchenette are clean & fully stocked. Vanity & sink are separate from bathtub & toilet. Great breakfast bar & selections. Horrible parking garage however. Pet friendly with doggie bags available outside, but not designated dog walking area.

Been staying here for nearly a month and I love this place. The manager Tony is great, he really is understanding and cares for the guest. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice clean hotel to stay.

The free breakfast is really unbeatable. The accommodations were excellent. The location is good. The hotel has a free parking deck for guests.

The location is great and the room was nice and spacious, although a bit musty. The first night we were there there was no hot water but it eventually became warm the next day. The staff is nice and accommodating Buffet breakfast is a plus.

Room was clean and everything felt comfortable. Breakfast is served in the the dining area on the main floor. Make your own waffles. Breakfast was not bad...bland, but that was expected. Good place to stay. Staff was nice and helpful also.

2nd time staying here. Clean room as always. Only issue I had is the water pressure wasn't the best this time and it took a few minutes for the shower to warm up. Maybe because I was on the top floor. Not sure. I'll definitely be back though for sure.

Clean, friendly and far more reasonable than most hotels located in Buckhead with easy access to mid-town. Free parking. Breakfast and managers welcome snacks are sufficient for a light diner. Next door to one of the best Thai restaurants in Atlanta.

Always love the Staybridge Suites. Cozy. Spacious. Great free breakfast. Free wine and beer Mon-Friday. Beds are comfy. Can't say a single bad thing.

the staff was very nice but the hotel really needs a serious update. The room is cramped with old appliances that hum ( I had to unplug my fridge because it kept me up at night) their gym is really terrible with tredmills dating back to the 70's that are not well maintained. I think that they really should update that gym space, it was extremely uninspiring! Luckily there appears to be a real gym next door that I guess a long term guest could go to if they wanted a decent workout. Their breakfast was tasty- with lots of options- shower had hot water- overall not bad, I will probably stay here again because its close to where I have to work but if there was a updated better option nearby,I would pick that one.

Checked in late, but staff was incredibly helpful. Room is as advertised. Having wifi issues which will be bad if I cannot get it working. Pool is not as inviting as the pictures show.

The location is great as there are many nearby office building for those coming for business, lots of highly reputable restaurants for a good meal, two malls only a few miles away (one of which is high end), and even some popular nightclubs.The entrance to their parking is narrow with somewhat blind turns. There seems to be access directly to any floor from the parking lot. The room I saw seemed nice, with a good kitchenette, and directTV.

Great value for the price and location! Basically a three bedroom suite for $200. The breakfast however is sub par for a free continental breakfast.

Wonderful accommodations. The beds were comfortable. You get two full size beds. Pool, gym could be a bit more modern, and they have breakfast here. As well for families you can choose adjoining rooms.

Great price for a two bedroom suite. The parking sucks though. That's the only reason it doesn't get five stars

Very nice, amazing amenities! There's was a slight musty smell to the room, but nothing terrible really.

Very nice helpful people. I enjoyed the pool ,Jacuzzi and little yard. Breakfast was OK, items was gone and food was not replenished in the timely manner. Coffee is very bad. Room was comfortable, except no place to hang towels, I would reuse mine, if I find place for it.

Price point was less than in downtown and parking is FREE. The complimentary shuttle takes you within a 3 mile radius which includes the Sweetwater Brewery and local malls. The hot breakfast was standard but it comes free with your room rate. The room was clean and well equipped for a small suite. The parking garage is a little hard to navigate in a larger vehicle. There is easy access to many parts of Atlanta from the Buckhead location. Service was friendly.

Very stocked rooms and everything is updated and looks nice, plus it's super close to the strip and they provide a complimentary shuttle within 3 miles, with tons of free food and drinks often.

Upon arrival the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Parking is very convenient. The overall appearance of the room was neat and homely. Cleanliness was not the best though. There was a nice size carpet bug on the nightstand when we entered the room and the Ottoman in the living room had stains on it. Oh and frighteningly the elevator inspection tag was expired. Being as though this isn't the first staybridge suites I've stayed in, I know they normally keep their hotels very clean and maybe the problem only lied within this particular hotel and not the chain in general, so I will definitely continue to do business with this company. Wish I could have given more stars but my review reflects this experience.

The room is fully equipped. Room service is very good. The people are very nice.

Convenient location near Lenox Mall and Phipps along with great shopping and restaurants. FREE HOT BREAKFAST. ALL DAY COFFEE AND TEA. MID WEEK EVENING LITE DINNER. Indoor pool, free self laundry, free parking, free shuttle to nearby addresses. Very nice staff. I'm sure to go back soon.

Room layout was tight. Morning staff was great, but evening front desk staff could have been more personable.

The room was amazing, super clean, very spacious. we had the 2 bedroom suite. Some pots were missing, but that was it. There was a delicious morning breakfast included and late check out was a breeze. Where we had issues was the bill. I was quoted on price (after taxes) via email, told another, and received a receipt for another price. very in clear as to what was correct

Even though we checked in at the last minute, every point of customer service was exceptional. The front desk associate was friendly and helpful - we needed extra linens, towels for the pool and a kid-friendly dinner suggestion. She helped us with everything and arranged for the hotel shuttle to take us and pick us up. We enjoyed the stay and would return.

The hotel and rooms are GREAT. my car was broken into and all our things were stolen on our last night here, which was a terrible experience. The thieves were pros, they slim jimmed my door and took the time to dim the interior lights while they took all our suitcases and bags out of the car. It was parked on the 3rd level of the parking garage, literally 25 feet from our suites bedroom window and we didn't hear a thing. Obviously they knew they could take their time and take whatever they wanted without fear of being discovered or video taped, so we won't be staying here again due to lack of security in the parking garage, despite multiple positive experiences in the past. It's just not worth it to have all of my kids' possessions stolen.

What a great stay!! I have stayed here in the past, but it has been several years. The rooms were updated along with the area where you get breakfast and happy hour.

It started with a very easy check in, followed by a comfortable 2 bedroom suite, and ended with a nice free breakfast in the morning.

One other thing to mention - free parking!!! You don't find many places in Atlanta that offer free parking.

The location is further from the office than I would like, but it's not a bad location. The staff is great, the breakfast has been a bit hit or miss; good on some, but one day was overcooked sausage and the preformed eggs were not good. The room was quite comfortable.

This is my second stay here, & I have enjoyed it greatly both times. The suite itself is very nice, and very spacious. It was located less than a mile off of the interstate, so very easy to get to and from anywhere you needed to be, and all of the amenities are nice. Breakfast, fitness room, pool. The next time I need to stay in Atlanta, I will definitely be doing that here.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The lobby has a great lobby area to sit at and they even offer a great breakfast with your stay! Who else does that in the area for this great price? Also the rooms are convenient- esp for families or people that would like the convenience of a fridge and ability to warm up or even cook up some food. I would totally recommend to anyone who enjoys the comforts of their home while also getting the benefits of all buckhead offers! As a sidenote, we were able to walk right next door for great food and noticed several places that also deliver! ❤️

The hotel is nice, pretty and clean. Huge fitness room, free garage covered parking, decent free breakfast, good location, fully equipped kitchen in the hotel room with living room separate from bedroom, which was nice and spacious. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was ok until they billed me TWICE for one night! I called them and they blamed it on my bank and said it would take 3 to 5 business days to credit my money back! I've never had that happen before and I've traveled all over the United States. Will not stay here again because of that situation. I suggest going elsewhere.

Wonderful room and staff, comfy bed and great shower. Very expensive though.
