The suite was so spacious and comfortable. The pull out couch was great to sleep in and they also had a mini kitchenette with utensils and everything that you might need to cook for a few days. Would love to come here again for a stay.

I don't know if it was remodeled but this was unexpectedly nice. The rooms were modern and tuck away right at the edge of Addison 30 seconds away from DNT. Impressed.

I love the hotel. It has a great breakfast with eggs,sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh cut fruit and whole apples oranges and bananas;yogurt, oatmeal and juice. The layout is beautiful and makes you want to eat everything. The room we had was wonderful,we booked it on a travel booking website but the front desk agent upgraded us to a king room. The room had a living area and separate sleeping area and bathroom. The bed was amazingly comfortable though the pillows were a bit to soft. I love the personal touches in the room there was popcorn and coffee along with food storage containers and a pitcher in the fridge to make this room feel like a home. Loved it and would definitely stay again

Top Notch Medium Priced Hotel. We've stayed at this location 3 times and really enjoy the staff, location, and cleanliness.
Plus you can't beat the free Breakfast & Happy Hour drinks!!😉

My Mom came into town for the weekend and Jelissa was wonderful in taking care of all of our needs for her. She accomodated all of the requests and made it happen so my Mom could have a nice and pleasant stay. This hotel is in a great location for the best price around. The rooms are extremely nice and the staff is superior. It is definitely the best kept secret out of all the hotels in the Addison area. I've had clients pay $150-$200 to stay in way less of a hotel across the tollway. This hotel provides the best value and even better service.

Came back to change my review from 4 stars to five due to outstanding customer service. I frequent Staybridge often due to regular business trips to the DFW area. This past December, I wanted to use my rewards points for a single night at Staybridge and IHG needed a credit card number on file in order to process my points. Unfortunately, this conversation was unfolding at the front desk in the hotel lobby via the front desk phone. I asked if my credit card was absolutely necessary at this time because I didn't feel comfortable sharing these details in a busy hotel lobby. The general manager (Carl) sensed my discomfort and quickly, yet politely took control of the situation. The woman on the phone would not budge on the credit card so he whiped out his wallet and gave her one of his credit card numbers. I was extremely impressed with Carl's awareness and determination, so much so that I came to adjust my review.

Not many amenities for overall enjoy my stay. The staff is SUPER friendly and very accommodating.

The only reason why I take one star off is because of the dinner. They always do some nachos with cheese and chili. It may do as an entrance though.

Definitely consider eating dinner outside.

Decent room, but got a handicapped room and the shower spilled on the floor every time I took a shower. Cable and internet are pretty shotty as well. Roaches in room also.

The hotel has a nice updated appearance but some of the work seems cheap. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Our complaint is that the elevator and our room smelled strongly of weed along with a room on a different floor of someone in our group. Not sure if we followed a "meet up" of grass enthusiast or not. Overall decent experience.

Clean but not understanding compassionate employees. I stayed for one night and the refrigerator compressor kept making noise all night and the smoke detector kept beeping every 5 minutes to have the battery replaced. All i got was I’ll let the maintenance know in the morning. Therefore didn’t get any sleep. Room 131

It's and IHG hotel which always has my vote. And I absolutely love stay bridge since they're roomy and a mini apartment. My only complaint is that the TV is wicked old and barely supports component let alone HDMI. I always hook my laptop up and stream Netflix on the TV since I don't like cable. Some of the appliances are dated as well but everything is still super nice.

My apartment burned down and my insurance set me up here. When I arrived to check in the front desk employee couldn't charge my card through. This was at 4am and he spent at least an hour trying over and over on the card system before saying "out internet has been down all evening I wonder if that's why". No duh! Geez I wanted to punch him at that point because over an hour of our time could have been saved. He should have let me stay in a room regardless. I went elsewhere for the night but came back here since my insurance set me up here for two weeks. The rest of the stay was spectacular not dealing with any of the employees hence the 4 stars.

It has two entrances, which you might miss if you aren't looking for them. My stay has been fine so far. The breakfast is a typical hotel free breakfast; not amazing but acceptable for a free breakfast. The room I'm staying in is pretty nice. It has a nice little kitchen with a stove top and dishwasher. They include dishes, though the amount of silverware in the kitchen leaves much to be desired. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom is adequate and clean, although my bathroom door does not latch closed. This is okay because im the only person staying in this room, but it might be a problem if a couple were to stay here. The service has been good. The hotel staff has been friendly and helpful. They have a free dinner Monday through Wednesday with beer and wine. Overall I have enjoyed my experience at this hotel so far. It's not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, but for the price I think it's a pretty good spot to stay at.

Location was great for my business meeting in this area. I chose this brand after staying in one in San Jose, CA. Room was smaller than one in San Jose, but still very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly, even though they were extra busy due to hurricane evacuees from Houston.

Very welcoming staff. Room was wonderful and clean. Breakfast was more than just cereal and juice. Location is very convenient off the tollway. Would recommend to anyone staying near Dallas

What an amazing lobby and the automatic doors were a little weird but nice. They had nice refreshments and welcomed me quite well. The buildings were nicely put. The rooms were good sizes. Had a lovely atmosphere about it.

The rooms are large, clean and have kitchenette with full size refrigerators . Staff is friendly. Property is clean. They serve a wonderful complimentary breakfast too. And place is affordable and easy access to Dallas Parkway/Toll road

It was convenient to the highway . Had a good price. They also served breakfast. In the middle of lots of stores and restaurants. Very well kept.

The room was really pretty, the decor beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, with a lighted make up mirror. The location is very convenient to the American Airlines Center. There is a nice bar to grab a drink in.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and bedding comfortable. Free breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, yogurt, fruit, cereal - the typical choices. I enjoyed my stay and they have a complimentary shuttle to/from local business offices.

It was great. Front desk was not particularly knowledgeable about the hotels amenities. We got 2 different answers from night staff versus day staff. But everything else was great.

Got booked at this hotel by my company. Hotel is decent as it has been updated some. To keep things short, I just checked in, was getting settled in and then next thing I know there is a BIG COCKROACH in the restroom. Disgusting!

This day was excellent however the women's bathroom in the front lobby was out of order which was breakfast was really really good so I was thankful for that customer service was a plus however I am a Rewards member and was not given enough time in regards to a late check-out. I am a an elite gold Rewards member and have spent an enormous amount of funds with your agency and would like to at least have the convenience of a late check-out when needed. Utilize your services Austin because I appreciate the convenient locations the customer service as well as the rates are superb. Rates Are easonable more often than not which is a plus and I just like your Hotel chain. I also have one other concern I don't think that it is fair for a customer to book a room at one of your hotels and not received the points do to the reservation being made through a third party. When one of your customers book a room through a third-party agency they are still contributing to your success by utilizing your hotel. Therefore I strongly believe that every dollar spent should still hold value in regards to points being a crude through your Rewards system. And should be allotted no matter what II am going client especially if they are a Rewards member of that uses your hotel team diligently. Thank you have a great day

Excellent place to stay! The hotel is clean. The staff is very attentive to anything you need. It's convenient to stores and restaurants. The evening meals are above average. Good value for the money!

Loved staying here! The room was clean, we had a studio suite. It was quiet throughout the night and morning, which is nice. Their breakfast is a basic complimentary hotel breakfast. Close to everything yet quaint!

Stayed in a renovated room. Quiet, furnishings we're fine, bed was decent, but the plumbing was screwed up. Hot/cold were reversed in the shower, the tub drain wouldn't stay open, and the sink drain wouldn't stay open. The tile grout in the shower was also cracked.

I stay in over 100 hotel rooms a year and my visits to this hotel are always my favorite!
The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home on every visit. The recent room renovations have been an added bonus. Full kitchens in every room - Managers reception with food and drink during the week and again the always friendly staff. I cannot recommend enough!

Clean! Great breakfast! Maid service not very attentive or accurate. But overall great place for our family! Front desk staff and sales director were always welcoming, helpful, and nice!

Really a very nice property. Always free drinks in the lobby. Staff was extremely friendly. Street noise was a bit loud at times but not unbearable. Would definitely stay here again.
