The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The staff was very pleasant and helpful during my stay. My only complaint would be that the TV was inoperative in my room.

Very nice hotel room with kitchenette beds were a little too firm. Last IHG hotel had tempurpedic mattresses. Still a five star. The little breakfast and dinner section was an added bonus.

This is by far the best home away from home there could be. The experience from checking to checkout is pleasant and everything in between is set up to make you feel at home even when you can't be. Unforseen circumstances left me without a place to live for a couple weeks and I stayed here. My suite was as big as an apartment with a separate living room/bedroom and a mini kitchen with all the appliances you need including a dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer coffee pot stove and a cabinet full of dishes. The bathroom has a separate vanity area with lots of space below the sink and on the sink for any woman's advanced beauty routine. It has a private bathroom with a toilet and spacious shower/tub that surprisingly always had hot water no matter the time of day. The staff is friendly and assist with any concerns or needs. They respect the do not disturb sign and will spruce up the room nicely when wanted. They offer full breakfast every morning and dinner with beer three nights a week. The dinners are delicious and a lot of care is taken to make sure guests have an at home kind of meal with great customer service. Laundry room in the first floor with washers/dryers that work great. There is an exercise room and indoor pool so you can get workouts in too. I know there is pets allowed but don't know pet policy specifics. This is the best extended stay hotel that makes you feel at home and treats you kindly too

Stayed one night. "Suites" are cramped. Beds are comfortable. A/C drafty. Deferred maintenance in our room (peeling paint, door dysfunctional). Otherwise, nice decorating. Generally quiet, but chanting noise from somewhere in bathroom. Breakfast just ok. M-W "supper" service has free beer. Re-purposing of defunct Ramada from 2007 limits ambiance because of footprint of building, but staff denies it. You can do better elsewhere for less money.

Very clean room. Breakfast service had a large, varied selection of hot and cold items. Selected fresh fruits available for there and on the go. They offer a small 'to go' bag if you cannot stay. Enjoyable atmosphere except for Fox news.

Saltwater pool, ample breakfast choices, and a diligently clean room made my stay outstanding. My room was spacious, yet cozy. Loved to be able to relax in the living area and eat at a breakfast bar, and then close the doors to peacefully sleep in fresh fluffed sheets.
Ate oatmeal, fruit, and eggs for breakfast. Coffee and tea are always available; there are casual meet ups with food on certain weekdays.
Comfortable walking and seating area outside; near many stores and restaurants.
+ complimentary popcorn for your fav movie

Enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean and had a kitchen with dishes, fridge, toaster, etc. dinner and breakfast that were included were pretty good.

Breakfast was delicious. Pool was nice and warm. Rooms were big, beds were comfortable as well. Altogether, a pretty good place.

I have stayed at both Staybridge property. Both are top notch. Very clean, good breakfast, very helpful staff. You can't go wrong at either place.

Wonderful experience! My fiance and I stayed here after evacuating hurricane Irma. The staff was very polite and helpful! They even supplied treats/toys for evacuee pets. Extremely clean and updated. Home-like atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone!

This place was awesome! Rooms were great, clean, kitchenette, perfect with our 2 dogs. Staff went out of their way to take care of us.

We missed the entrance to the parking lot a couple times but once we found our way it was lovely. Very clean and friendly staff. Checkout was at 12 which we loved.

The rooms are amazing. Service was great and the decor is simple but professional while still accommodating some socializing. The food was a little bland but hey, it was free.

Location is good with very easy parking. Was just recently remodeled so the rooms and lobby are very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Edit: Well they have now "remodeled", and I can no longer recommend this place. New paint and carpet in rooms but fixed nothing. Broken latches on closet door, dishwasher floating loose under counter, missing shelves in cupboards. And heavy chemical smells from paint and/or ???.

Unfortunately like most things in oak Ridge this place has seen better daya

Very nice hotel, enjoyed my visit. They even serve free dinner and beer Monday - Wednesday.

When I return to the area, I will stay here. Plus, I will become a member of their rewards program for my future travels. This is the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed. Constructed with the guest's rest and relaxation of paramount importance. Although nonsmoking, watch out for when the party starts in the evenings. As the attendant opens the back outside doors and the smoking ban seems to be relaxed. Not good for nonsmokers, and hotel management. The breakfast server was the best. Humble and decent selection, although not as diverse as other hotels. Overall, great staff and service.

It's a fun place to walk around in. So if you're in town and have nothing else to Do, I suggest you walk around the Staybridge Suite!

Excellent location in Oak Ridge. Room was perfect. Pillows flattened too easily, though.

We used a hotel suite to prepare for a fall wedding and watched football until wedding. Great staff greeted us and made us feel unique.

It's a great hotel with a fun, friendly atmosphere. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is good and dinner is great! It's within walking distance to a couple restaurants, gas station and Walmart. It has a gym, laundry and pool in the hotel. Most importantly, they make you feel welcome and part of the family. It's the hotel chain I always stay at if there is one in the town I am visiting.

Location was ok, rooms and place very nice, the attendant who was checking us in was not very knowledgeable. Otherwise very nice.

Every time I have to travel to the Oak Ridge area, I choose Oak Ridge. Their service is unparalleled. They're completely responsive to my needs and requests. They always have fresh coffee waiting. And the suites are more spacious than at the Doubletree (which is right down the road). The complimentary breakfasts vary but they're always good quality with a lot of variety.

I've had several extended stays here. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast is full, hot, and always delicious. The staff has been polite and helpful even when we had odd requests. Only two problems with our stays: the indoor, heated pool always seems to be on the fritz and it's difficult to get in and out of the hotel. Overall, they're not big enough issues to leave me with negative feelings about the place. I look forward to my stays.

The cook should get a raise for his guitar and singing... had the best time!

Cons: Parts of the hotel, especially the entryway, smell like B.O. Its like they are trying to cover up years of smoking.
