I checked in very late (3am). Check in requires your credit card and your driver's license. Finding out then that I had lost my license, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to stay. However, the employee was accommodating and after showing him a few other peices of identification, he allowed me to stay. The hotel lobby at 3am looked sketchy because it was so dark (lighting dimmed) and then there were 2 men checking in at the same time as I was, one of which was drunk. The employee was cordial with the men and checked them in quickly. The room was spacious and very clean. I stayed in the king one bedroom. There was a mid size refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, cutting board, dishes, 2 TV's and a DVD player. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Usually in hotels I can hear people waking up in the morning with sounds of water and doors closing, but not at all in this case. No traffic noises either. The hotel wasn't fancy, but it was safe, clean, and quiet. I personally don't need more.

If you are on the higher floors in the summer you have to keep the drapes closed to keep your room cool during the day. I was able to hear the children screaming while they played in the pool as if they were right outside my window. Bathroom was nice but the sitting area didnt seem clean enough to get comfortable.

Great hotel, with great staff. Rooms have been recently updated and are modern, upscale rooms. Amenities are excellent. Always a pleasure to see Hayes and LB and enjoy chatting with them. Makes you feel welcome.

The location was quiet and close to area attractions. The rooms were very spacious, apartment-like, with a door that closed off the bedroom. The couch had a pull out bed. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The night we stayed they had a dinner with hamburgers and hotdogs and dessert. The breakfast the next morning was really good as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great stay!! We stayed here all the way from Texas. The room was very large! We got the 2 queen plus living / kitchen area and it was VERY large!! Totally worth it!! Breakfast was also great! Lots of options plus it’s a quiet hotel. ❤️

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Depending on who is running the evening appetizer and drinks will determine if you get any. Our last night they ran out of ice and beer and the man running would not restock either. When I made reservation I was qouted $99 a night upon checking out the first night was $114 the second was $129 and the 3rd was 149. I spoke to GM and he stated they have a floating rate. It is not worth that much money. The Hilton is right across the street and you can get a much better rate. I have enjoyed staying at Staybridge Suites over the years but never had this floating rate and will never stay at another one.

The rooms are spacious and very clean and well kept, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It definitely helped ease the burden of an otherwise awful situation. Very highly recommended. The only complaint I have is that the wifi quality is pretty poor, and subject to frequent slowdowns or disconnects if occupancy in the hotel is high. Other than that, no complaints.

Perfect night, we've stayed here twice so far in our travels. I think we've found a hidden Secret in Nashville. This hotel has very kind night and day staff, comfortable rooms designed for several days or overnight. Big comfortable beds like we have at home these days, a good breakfast and much more nice extras while not being " overly frilly". Both of us liked this Memphis Staybridge just fine.

I had a few problems upon checking in. The front desk clerk Ms Jones quickly and with a very good attitude fixed the problem. We locked ourselves out of our room. Terrell promptly came up and asked did we have a problem and could he do anything to help us. With a very friendly and good attitude. The staff was very very nice and polite any problems encountered were promptly handled. It could have been a very bad experience if not for the staff being efficient and having a good attitude. We stayed 3 nights. The price was very reasonable for free breakfast, kitchen with stove, king size bed, and living room area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely amazing. The room we stayed in was huge and had a tiny house like kitchen with the 2 burner stove top and plenty of cabinets. We will definitely book a room at other staybridge hotels from now on. The room was clean, kitchen was perfect for if you wanted to cook rather than eat out, beds were comfy and clean, really no complaints, well maybe that we couldn't have stayed longer. If you're looking for a clean hotel, a back at home feeling (having a kitchen), and great customer care this is your hotel.

We found an accomodating friendly staff at this Staybridge Suites. Many amenities, including free parking, came with the spacious queen studio suite we booked there. The room had a comfortable queen bed, a nice couch/sofa bed, desk, chair, large screen TV, clean bathroom, hair dryer, large mirrored door closet, iron/ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee, tea, microwave popcorn in the room). A very good full breakfast buffet is served every morning on the main floor. There is workout room and an outdoor pool/patio. The location is good and a Target shopping center with restaurants is close by.
The reason for four stars instead of five stars is because we could hear the people talking in the room next door to ours and they weren't being loud. It would be nice for the breakfast buffet to begin at 6:30am instead of 7:30am and the set up doesn't flow well. There was a long wait to make a waffle. Two waffle makers would help.

Great place and fantastic people. The front desk folks were fantastic and the breakfast attendant was wonderful. Nice spacious rooms but maybe showing some age....

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent !! Ms Debra shared her delicious banana bread as well as the recipe with us.

Stayed for one night. Room was nice and big and had full-size fridge, dish washer, sink, electric range and microwave. Pretty noisy hotel though and suspect the walls aren't noise-insulated very well. Decent hotel for the price.

Always a great staff. Rooms are clean, decent, and quiet. Accommodations are good for a short stay. Cable channels are ok but not many. They do have HBO. Exercise equipment a bit old and the area is small. But a good option for the price point. Would stay again

Stayed one night moving cross country. Pulled into lot with a moving trailor where front desk attendee told me it would be monitored by 2 security guards all night. Car was broken into anyway, was cleaned out. I saw the security officer at least 3 times while unloading another vehicle. Memphis PD less than helpful. Inside job. 2 stars for cleanliness and comfort but what a pain in the ass.

Met up with a good friend... pool is nice, room is nice, especially the kitchenette. Its a great area of Memphis. Located in a business complex and surrounded by a very expensive prominent community. It is adjacent to the expressway and in either direction you can find Downtown Memphis malls and City attractions.

Love this place! Free to use the laundry machines....awesome outdoor seating area around huge fire pit by the pool. Breakfast was awesome and the free dinners in the evening are great too! We took 4 kids ages 3-9 and had a great experience!

Rooms were for extended stays. But we only stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! The door separated bedroom from living room/kitchen was great for travelling with our 6 month old baby. A refrigerator with real glasses and a dishwasher gave it a nice taste of home.

Loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful.

Stay was ok, bed was not the most comfortable, but it worked put for a family of 4 since we could separate the kids from our room. They had some remodeling going on but it was not disruptive to our sleep. The staff was friendly.

Great accomodations with a full kitchen and living room at a very affordable price. Not especially close to downtown Memphis, but it's a nice hotel.

Staff are so amazing. Place is a little dated, but they're mid renovation and the rooms have everything you need either way. Great location being near the airport, too.

We had a great stay. Me and my two adult children enjoyed an apt suite: 2 queen beds and a foldout sofa. Each room had a TV so there were 2 tvs in the suite, The accommodations were roomy and the complimentary breakfast was very good and a great plus. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

This hotel is by far my Missy favorite hotel I have ever stayed At I stayed here fit like a month they allow pets there rooms are long mini apartments with full fridge even has dishwasher with two flat screen TVs one in the bedroom the other in living room area. They also serve break fast if hot breakfast u can even get soda in the morning for free ofv u dont like coffee they have gym ,laundry room and I loved the fact that laundry there is free of charge I never seen that til I stayed here and can't forget they serve u dinner free of charge three-fours nights of the week and with dinner u can either drink soda,beer or even white or red wine as much as u live and they have a business center also and a shuttle service free also this hotel has everything I didn't want to leave I will be back there I miss this place actually it feels like home or a apartment A++++ for this place and the younger girl that works during the evening is very sweet so sorry I forgot your name but she super sweet oh yeah they have a look store in the girl if u need to buy something or have the munchies at night.

I worked in the Memphis area for a few years and initially stayed at several different hotels until I found this one. Now I won't stay anywhere else when in Memphis for work. The staff treats you like family and truely cares about your comfort during the stay. After you have stayed there for a while, you start to see the "Cheers" effect "everybody knows your name".

The hotel was great! As was breakfast. Uber rides from downtown were a little expensive, otherwise would stay here every time I'm in Memphis.

Business trip with wife and infant. Amazing service. I had the rental car and the hotel took my wife and baby anywhere they wanted to go within 5 miles. Which there is lots. Especially shopping.

Wonderful place, helpful people. Clean, oh so clean. Didn't feel like I needed to line the bed to be able to sleep there. The whole fourth floor smelled of Chinese food might be because it was the only late night food around..

Friendly staff, rooms are a little old but cozy. Bed is firmer than other hotels I've been in but still comfy. Hotel location is good, pretty close to lots of sights and restaurants. I would stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for 6 days, the hotel was clean, offered everything we needed, had a nice breakfast, we enjoyed the pool and courtyard very much. They have a free laundry, (just buy detergent at the front desk) and the rooms have a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, range, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Basically it's just a regular hotel with everything you would expect but the staff really sets it apart. Everyone that we encountered during our stay was SO wonderful. Cardius at the front desk is a gem, so helpful, kind, and funny, and the people that host the breakfast were very welcoming. This hotel is very much like most of the hotels we've stayed in, but the staff is truly next level. I hope that management knows what a wonderful job that these employees are doing, and that we would go out of our way to stay here again BECAUSE of the staff. Thank you for making our stay great! (Also, I used my hubbies account so this is from the wife)

My family had 2 rooms for Sat. night and really enjoyed our stay, rooms was very nice, pool area was clean and pretty, grandchild really enjoyed the pool. Sunday morning breakfast was really special, I like to stay in hotels with breakfast included, I am a earlier riser and this works well with my family. The staff went above and beyond, not only to keep the bar full but to make sure ever ones needs were being taken care off.
I noticed one person was making a pretty good mess of trying to fix a waffle and one of the employees just jumped right in and help out, apologize for their trouble, blaming it on the waffle maker(which by the way was working fine, I as well as several others has wonderful waffles ) . The employes was very involved in the dining area, making sure their quests was being taken care off.
Look forward to our next time in Memphis, we will stay here for sure!!!!!!

Best Hotel ever, have been staying here since January. The staff is awesome and they treat you like family.
