The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome. Room layout was excellent.

Wonderful. They just changed to a Homewood Suites. The rooms are really clean an so comfortable. Breakfast was fresh fruit, fresh yogurt or oatmeal with 8 different topping choices, real egg's, waffles, muffins and much more.
I had the best night sleep I've had anywhere in along time.

I come there early to set the room for welcome basket & etc.
Their General manager& all other staffs try to help me out quick and fast way without verbal direction. They know how to taking care of the customers and This is the place you should stay when away from home. Thank you for all staffs from Staybridge suites in this location

The customer service here is exemplary and the site is gorgeous. The pool is heated and they even have an outdoor fireplace! The breakfast is amazing too.

My family and I stayed at Staybridge Suites at Eastchase and were pleased with our experience. The staff was always courteous and extremely friendly. The grounds were clean and well lit additionally, the amenities were top notch. We enjoyed the free breakfast and dinner during social hour. This is probably the best pet friendly hotel we have stayed at in our travels. It is very clean and updated. Lobby area and the decor is very nice. We stayed in a lovely suite with a kitchenette. A full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, cook top and plenty of storage for our own food supplies.They provide a beautiful complimentary breakfast in the morning and also complimentary dinner during the week. The only criticism that we have is for other pet owners who have not picked up after their dogs. We had to be careful when we were walking in the grass area. What a shame because the hotel even provides poop bags so there’s no reason pet owners can’t be a little bit more courteous to the hotel management and other guests. We absolutely loved this place and it was a great way for us to spend New Year’s eve 2017.

We love staying at this hotel every time we are passing through! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was as expected - no complaints. Would recommend this hotel to others.

I had to stay here but lucky for me they are a member of IHG so I got to earn some points during my stay.  The room is like a mini home, with a large fridge, microwave and a two burner stovetop.  It has cups, plates, silverware; pretty much all the necessitates you would require while staying in a furnished hotel.  Free breakfast (everyday) and dinner (M-T); free beer and wine flow from 5pm - 7pm, M-T.  Private rooms downstairs for parties. Pool, basketball court, shopping and food within walking distance. Friendly staff made the stay even more enjoyable.   I would definitely recommend the StayBridge suites.

This is a really good value. The rooms are clean and really comfortable. This hotel has all the amenities that home has away from home. I like the great breakfasts and evening meals and beverages that you can eat to tie you over until you decide whether you want to go to another restaurant or just enjoy the evening there at the hotel by the pool. Great experience. Will definitely do it again!!

The staff is very friendly and the lobby, room, and pool is lovely. My relatives stay here every time there come to Montgomery, Alabama. This place is very nice for family reunion, small gradation parties and more. This hotel is like home sweet home.

Seriously? Buffet style breakfast and free boozed in the evenings? Get out! This place had me at booze.

Came into town from a 12 hour drive overnight and was exhausted, but they had our room ready. Very reasonable prices for what you get. the amenities are awesome and the staff is great. and the rooms are clean and the bed was just blissful. i was out cold the first night. Great all around hotel.

I travel out to Montgomery once or twice each year and I always get put up in the Staybridge by one of my vendors. Each time, I have had a pleasant experience. I always receive a suite, complete with full living room, kitchen and separate bedroom and bathroom, closed off from the living area. The complimentary breakfast is always wonderful and the hotel is located around all of the best restaurants and shopping in Montgomery. I highly recommend it if you're going to be in the area.

Awesome experience ! Friendly and helpful staff my husband was able to call ahead while I was driving our young children on a road trip and book a room. When I got there with tired cranky kiddos everything was ready crib already in my room! Room was super clean and beds were so comfy!! Love love!

Have only stayed one night so far but the hotel is very nice. Clean. Friendly staff. We have a suite room, it includes a kitchen with cooking pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. Anything you'd need for a complete stay. Very very happy with this hotel so far

Room is a large suite. Bed was great, not too soft. It was quite. Plenty of room in bathroom. Mini fridge was convenient to have. I would stay here again without question.

This hotel was awesome! I've had my share of bad hotels in the last couple of months so I was nervous about what this stay would be like. The staff was very friendly, the room was beautiful and clean, and the bed was sooooo comfortable, oh I can't forget the lovely hot breakfast we received. Stayed at Staybridge for a weekend visit to Montgomery, AL the location was very convenient to the expressway, dining out and shopping. I will definitely use their services again when in Montgomery. The room was just as advertised.

Staff were hospitable. Room was clean. Bathroom needed more detailed cleaning. Very good breakfast. Plenty of options.

This was my first time at a Staybridge Suites property and I have to say that I was very impressed. The décor reminded me of a low-key casino...and I mean that in the most complimentary way. Our room was comfortable, my wife appreciated the low-rise bed, and the 200 or so DirecTV channels were a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet/lobby area was attractive as well. Free laundry was a nice touch.

The one criticism I would offer is that the chest of drawers on which the TV rested left little room to squeeze through the left side of the bed. I presume the planners figured solo business people would be the ones most often using this type of room rather than a couple. The sharp edge of the chest did not feel good on my bare thigh each time I bumped it.
What really wowed me was the surroundings. The hotel backed up onto a man-made lake with a residential community beyond that. I checked out the view from the heated pool - which I didn't have the chance to use during our brief stay - and it was amazing.

To get the hotel requires going through a winding road past a number of restaurants no more than a mile away.

We were fortunate to be able to redeem points for this trip. It looks like $140 is the standard rate which is a little high on the surface but can be a good value depending on how many people in your party are enjoying the free breakfast.

That said: between the amenities and the lake view, it's almost worth considering an excuse to drive back 800 miles from DC to really experience and relax at this comfortable property.

The room was very clean and cozy. It had a refrigerator, dishwasher, 2-burner stove, toaster, sink, and cabinets stocked with dishes and glasses. Good selection of television channels, decent Internet speeds, and the bed was very comfortable. The lounge area in the lobby is nice and I noticed that they have social events on weekdays with food and drink. The breakfast bar provided with our stay was very good with lots of choices. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Stayed just one night. Is a nice quiet location. Rooms have views of the lake behind the building. Located near a lot of shopping and food and appears to be a developing area. Fancy big fire place in the main hall we used to warm up from our 10 hour journey from Va. Breakfast is pretty good but no bacon. Also bathrooms are just toilet and shower whereas the sink and mirror are in the main room. Never liked that setup. My boy liked the beds. We were very pleased overall.

This was the first time using a Staybridge hotel but will not be the last from the moment I called to make reservations until we checked out it was a very nice experience. The property is well maintained however it needs a few touch ups on the paint in the hall ways. The rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very courteous.

The staff was really friendly, the place was pretty and very clean. To be as busy as they were, it was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was decent, not great, but there was a lot to choose from. When we got there, they were running behind, so our room wasn't ready yet, but we went to eat lunch and it was ready by the time we got back. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay and would be willing to return or recommend to a friend.

Wow, this was such a wonderful place to stay at for 2 weeks. My hubby was sent to Maxwell for 2 weeks and we (me and kids) stayed with him. I was so impressed. The staff did everything to make us comfortable. I loved their washer and dryer machines too! They had great breakfast options, and it was nice that there was always a free simple dinner buffet. Who does that anymore?!!! :) Our room was very roomy and the kitchen had everything we needed. I certainly highly recommend this place. Thank you to the wonderful staff who really made our stay in the Montgomery area very nice.

We stayed here one night while traveling through Montgomery. This hotel is awesome. The rooms are nice. The price is right. We brought our dog and he loved it. Plenty of room for him to walk around outside. Parisha is one of the best front desk people I've ever experience. We will definitely stop here again if we are passing through.

Clean, big rooms, good breakfast. Couldn't ask for more. I'd compare the room to a Candlewood room, but a hair more modern. I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express on my travels, but if there's a Staybridge in the area that's what I choose.

This was one of the best experience that I have had in recent years at a hotel. First, let me thank the manager. He came out during breakfast and talked to each and ever guest to make sure that they stay was okay and if they need anything that he is available to assist. First time I have seen this in years. The staff was just as nice and making our stay wonderful. Well treated, well respected, and will stay at this hotel again. And have sent almost 25 friends that were traveling to this area and they have stayed and loved it as well. Great location near restaurants, shopping and interstate. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in recent years with a wonderful stay and great staff. This review is late due to my travel, but this stay was done back in July 2015.

We stayed here for a week back in 2012 and loved it. Decided to try it again when passing through on July 15. We found the same great quality and customer service. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was decent, Social time in the evening was good free food and beverages cant complain after a day of work away from home. Would love to stay here again and will if in Montgomery again. Staff friendly when i saw them i stayed to myself. All in All great place to stay

This is a very nice hotel. All of the staff was super nice and helpful, and my kids had a blast in the pool. I did to because it was such a nice area. I definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable beds and super nice for the price jr. suite! Also pet friendly! I would love to stay here again. Excellent service and accommodations!
