Nice updated furnishings. Not a large as it appears in online pictures but it was nice. Breakfast was the typical breakfast you find in hotels these days except they had a southwestern omelet that was really good :)

Great hotel. Front desk service was wonderful at check in. We stayed in the 2 queen suite on the second floor and the room was spotless. Great kitchenette and living area. Separate thermostat for each room. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here next time we come to visit family.

This hotel is wonderfully located in the middle of literally EVERYTHING. The premises are well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Having breakfast included with your stay is always a plus. Breakfast included dry cereal to omelets to make your own waffles. Awesome!

I stay here a lot. Maybe 6 times a year for two weeks at a time. This is the best hotel in Jacksonville.

The staff is very polite and attentive. Rooms are very clean and restocked daily. I can’t say enough good things about the employees.

Great location if you have a Marine at Camp Lejeune or Camp Gieger. Full kitchens, an amazing pool and outdoor eating area make a great stay. There's also breakfast served daily and often an evening happy hour. Great employees make this Staybridge terrific!

New hotel, staff was professional and proficient with the check-in process. Room is modern with a great kitchen for extended stays, the rest of the room was clean and prepared for the incoming guest. House keeping even asked me if there was anything I need while I was bring my bags into the room. This hotel has great customer service and is in a good location with plenty of options for grocery’s or restaurants depending on your needs/wants.

Wonderful staff and the breakfast/dinners were delicious as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for me and my family.

We have had the most amazing time at the Staybridge Suites. The front desk associate's go above and beyond. I can't say enough about Isabella she's always smiling and ready to help. This is a really nice place. Quite new. Nice amenities and the pool area is well designed. The staff has been amazing. This is a great business class hotel, feels like home away from home...I travel quite a bit, and IHG can be hit or miss. This is place is a hit.

We have stayed here twice within the last two months staff at front desk very friendly the guy in the kitchen goes above an beyond to help. Somewhat disappointed the pool wasn't open for customers. Quite a few other places pools were open really feel temperature was warm enough to have pool open and other guest felt same way. Thanks for good customer service hard to find that anymore.

I was very surprised at just how nice the hotel was, especially at the prices they charge. The rooms are spacious and well- equipped, water pressure was adequate, and the social hours were also a pleasant part of the stay. kid and pet friendly, to boot.

Clean, nice rooms for the price. Staff was great. We were there during some school sporting event and the kids were insanely noisy all night long. The first night I was up until 0700 while they ran up and down the halls, even after staff telling them to get in their rooms. The next night they moved us and it was quiet after midnight. If we ever can't get a room on base, this is where we'll stay. Close to everything

Really nice looking place. I was very happy with EVERYTHING. Rooms are big you can prepare your own food if you want. Lots of restaurants near by. Recommended.

Breakfast is great and you also get dinner there Monday through Wednesday which comes with free wine and beer. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It is away from the main road so nice and quite. I highly recommend if you are looking for some where to stay. It is now my go to place to stay for me and my family.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was clean and stocked with basic supplies. My bed and bath were separate, suite style. The bed was comfortable. There is your standard IHG breakfast. Some nights there is a meet and greet where drinks and finger food is available. I will stay there on my next trip to Jax.

Staybridge Suites is a fabulous hotel! Great front desk associates, clean and spacious rooms, great location, and clean facilities are only a few of the great factors of this hotel. Also it is very military friendly and accommodates their families. I will defenerly be booking here again and again!

Fairly newer interior motel in this area. Serves free light dinner on M thru W. Wifi is decent compared to other motels around in tis area. Have a issue with water bugs before. They say it was because of a pond next to the property. Overall, I would say this is a nice motel in this area compared to the price.

From beginning to end this was a great place. Friendly staff, good meals, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great amenities.

A little disappointed there's no jacuzzi or indoor pool. But they do have a BBQ grill, basketball court, indoor gym area, and a cozy fire to mingle around :)

Location was nice, right off the highway. Plenty around the hotel. The room was very nice. Clean room, full kitchen. Service was really good, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome, a lot of different thing to chose from, something for everyone. Definitely would stay again.

We stay here a few times per year while visiting our grandson. The staff are amazingly helpful and kind. Our room has always been clean and spacious. The breakfast area is neat and tidy. They change the variety of hot items offered daily. For the price and the customer service, I cannot imagine why anyone would leave a negative review. This is a gem in Jacksonville, NC!!! We will be back soon :)

Great staff. Great location. The two bedroom suite was spacious and my family enjoyed their stay. The breakfast was also fresh and tasty.

Rooms were great. Only exception is bathrooms have no off switch, just occupancy switches and timers. Forces you yo close restroom foor to sleep and kind of wasteful on energy. Happy hour was great though pouring beer is hard. Breakfast could have used a little more options but at least was complimentary.

Had a really nice time here visiting our marine. Very Nice room. They provide an outside grill for your use. Use of the laundry facilities​ are free, just need your own soap which they sell here. Quick breakfast is good.

Great Hotel, excellent customer service starting from the front desk, Geneva, Cathy and Dustin. Kitchen and maintenance crews, Rosie and Dominic. My family was in transition from Camp Lejeune and we had my grandsons graduation party here. The staff went above and beyond in helping us with whatever we needed. The one and two bedroom suites with a kitchen and living area was like an apartment, so comfortable. Now I always look for a Staybridge hotel when traveling, although I doubt if customer service anywhere else would come close to what I've experienced at this Jacksonville location.

The hard working friendly staff and clean rooms made this my best hotel stay ever. Breakfast was good and there was plenty to go around. Relaxing environment, with a fire pit and a saltwater pool that we enjoyed every night. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms felt like a small apartment with a refrigerator and small stove top. Coffee was excellent as well. Why would I ever stay elsewhere? My only complaint is that there are not more of these hotels.

The lady at the front desk she is very professional and super sweet her name is Lynn the room is perfect and clean, I love the hotel I highly recommend it!! Military families are very welcome here my son is a Marine.

Perfect experience....Dustin was very accommodating even when he was extreamly busy with other customers he took exceptional care of us!!! Everyone and everything was beyond perfect!! We travel all the time and this hotel was exceptional!!

Booked a week long stay yesterday , the lay over the phone was so sweet. Great customer service !! I tom her I needed a room with 2 beds but she said there wasn't any avalible so she gave me a room with a bed and pull out couch. I can't wait to stay at this hotel. The staff seems amazing and can't wait to relax there :)

One of the nicest extended stay style hotels. My family of 5 (all over 18) comfortably stayed in the Queen suite. Pricing was reasonable. Breakfast puts other chains to shame

Wonderful hotel! Pool, basketball court, convince center if needed, nice size kitchen with a stove top and good size fridge. Dishes included in room, pet friendly, kind staff, free laundry facilities and work out room, complimentary breakfast, free WiFi, modern style decoration and non smoking facility, I think the only issue my family and I had was the pull out mattress was stained and kind of yucky looking and covered in some small rocks or something as well as the sheets and blankets for it, and you have to keep signing into the WiFi at random times.

Great amenities in the rooms and plenty of space to feel comfortable in. The staff was very welcoming and attentive! Overall, a great stay.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing and modern. There is a fully equipped kitchen minus an oven (because we'll duh that's probably not safe) it is super affordable and close to everything in jacksonville. If you're gonna stay in jacksonville i highly recommend this place. Southern hospitality charm.

The staff at this hotel do everything they can to accommodate you. I was very pleased with their service. Unfortunately the building itself isn't the great of keeping noise away. If you are underneath someone you can hear everything and the doors to the room are very loud and can be heard all the way down the hall.

I have never stayed with this flag before but the reviews were good so I took a chance. This is a great find! Large 2 room suites, new appliances/decor ( the property is new) friendly staff, and a great location. I travel quite a bit with my job and this has been a wonderful relaxing and easy stay. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at the Staybridge Suites in N. Jacksonville, NC in late August. We found the facility, service and experience extraordinary. The building was extremely clean throughout and had more amenities than we ever expected. It is obvious that the management and staff have a good understanding of the details that make a person’s stay enjoyable. During the visit we were both surprised at the exceptional accommodations. I told my wife numerous times that it was the best hotel stay that I had ever experienced. The suite was comfortable, well equipped and surprisingly spacious for the reasonable price that we paid. The Staybridge Suites in Jacksonville is an example of what a traveler hopes to find! Thank you and great job!!!

Hotel was new and very clean. Full hot breakfast as well as dinner and drinks three nights a week (free). Only complaint was our first room had black hairs all over the sheets. The manager, Melissa, quickly put us in a new room and apologized for housekeepings oversight. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

The room was nothing less than exquisite. The employees were the same. They were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Wonderful stay ! A beautiful place with great amenities, service and comfort. I would live there if I could. Do not let the pet owners ruin the place, you should probably have a weigh limit for pets. I am speechless with this hotel. It deserves more than 3 stars. Everyone in the hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful. Free complimentary dinner and breakfast! The OMELETES are breathtaking! Basketball court, easy to use bonfire, and outstanding staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

We just stayed at the one in Jacksonville, North Carolina and it was absolutely wonderful. My family was very impressed by the employees attitude and the wonderful breakfast buffet! We highly recommend this hotel/suite to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. We will definitely be back!
