Super friendly service! We were upgraded to a massive suite. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast had a wide variety. We loved the pool with the water slide and play area. We will definitely be coming here for all future trips to Salt Lake!

This place depends on when you go. It is attached to a water park - so at times there are a billion screaming brats running up and down the halls. And other times it is just a normal Staybridge. Clean and comfortable, relatively large rooms, and a very friendly staff. Breakfast is good enough (and free), so in the area it is one of the best places to stay.

My house burned to the ground. Total loss. The insurance company put us up at the staybridge and they were very good to my family and I. So courteous and kind. There is a nice pool for kids, free breakfast daily and free dinner a couple times a week. We really enjoyed our stay and I can't say enough about how great the staff was. Thank you Staybridge!!

7:31pm. Pretty sure cookies were a lie.

I am very pleased with our experience at the Staybridge hotel. I stayed a few nights with my 4 kids, 2 are babies. We had almost a full day with no plans so we played in the water park for hours without even noticing! Havimf the bedroom closed off from the kitchen and living room was so nice. Babies could nap while the older 2 relaxed watching TV and I worked for a few hours. The kitchen is ready with dishes and towels for our situation or someone with a long term stay. If we have the opportunity to stay here again we will take it! Loved it!

The staff was very friendly. The pool was a blast for the kids but crowded. The breakfast was fantastic for a free breakfast. Will definitely stay their with the kids again.

Yummy breakfast with plenty o options. nice hotel. Kids liked the water park. Kind of outdated, but for kids under 12 or so, it's a good thing. Way better than your standard pool.

The rooms are up to date and very clean. The hotel meets or exceeds the high standards we've come to expect from Staybridge. Kayo at the front desk helped us out a lot and got us in to a better room than we'd reserved. She was very friendly and went above and beyond. The water park is very cool. I just wish brought swim suits!

As a platinum IHG member, I stay at a lot of IHG hotels and this location is one of the best.

Fantastic hotel, been here 2 times in the past couple months and it always impressed. They have affordable suites with a full kitchen. With the stay you also get access to the water park which includes a hot tub, kid pool, regular pool and a pretty good sized waterslide. Only downside is their breakfast which is not great

Nice and clean. Breakfast is good. I stayed here for work but would stay even if i wasn't on a work trip. Nice people.

The hotel appears to be recently renovated. In the hallway it feels like the carpet was layers over broken tiles.The rooms were nice and clean, food beds and bedding. The pool was fun, but needs better to looked after by more qualified employees. Rather dirty and oddly over chlorinated.
The hot tub was too dirty for me to try. It was packed with kids. Housekeeping is way understaffed. The elevators are the slowest I have ever experienced. The theater room has non functioning recliners. All the staff are polite and helpful, but again understaffed.

Friendly staff, fun and clean. Breakfast was busy but the staff kept it stocked. They did not have the room we reserved on a travel site however, they upgraded us to accommodate or needs. Very pleased and we will stay here again.

Not bad for a dive, construction in the area makes it a challenge to get to GPS gets you close so keep your eyes open for the makeshift turn in

Great 2 bedroom suite. We like that the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The kitchen was great because the have soap and sponge already there for you. The 2 full baths made for a convenient stay.

A little out dated. No tub. Awesome pool. Great staff. Rooms clean. Overall great stay. Fun for kids.

Facilities were nice. The provided food was better than expected. The hot tub was not warm.

Isi is FANTASTIC! I booked a hotel chooses rate about a month or so prior to staying and just called requesting 2 beds(thinking I would get a two queen standadrd room or something) due to traveling with my brother, and Isi hooked me up with a 2 room 1queen 1king suite. i was so happy at how kind he was. He is a gem, Keep him on staff! :)

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and loved it! The front desk Staff was awesome as well as the cleaning ladies!!! The rooms were more amazing then what I had expected! The pool was a good add on for the kids well,they wanted to go every day!!Amazing stay!!!

Descent rooms: clean, spacious, dog friendly. But the location is not great. Right NEXT to the highway. (Loud). And next to lower rent apartments and a prison - we could have chosen a safer location to stay.

This hotel is in a great location with very easy freeway access, plenty of restaurants nearby, and excellent rooms, that help you almost feel like you're at home. The staff is great and friendly and really do a pretty good job at the 3 times a week appreciation dinners, (which my woefully lacking per diem certainly appreciates).

Nice rooms. Kitchenette with burner and dishwasher. Comfy bed. Couch and chair. Breakfast has lots of options. Light Dinner and drinks provided M-W. Cool pool area with waterslides for kiddos

Good breakfast. Great for an extended stay. The pool is listed as in indoor pool but it is also a mini water park with a couple of slides. Great fun for the kids.

We are so happy to have found this place! We traveled for a baseball tournament and found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating for our large party. The hotel is clean and updated. The breakfast and snacks have been an added bonus. The kids LOVE the water slide and indoor pool. We will be staying here again when we travel to the area.

Very good stay. Hotel is clean and has a great pool for the kids. Location is a bit akward to get to, but is close to many shops (including a mall). The only negative is the floors in the hall on the 3rd floor are very uneven (and have been since my last stay here a few years ago). Luckily the floor issues are only in the hall and the rooms are fine.

I was very impressed with this hotel! The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The pool is very fun for the kids as well.

I would have given five stars but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at the pool and at breakfast. The pool was very crowded and it was cold in the pool area because of an open door with a big fan blowing because the venting system wasn't working. The staff at breakfast couldn't keep up with demand and the juice machine wasn't working.

Other than the above problems, I had a great stay. I would go back again.

Its really nice and clean and the staff for the most part are nice. However, the grins and fins employees (indoor water slide, pool and lazy river) go on 'break' and they don't return for 20 to 30 minutes. When no life guard is there of course children will misbehave but its dangerous ! ! !

Great location for business travellers. Easy access to all areas of Houston, especially downtown and the 610 loop. Walking distance to Starbucks. Good restaurants are nearby. Very business friendly. Accommodating staff.

We stayed on the 3rd floor the room was amazing with 2 large rooms and a full service kitchen it felt like we were renting a furnished apartment. On and the pool has a water slide and kids fun center. This place is top notch.

Rooms were a good size with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the beds soft and cozy. They have a great buffet and the pantry has a nice selection of snacks at reasonable prices. We look forward to staying there again.

We came to stay just to get away from home. We wanted to be able to have a mini vacation with our kids. We thought it'd be fun because of the little water park they have. We did have a good time and my kids loved it. The room was clean and affordable. The breakfast was quite good as well. The only reason I didn't give this review 5 stars was because the slide at the water park was closed our entire stay. It was a little bit of a bummer as that was the main reason we picked that hotel. Wish we could have tried out that fun looking slide...

Always a great experience when my family & I come here! The rooms are clean, they have a slide for the kids, & the FREE food on the weekdays are a plus! Whenever we decide to do a staycation or family comes from out of town (at least once a month) we book a rm here and are never disappointed.

Slightly off the beaten path with a fair amount of local eateries. Comfortable rooms, friendly service, but no cookies at the lobby. 😉 would recommend if you like staying at the Holiday Inn-Staybridge suites.

The main attraction of the hotel is the pool. It has something for every age plus an arcade and area for parties/gatherings. Staff was very polite and great to work with.

Probably the best hotel I've stayed at in salt lake city. Rooms were clean with a kitchen and pull out. Water park was a blast for the family and breakfast was above average.

Great staff, clean rooms, clean carpet, kitchen fully equipped with utensils and cooking ware, a big plus since I prefer to cook my meals. The Staybridge is connected to the Holiday Inn Express. Excellent gym (with recumbent cycling trainer, treadmills and weight machine) located between both hotels. Indoor swimming pool...great attraction for children during the winter season. Avoid staying at...

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is nice but the lady at the front desk was what really made the night. I don't usually leave reviews but the staff here was so great I felt it was necessary to do so.

Lots of space in the room given. We were upgraded for free to a bigger room. Sadly the indoor Waterpark was closed during our time there during the day.
Overall a good stay.
Would reccommend.

Perfect in every way!!! ( Everything was so nice, including the staff...that I didn't mind too much the construction out in the parking lot, you could hear it a bit in the room...but like I said everything was so good that I didn't mind ). Thank you, we will be staying here again for sure!!!

Friendly staff, comfortable clean room. Located near many different food options low noise. Complimentary valet offered. Breakfast was great. The pet relief area was clean and free of debris. Great place!

There was some kind of confusion that caused a delay in checking in but I thought the staff handled it well and kept smiling. The room was fine but there was a little odor, like old food, I'm sure from the kitchen area. The bathroom felt clean. The bed was ok. The breakfast they offered was good but not available until 630am, not even the coffee.

The staff was really nice and the rooms were really comfortable. The kids lived thewater park that is attached to the hotel. We had a nice relaxing weekend.

Enjoyed our stay. Had a two room suite. The room was very clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Be cautious with young children that are sensitive to chlorine, because the pool is heavily chlorinated. Otherwise a fabulous stay!

The stay was fun, kids loved the pool, though it had WAY too much chlorine. Eyes stung, we were all coughing for the rest of the night, daughter ended up with sore throat. (Respritory problems beware) Concession area convenient, but a tad pricey (and wanted to charge for cups of water) and food was fair. Bed was comfy, no noise from freeway. Bright light outside window, but blackout curtains kept it out. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Like that they have a movie center. I needed to print something before I left, however, despite the sign in the business center that said 18 and older, there were 2 young kids playing games on the 2 computers for over an hour. I never did get my 3 pages printed. We checked out only to discover our car had been broken into, back window smashed in and 2 bags gone. Sketchy location. Had to call a couple times to finally reach a manager. Satisfied with resolution, though sentimental items of my daughter's are gone forever.

Our stay was very pleasant despite the fact someone stole my son's brand new birthday outfit (basketball shorts and a T-shirt) and one of my favorite shirts from the dryer on the 3rd floor. They were selective because they left the rest of the load. Who does that?? The staff was VERY friendly and responsive and told me the general manager would be in touch with me, as she was the only one who could review surveillance footage. (I am waiting to hear from her still) That put such a damper on our stay.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are large. However...housekeeping needs to take it up a notch. There was a layer of dust over all the furnishings, splatters on the walls and fixtures, and cobwebs on the ceiling. That is a huge pet peeve of mine...a duster should be swept through all the corners and ceilings as part of a daily cleaning. Guests should never see cobwebs...if a room is cleaned daily, dust and cobwebs should never be seen.

The breakfast area is nice...breakfast was a step up from other hotels...but most of the same foods. Eggs, bacon, waffles, breads and bagels, yogurt, a selection of cereals and milk. I like that they had salsa and cheese to top the eggs with:) pretty good and filling breakfast.

On Monday-Wednesday they have an evening reception where they serve food. We were there on a Wednesday night and had hamburgers and brats...they also had some fruit, chips, and some salad fixings. Soda fountain and a selection of alcohol all for free. It was nice to not have to pay for dinner that night.

We went to use the "water park" that night. It is fun...but holy moly chlorine... everyone's skin was burning and it wasn't too long before we all had headaches...it was soooo strong. Our fun was cut short by a kid puking in the pool. A guest there told us earlier a kid pooped in the pool and it closed for a while. Sigh. Gross.

They have a movie theater room which looked nice. It is available for guests to reserve. We tried to use it twice but we're beat to the punch both times.

Free laundry was awesome! I love to do laundry on vacation because I like taking home suitcases full of clean clothes instead of dirty. It would be more awesome if people had respect for other people's property and didn't just help themselves to other's clothes.

They have a small business center with two computers and printers and a small selection of DVDs and books to borrow.

The TV was too small for the room...but the Blu ray player was a nice bonus as we all watched a new movie we got before bed one night.

Beds were pretty comfy with a good selection of pillows.

I looove the lotion they provided among the bathroom products. Smells great.

I agree with others that the room never got as cool as we wanted it a d the fridge was never cold enough to make our water bottles nice and cool but the freezer worked great!

All in all it was a decent stay with a few things that detracted a bit ..but i would stay here again if I got the same good deal from an online booking site.

Great place to stay. I took my little family to the Hoggle Zoo for the day and heard about this hotel from my brother. We took our little boy and he absolutely loved the pool. Great rooms and great service. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful, modern, hotel. The suites are well appointed and include a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Not to sound cliché, but it was truly a home away from home. This place has every amenity -- there's even a water slide park with a hot tub. I can't think of anything it was lacking. I will definitely stay here again when in SLC.
