Great hotel. Central to just about everything in Tyler. Close to downtown restaurants, etc. Stayed here for Red Dirt BBQ and Music Festival. Easy to get to and get around from..

The location is tucked away enough that it was very quiet. The rooms were pristine and large, and the lobby was beautiful. The overnight desk attendant girl was super friendly and nice.

Awesome room, only complaint is TV in the bedroom did not work. Staff was very nice. And great complimentary breakfast

Overall a nice hotel. Well maintained and very clean. Public areas and the outside courtyard are modern and inviting. Gym could be better, but free laundry room makes up for it.

Hotel is nice in a good location. Staff was extremely nice! Never had parking due to meeting/group get together going on the entire weekend. Room was ok not cleaned extremely well floors not vacuumed shower had hair all over.

This is a really neat hotel! Love that they have fully equipped kitchens and free breakfast! The hotel staff was very accommodating to my requests and the room was very clean. I wish there was a Staybridge everywhere we go! Highly recommend :)

Our Suite was absolutely the perfect room for our family. With 2 Queens, a King and a pull out couch ... a fully stocked kitchen and 2 full bathrooms! Our 8 children loved the pool and the outside fire pit! The free breakfast Buffet was AMAZING! We have been racing about it to our friends and will be staying in Staybridge Suites anywhere we can locate them! The staff was so friendly and even provided us with a fan!

Ok. First of all, when you enter your room, it just smells fabulous. The room is small but they pack all of the right things in that smalll package. It does not feel small at all! The grounds are awesome and well planned and inviting. The price was excellent! We are here for a family emergency. Last night we stayed at a different chain. Unimpressed. Now we are very happy and feel like it is a little retreat from the chaos we are facing at the hospital.

The service staff was really accommodating and friendly. The hang out areas are pretty nice- there's even a den to watch movies in. There's a gym and a pool too. Note that the pool is not an indoor pool. There was also a pretty good free breakfast.the room was clean. I have a 2 year old and they had a crib available. I'll note that since we came in at night, the cleaning staff had not washed any crib sheets so I had to use full size sheets. It was nice over all

This place has the best staff ever. Housekeeping staff is friendly. The front desk staff is also friendly and would go way out of their way to fulfill your request. One time I wanted to surprise my friend on her birthday with mimosa. The didn't have orange juice so they went out and bought some for me. The other time I realized my room was scheduled to be cleaned and it wasn't (mistake happened), the manager came clean my room themselves. I traveled for work and I stayed this place for close to 2 months. Did not have much issue, and did not have a single issue that was not promptly taken care off. Would highly recommend them anytime to anyone.

Staybridge Suites, Tyler, TX is an impressive hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, home like. The buffet and HH was impressive as well as breakfast buffet. They've left no stone unturned. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I will always stay at Staybridge Suites when in Tyler.

Very comfortable and efficient. No hassle check in or out. Breakfast Buffet in the morning is complementary and quite substantial. Bring your own microwavable food if you want because these are Suites with a small kitchen. Lots of convenient electrical outlets and free WiFi.

Wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable, clean and feels like home. Breakfast was great. They had something for everyone. Loved the patio, grills and fireplace with television out back. Very nice exercise/workout room and pool. Free washers and dryers was a plus!

Recently attended a half day professional event hosted here and found the facilities to be well-kept and the staff polite and attentive. I have also stayed here previously overnight and was quite satisfied with the cost and quality of the room which was spacious, clean and accommodating. There are several restaurants and fast food locations close by and it also provides very convenient access to the University of Texas at Tyler and Tyler Junior College and is reasonably close to downtown. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.

Great place for business travelers in town for a night or a month. Clean rooms, friendly staff, charming desk clerk, well-appointed, convenient location. I'd certainly stay here.

I had probably the best experience I've ever had at a hotel when I stayed here. I was in a bad car accident the first night after I checked in and had to go to the ER. When I finally finished at the hospital in the middle of the night, the GM picked me up from the hospital, and he and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to take care of me. I was traveling for work and knew no one in Tyler, but they showed kindness and made me feel so much better when I was scared and on my own.

Apart from this part of my experience, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I really liked the gym (pre-crash of course).

Enjoyed my overnight stay. Room was a suite and very accommodating and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Loved the breakfast area and back patio. Will be at the top of my list for my next Tyler area hotel stay.

Such a sigh of relief returning to an IHG hotel after venturing out to other chains. Srvc was excellent! Our room smelled like clean inen & was impeccably clean. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some! The pool area was nice too! We'll definitely return if in the area!

The room has a great setup it is very clean everyone has been very friendly they provide free breakfast and three nights of the week they have a social evening meal

What a fabulous new hotel. The room includes a kitchenette, a couch, tv, desk, dishwasher, microwave, footstool, large closet and good sized bathroom. It is nicely decorated and plenty big for 2 people.

I stayed here because I am in a Southwest Airlines reward program and very glad I chose this Hotel. It is new and very nicely appointed. The lobby and common area is decorated chic. The back patio area has a fire pit and wooded nature area.

The rooms had a fully equipped kitchen if you wanted to eat in. Coffee, tea and popcorn are complimentary in the room.

The bed was comfortable and room service made the bed but does not change sheets every day(good for environment). The room was good size for 2 people and I am sure they have larger rooms.

Nothing fancy on the outside but the rooms are big and roomy and have nice kitchenettes. Felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. If you look up customer service in the dictionary, there will be a photo of Alma from the front desk next to it. Gave great tips on where to dine and no problem getting forgotten toothpaste and lost keys at 1 am. Will definitely stay here when in Tyler.

This hotel was great. The room was modern and stylishly decorated. The breakfast had a great variety including Texas shaped waffles. They also offered dinner 3 nights a week which was decent but if you're looking to save money it's a great option. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Thank you Staybridge staff. We were in town for an unexpected family emergency and appreciated the compassionate staff that also helped us with faxing and emailing. The breakfast was wonderful and the BarBQ Pizza for dinner was a nice surprise too. Clean and friendly and allowed our dog too.

Staybridge Suites are always very nice and accomodating. My parents always stay there every time they come into town and have always enjoyed it. Even when I was having health issues and had to stay with them, the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Nice, clean rooms and friendly people.

Excellent rooms with great kitchen, desk, & couch. Free social "happy" hours, and free breakfast. What more could you want? 24hr laundy/pool/fitness center. All of it feels new, nice, and clean. I stayed for 10 days, it had everything I needed.

I recently stayed at Staybridge for a Christian Ladies Retreat on June 27-28th. This is our second year doing so. IT WAS GREAT!! The staff was wonderful. CK, Mike, and Lauren were so helpful. We really missed Jeff Shirley this year. He is always pleasant and welcoming whenever I stay at Staybridge. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOU DO!!

This was the most unexpected and fabulous suprise. Had to check out of the Holiday Inn Express as they were booked for the 2nd night of my stay. Went to Staybridge, it was so clean, beautiful serene colors, not to mention the evening buffet with complimentary wine. Very comfortable, this will be my new place to stay in Tyler and even better I still get my Holiday Inn points.
