Genuinely lovely experience. Smaller rooms than you’ll be used to if you’re from the states, but well appointed, wonderful staff and a great bar open till 1am.

Great stay at the Banke. Staff was very friendly and helpful to English speakers. Room was modern, comfortable & quiet. Bathroom was large and was in great condition. I would recommend.

This would be a great hotel if you are here for shopping. I loved everything about this hotel except for the small rooms. Staff, service and housekeeping was the best part of the stay.

First visit, i liked the room and its space. Personnel was professional. Bed was confortable. We could hear the metro from the room and the foot steps of the room above. I will come back.

Beautiful hotel (formerly a bank) tucked away on a corner near the Galeries Lafayette. It's close by several Metro lines and the Gare du Nord train station is only about a mile away, which makes it very convenient.

The lobby is very ornate and has a bar and restaurant. The front desk was able to accommodate our early check in on short notice for our reservation.

Room was clean and based on previous reviews each one has a unique design.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

My fiancé and I had visited this hotel on June of this year, we would like to show our appreciation of the services the staff had provided, and a special thanks to Larissa at the front desk for going above and beyond to help us and make everything easy and convienent. (Next Trip to Paris will definitely be this hotel)

Lovely place and I always stay here when I am paris . Stylish and contemporary. Breakfast is amazing but not included in the cost. On the Ru De Lafayte so very close to the heart of the city.

This is definitely my favourite hotel in Paris. Beautifully decorated. Incredible lobby and excellent rooms. Price is very competitive for a 5-Star in Paris. Great spot for a ramble around Parisian streets and nearby sights. I originally found the hotel through Wallpaper Magazine.

very nice hotel in top location close to the big department stores. impressive lobby, great bar and cocktails. rooms are spotless, but tiny (as usual in Paris). breakfast was very good.

Phenomenal experience! My husband and I recently came here for our honeymoon. The staff were so pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. Clara was amazing, continued to check in on us. We even got an upgraded rate for a suite. We were very sad to leave Paris, and I think we loved it so much because of this hotel. Made our journey magical. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience! There was an error with the check in date that was my fault and they comped us for the room and gave us free drinks while we waited on our room. All of the staff were courteous, competent, and fluent in English. Highly recommend!

Great place near center. Very classy design of a building that was once a bank. The rooms were very tidy. A bit too small though. Finally the behaviour of the stuff in reception was somewhat snobbish.

Now this place is a hotel amongst hotels. It is like you are Belle in Beauty and the Beast. The staff is the best and the kindest. They also have the best breakfast ever ever had at a hotel.

I had a wonderful stay with an excellent room, hands down the most comfortable room I've had in Paris, and I've been here numerous times for work. The staff have been nothing but exceptional, and the breakfasts offer an excellent selection and are delicious.
My one caveat, not nuts about the dinner room service options. The service was quick, no points away from the staff, but the options were slim and the food just didn't do much for me. If you have the choice, go out, there are great restaurants right around the corner.
